Best Body Boot Camp Giveaway

If you’ve been reading this blog for a while, then know how much I adore Tina’s Best Body Boot Camp.

Tina is a certified personal trainer, blogger and mom to two adorable kids. She is genuine, thoughtful and incredibly kind… but she will kick your butt!

Tina created Best Body Boot Camp several months ago and I signed up for her first round, knowing that paying just $25 for eight weeks of original workouts was a pretty amazing deal. I wasn’t sure what to expect and figured I could pick and choose which workouts I wanted to follow if I didn’t like the plan as a whole.

Well, I basically fell in love with it and have signed up for every round Tina has offered since.

Best Body Bootcamp

Here is a quick overview of the boot camp:

  • Every two weeks, Tina emails participants new workouts with detailed instructions and links to online videos to watch in case you’re unsure about certain exercises or want to be sure your form is correct. She also offers alternative exercises for participants to do if they want to scale the workouts back or push themselves a little bit more. Many of her workouts can be done at home as long as you have some basic exercise equipment like free weights and an exercise ball.
  • Tina also offers cash prizes to participants throughout the boot camp and entries are based on how many workouts you complete and points you earn from two additional goals you set for yourself (such as drinking more water, eating more vegetables, etc.).
  • A Best Body Boot Camp Facebook group was also created by Tina for participants to use to ask questions, motivate each other and share challenges or motivational tips.

Tina describes BBBC as an “eight week fitness program adapted for all fitness levels and geared to improving your lifestyle.”

Registration for round four of Best Body Boot Camp is now open through December 31. Round four will kick off January 7 and last through March 3.

    With extra hours at work and a little one at home it’s harder and harder to find time at the gym so I feel like I’m always doing the same thing. I would love to have a program set up for me to follow!

I recently got engaged and have been looking for great workouts online but haven’t been successful at finding anything I like yet. I need something new to keep me in line!

    Is it too late? I hope not! My gym does a 30 day challenge between Thanksgiving and Christmas, so I’ve been trying all sorts of different workouts to keep myself motivated to go each day. This would be a perfect addition to the mix!

    I’ve thought about signing up for Tina’s Boot Camp based on your reviews in the past, but am hesitant because of the $. If I won, I wouldn’t have any excuse! I can really use some changes to my routine!

    I would love to try the bootcamp because all I do now is run. I just finished my first marathon with the goal of losing baby weight (3 years+). I did that, now I need to tone up.
