Healthy Holidays Giveaway Week: Day Seven

December 9, 2012 by Julie 1,390 Comments

It’s the final giveaway!!!

I’ve had so much fun hosting Healthy Holidays Giveaway Week and thank all of you for your enthusiasm. You guys rock!

Healthy Holidays Giveaway Week

If you’re in the market for a kick-butt workout plan that is both challenging and fun, today’s giveaway is perfect for you!

Best Body Boot Camp Giveaway

If you’ve been reading this blog for a while, then know how much I adore Tina’s Best Body Boot Camp.

Tina is a certified personal trainer, blogger and mom to two adorable kids. She is genuine, thoughtful and incredibly kind… but she will kick your butt!

Tina created Best Body Boot Camp several months ago and I signed up for her first round, knowing that paying just $25 for eight weeks of original workouts was a pretty amazing deal. I wasn’t sure what to expect and figured I could pick and choose which workouts I wanted to follow if I didn’t like the plan as a whole.

Well, I basically fell in love with it and have signed up for every round Tina has offered since.

Best Body Bootcamp

Here is a quick overview of the boot camp:

  • Every two weeks, Tina emails participants new workouts with detailed instructions and links to online videos to watch in case you’re unsure about certain exercises or want to be sure your form is correct. She also offers alternative exercises for participants to do if they want to scale the workouts back or push themselves a little bit more. Many of her workouts can be done at home as long as you have some basic exercise equipment like free weights and an exercise ball.
  • Tina also offers cash prizes to participants throughout the boot camp and entries are based on how many workouts you complete and points you earn from two additional goals you set for yourself (such as drinking more water, eating more vegetables, etc.).
  • A Best Body Boot Camp Facebook group was also created by Tina for participants to use to ask questions, motivate each other and share challenges or motivational tips.

Tina describes BBBC as an “eight week fitness program adapted for all fitness levels and geared to improving your lifestyle.”

Registration for round four of Best Body Boot Camp is now open through December 31. Round four will kick off January 7 and last through March 3.

THREE PBF readers will win a free entry into round four of Best Body Boot Camp.

To enter this giveaway, comment below telling me why you’d like to participate in Best Body Boot Camp.

I will randomly select three winners on Monday morning.

Good luck!

Be sure to follow PBFingers on Instagram and Facebook!

I'd love to connect with you! I am always so grateful when you let me know you tried one of my recipes or workouts and tag me in your photos or updates. Thank you so much!!!

If I had a penny for every time I said I would get to the gym today, but didn’t, I’d be able to retire! I think it would be so nice to be able to a boot camp work out at home and do it on my own time, not when my gym has a scheduled class. This would be awesome!

I’m a climber, and a very active person in general, but I’m always looking for ways to amp up my training. An easy, accessible, “boot camp” style program sounds like a lot of fun, and will definitely keep me motivated to keep pushing!

WOW!!! I came across your blog a few weeks ago and it is now apart of my morning routine– I read your posts while I eat breakfast each day! The Best Body Bootcamp would be such a great experience that I have been looking into signing up however I’m strapped for cash as I am paying my way through school at UCLA. I was a D1 volleyball player until a career ending injury so now my workouts include running, running, and more running. I have been working to integrate other things in but havent been able to really come up with a great routine although since finding your blog I have started lifting again using your workouts. Any ways, the BBB would be such an amazing thing for me to try and be able to broaden my workout horizons. Thanks for all the support!

Strength training isn’t really my thing and I can never think of what to do! I like the idea of having a plan to follow so my workouts are no brainer. I also never really “feel the burn” the day after strength training which makes me think I’m not doing something right. I’m hoping the boot camp will help make my workouts more effective and give me better results.

I honestly already signed up so I’m not sure if I can enter this one but in case I can I fell in love with her through reading you! I needed a good workout routine and someone to hold me accountable for my strength training workouts since I tend to end up “skipping” them for various reasons to only do TONS of cardio. She definitely not only helped me tone and strengthen, but also keep it fresh! I also am a horrible person about getting into ruts lol. If I can’t enter, then good luck to everyone who is!

I would love, love, love to try this out! I got my personal trainer certificate 1 1/2 years ago as a way to learn more just for myself. Since then several of my coworkers have asked me to help them with their weight loss goals. What’s that quote? “First they’ll ask you why you’re doing it and then they’ll ask you how you did it?” Something like that. I started working with them at the fitness center here at work during our lunch breaks. I love paying it forward and watching their confidence come out at they get stronger. I am always looking for new moves and trends to share with them (that’s how I found your blog!).
