Healthy Holidays Giveaway Week: Day Seven

December 9, 2012 by Julie 1,390 Comments

It’s the final giveaway!!!

I’ve had so much fun hosting Healthy Holidays Giveaway Week and thank all of you for your enthusiasm. You guys rock!

Healthy Holidays Giveaway Week

If you’re in the market for a kick-butt workout plan that is both challenging and fun, today’s giveaway is perfect for you!

Best Body Boot Camp Giveaway

If you’ve been reading this blog for a while, then know how much I adore Tina’s Best Body Boot Camp.

Tina is a certified personal trainer, blogger and mom to two adorable kids. She is genuine, thoughtful and incredibly kind… but she will kick your butt!

Tina created Best Body Boot Camp several months ago and I signed up for her first round, knowing that paying just $25 for eight weeks of original workouts was a pretty amazing deal. I wasn’t sure what to expect and figured I could pick and choose which workouts I wanted to follow if I didn’t like the plan as a whole.

Well, I basically fell in love with it and have signed up for every round Tina has offered since.

Best Body Bootcamp

Here is a quick overview of the boot camp:

  • Every two weeks, Tina emails participants new workouts with detailed instructions and links to online videos to watch in case you’re unsure about certain exercises or want to be sure your form is correct. She also offers alternative exercises for participants to do if they want to scale the workouts back or push themselves a little bit more. Many of her workouts can be done at home as long as you have some basic exercise equipment like free weights and an exercise ball.
  • Tina also offers cash prizes to participants throughout the boot camp and entries are based on how many workouts you complete and points you earn from two additional goals you set for yourself (such as drinking more water, eating more vegetables, etc.).
  • A Best Body Boot Camp Facebook group was also created by Tina for participants to use to ask questions, motivate each other and share challenges or motivational tips.

Tina describes BBBC as an “eight week fitness program adapted for all fitness levels and geared to improving your lifestyle.”

Registration for round four of Best Body Boot Camp is now open through December 31. Round four will kick off January 7 and last through March 3.

THREE PBF readers will win a free entry into round four of Best Body Boot Camp.

To enter this giveaway, comment below telling me why you’d like to participate in Best Body Boot Camp.

I will randomly select three winners on Monday morning.

Good luck!

Be sure to follow PBFingers on Instagram and Facebook!

I'd love to connect with you! I am always so grateful when you let me know you tried one of my recipes or workouts and tag me in your photos or updates. Thank you so much!!!

I would really like to try BBBC, I like the idea of a variety of new workouts that I can do at home. The gym gets very crowded after the holidays and it’s hard for me to stick to my workout plan while I wait for equipment. 8 weeks of workouts I can do anywhere sounds fantastic!

WINTER – that’s why I would love to be a part of Tina’s camp! I live in MN and the months of January through the beginning of April make staying motivated to workout a serious challenge since it’s difficult to be active outdoors. At-home videos and the fitness center are good of course, they just get old after so many months. It’d be a lot of fun to have a unique plan to stick to!

I’d love to win! I’m gearing up for a new proposal to come out on Tuesday that will have me working long days 7 days a week right through the holidays. I’ll be cherishing any free time I have–and I know with proposal work, I will gain more weight since ill be stuck at my desk. Any workouts would be great to keep me moving (and to help lose the 15 lbs I’ve gained this last year from working so much)

I would love to win this! I generally hate strength training and avoid it at all costs. I’m the type of person who would rather run a marathon than lift weights. However, I committed to the Insanity program for 60 days and found that having a program really kept me on track. I’m going to be finishing that up right before Christmas so it’d be great to have a new program to start after New Years!

I’ve been wanting to do an online boot camp-style program, but there are SO many to choose from! Besides that, I have no idea how to use weights beyond the norm (bicep curls…yep, that’s it). I was actually planning on starting Tina’s whenever I got the funds to do so simply because of your rave reviews!! So, it would be pretty awesome to win Best Body Boot Camp instead !! 😉

I tend to go through workout “phases…” I get really jazzed about an activity, give it my all for 6-10 weeks, and then get bored. This summer it was Bikram yoga. This fall it was running on outdoor trails. With the approaching winter season (Virginia has had a pretty mild winter thus far), I would love to have something new to keep me motivated in the gym and at home. I’ve been reading your blog for a while and this bootcamp has me really intrigued!!

Reading you rave about Tina’s boot camp is inspiration enough! I’m trying to incorporate more strength training and circuit workouts into my routine as I gear up for marathon training this spring and her workouts sound incredible. I’m also studying for the NASM certification so I relish any opportunity I can get to learn from the best and apply the concepts to functional workouts. I could really use a boost of motivation as I enter into the cold winter months in Boston!

Last year around this time I was very motivated to get to the gym at 5 am every morning, I had a great workout buddy and was training for a half marathon. I ended up with a knee injury following my race and my friend has moved several hours away. I have been working over the past couple months to get back into a routine, but I would love the chance to participate in this bootcamp for accountability and to be able motivate and be motivated by others. Thanks for this opportunity.

I’m in my second year of law school and I just discovered how great workouts really help me to overcome the stress of exams, papers, and looking for a job! I usually just run on the treadmill, so I think BBBC will help me to be entertained by my workouts. Also, I just would love to get involved in a community of support for running/working out.
