Healthy Holidays Giveaway Week

If you’re in the market for a kick-butt workout plan that is both challenging and fun, today’s giveaway is perfect for you!

Best Body Boot Camp Giveaway

If you’ve been reading this blog for a while, then know how much I adore Tina’s Best Body Boot Camp.

Tina is a certified personal trainer, blogger and mom to two adorable kids. She is genuine, thoughtful and incredibly kind… but she will kick your butt!

Tina created Best Body Boot Camp several months ago and I signed up for her first round, knowing that paying just $25 for eight weeks of original workouts was a pretty amazing deal. I wasn’t sure what to expect and figured I could pick and choose which workouts I wanted to follow if I didn’t like the plan as a whole.

Well, I basically fell in love with it and have signed up for every round Tina has offered since.

Best Body Bootcamp

Here is a quick overview of the boot camp:

  • Every two weeks, Tina emails participants new workouts with detailed instructions and links to online videos to watch in case you’re unsure about certain exercises or want to be sure your form is correct. She also offers alternative exercises for participants to do if they want to scale the workouts back or push themselves a little bit more. Many of her workouts can be done at home as long as you have some basic exercise equipment like free weights and an exercise ball.
  • Tina also offers cash prizes to participants throughout the boot camp and entries are based on how many workouts you complete and points you earn from two additional goals you set for yourself (such as drinking more water, eating more vegetables, etc.).
  • A Best Body Boot Camp Facebook group was also created by Tina for participants to use to ask questions, motivate each other and share challenges or motivational tips.

Tina describes BBBC as an “eight week fitness program adapted for all fitness levels and geared to improving your lifestyle.”

Registration for round four of Best Body Boot Camp is now open through December 31. Round four will kick off January 7 and last through March 3.

    it seems that you really enjoy the bootcamp, and it seems like a fun one and also very hard. running everyday gets really old, very fast. but incorporating new techniques into my routine may spice things up a bit 🙂

    Yes! I love reading all the workouts you do w/Tina’s bootcamp, I would love to win this and get a great butt-kicking workout. I like how each workout is totally different and keeps it interesting.

    I’d love to participate in this boot camp to change up my current routines. I always enjoy a new challenge. The next bootcamp also happens to start on the same day as my first day of spring semester, so it would be something fun to look forward to as I start off a new semester of school.     I am in SUCH an exercise rut, I just do the same exact things over and over again and I’m sure I’m barely getting any benefit from it anymore. You seem to love these workouts so much, and even though I’m kinda scared of them I’d love to try!

    I would love to switch up my routine at the gym, and I find it’s always easier to get there and get moving when I have a set plan, so the BBBC would be a huge help!!

    I would really love to try this because I usually go to the gym without a plan and end up feeling like I didn’t get the most out of my workout. I think something structured is just what I need to shake up my workouts!

    For various reasons, I’m having to switch gyms after the holidays and have been eyeing the Best Body Bootcamp as a way to keep up my exercise momentum. I’ve been working out regularly since April but have a lot of progress still to make and think the BBB would be a great way to transition to having less support at my new gym.

    I would love the chance to win this! I’m moving home for a work term after Christmas for 4 months and this would be a great way to make sure I’m staying on top of my fitness goals and help get me back on track. My goal is to use those 4 months at home to jump-start my goals that I’ve been letting slip the last few months.

    I would love to win an entry into Tina’s bootcamp! Since my soccer career has recently come to an end, i’ve changed everything! I have started eating clean, lifting more weights and have lost a total of 15 lbs. Lately I have been a slump, or plateau, it’s been hard to stay motivated and workouts are becoming monotonous,Being a broke college student an entry into Tina’s Bootcamp would be an amazing way to switch up my workouts and get that spark back!

    This would be great motivation to get my out of my comfort zone and try something new! And with it starting in January, it will be the perfect start to a “fit” year for me! Plus, I’ll be in Virginia Beach with my mom when it starts, so maybe she can join in with the exercises. =)

    This would be so great for me because I love the high intensity work outs that are featured in Tina’s bootcamp. When I read about the circuits you do, I often try them on my own and think I would really LOVE tina’s bootcamp. My job requires A LOT of work at home and in the office, and I rarely have time to get to the gym. I do my workouts at home with dumbbells, bands, ankle weights etc. I would really like to give this a try!!!

    I recently lost my workout partner due to a move for school, and now I feel so lost! She used to work in the fitness industry, so she would plan all of our workouts. I am trying to find a way to Skype with each other at the gym, but I don’t think that will every pan out. Tina’s workouts will definitely help me get out of my rut and start over!

    I would love to join Best Body Bootcamp because I am really trying hard to get in shape and be healthy and I think this program would be a great way to kick start that! I’ve gained quite a bit of weight over the past few months and it has led to some serious anxiety and self-esteem issues. After reading Tina’s story on her website, it inspired me even more to want to get fit and healthy! I know I can do it and I think this Bootcamp would help a lot!!

    I’m a little desperate–in this minor loss and creeping regain. I find myself 40lbs above my happy weight, and I can’t seem to actually get myself over the hump. Maybe something like this–guided, that I can do at home–would be just the helping hand I need.
