If you’re in the market for a kick-butt workout plan that is both challenging and fun, today’s giveaway is perfect for you!

Best Body Boot Camp Giveaway

If you’ve been reading this blog for a while, then know how much I adore Tina’s Best Body Boot Camp.

Tina is a certified personal trainer, blogger and mom to two adorable kids. She is genuine, thoughtful and incredibly kind… but she will kick your butt!

Tina created Best Body Boot Camp several months ago and I signed up for her first round, knowing that paying just $25 for eight weeks of original workouts was a pretty amazing deal. I wasn’t sure what to expect and figured I could pick and choose which workouts I wanted to follow if I didn’t like the plan as a whole.

Well, I basically fell in love with it and have signed up for every round Tina has offered since.

Best Body Bootcamp

Here is a quick overview of the boot camp:

  • Every two weeks, Tina emails participants new workouts with detailed instructions and links to online videos to watch in case you’re unsure about certain exercises or want to be sure your form is correct. She also offers alternative exercises for participants to do if they want to scale the workouts back or push themselves a little bit more. Many of her workouts can be done at home as long as you have some basic exercise equipment like free weights and an exercise ball.
  • Tina also offers cash prizes to participants throughout the boot camp and entries are based on how many workouts you complete and points you earn from two additional goals you set for yourself (such as drinking more water, eating more vegetables, etc.).
  • A Best Body Boot Camp Facebook group was also created by Tina for participants to use to ask questions, motivate each other and share challenges or motivational tips.

Tina describes BBBC as an “eight week fitness program adapted for all fitness levels and geared to improving your lifestyle.”

Registration for round four of Best Body Boot Camp is now open through December 31. Round four will kick off January 7 and last through March 3.

    I can’t even tell you how much I would love to win this. The husband and I had to cancel our gym membership (too expensive with our ski season passes), so I need some serious motivation to get in a good sweat at home!

    I’ve only heard great things about this program, and since improving my health and fitness are major goals for me for 2013 I think this could be a great way to get me on the right track!

    I would love the opportunity to try best body boot camp because I need a new workout routine. I workout about 6x a week, and I feel like I am just going through the motions. I do cardio and weights, but my workouts have become boring and repetitive. I think the best body boot camp is something that would get me excited about working out again and I think it would help me see better results. I have a cruise coming up in a few months, and I think this is the motivation I need to get me back to feeling good. I really would love to try this boot camp, you seem to love it.

    I have loved following a few of your strength workouts on you blog and have encorporated them into exercise activities and I think the Boot Camp workouts would be fun and exciting to try out!

    I reading your posts & the comments you’ve made about the Best Body Bootcamp, I’m very interested in trying this workout. I’d like to be able to incorporate some weight lifting with my cardio but not sure what to do & in what order. Winning this prize would solve that dilemma!

    I like that this workout can be done at home or at the gym. I get so bored with the same old workouts, that it is important to me to incorporate a variety of different workouts. These workouts sound like they would be a great fit in my life. Thank you for th wonderful giveaways!!!

    I’m just finishing up round 3 of the BBB, after reading your reviews I signed up for my first round. I really enjoy Tina’s workout and the structure she provides – I’d love to give another round a try to see if I can stick more closely to the program schedule!

    please tell me I am not too late to enter this! I have been interested in this bootcamp since you started talking about it!! I am a newbie to the fitness world, all I used to do was run on a treadmill and wonder why nothing was changing on my body. Finding your blog has helped me switch up my workouts and I can finally see a change in my body – I have never felt better! Would love the opportunity to try this bootcamp!!
