Healthy Holidays Giveaway Week

If you’re in the market for a kick-butt workout plan that is both challenging and fun, today’s giveaway is perfect for you!

Best Body Boot Camp Giveaway

If you’ve been reading this blog for a while, then know how much I adore Tina’s Best Body Boot Camp.

Tina is a certified personal trainer, blogger and mom to two adorable kids. She is genuine, thoughtful and incredibly kind… but she will kick your butt!

Tina created Best Body Boot Camp several months ago and I signed up for her first round, knowing that paying just $25 for eight weeks of original workouts was a pretty amazing deal. I wasn’t sure what to expect and figured I could pick and choose which workouts I wanted to follow if I didn’t like the plan as a whole.

Well, I basically fell in love with it and have signed up for every round Tina has offered since.

Best Body Bootcamp

Here is a quick overview of the boot camp:

  • Every two weeks, Tina emails participants new workouts with detailed instructions and links to online videos to watch in case you’re unsure about certain exercises or want to be sure your form is correct. She also offers alternative exercises for participants to do if they want to scale the workouts back or push themselves a little bit more. Many of her workouts can be done at home as long as you have some basic exercise equipment like free weights and an exercise ball.
  • Tina also offers cash prizes to participants throughout the boot camp and entries are based on how many workouts you complete and points you earn from two additional goals you set for yourself (such as drinking more water, eating more vegetables, etc.).
  • A Best Body Boot Camp Facebook group was also created by Tina for participants to use to ask questions, motivate each other and share challenges or motivational tips.

Tina describes BBBC as an “eight week fitness program adapted for all fitness levels and geared to improving your lifestyle.”

Registration for round four of Best Body Boot Camp is now open through December 31. Round four will kick off January 7 and last through March 3.

    I would like to participate in Tina’s Best Body workout because of the community that comes with it. The Facebook group, Tina’s detailed emails and the giveaways are all huge bonuses to having a great workout on top of it all. Since I’m not part of a gym currently (I use the full gym at my work cause it’s free), I could really use the pushes that I know Tina will give!

    My hubby is getting shoulder surgery next week, and I’m going to be working from home to be his ‘nurse’ 🙂 I’d love to have some new workouts I can do from home!

I’ve heard you rave about it sine I started reading your blog and it sounds like a great way to give your workout a make-over at the gym. I love going to the gym and I go 5 to 7 days a week, but sometimes I fall into workout ruts and I would love to have some guidance! Thanks!

    As a mostly stay at home mom, time and funds are very limited. I’ve started running when I can and working out at home following workouts I’ve found online including from your blog. I’m always searching for videos to learn proper technique. I would love the opportunity to participate in Tina’s best body bootcamp.

    As a college student it’s simply hard to workout and I know that being part of a boot camp program would keep me accountable! I also love Tina and has visited her blog many times for advice on how to have an overall healthy lifestyle. The workouts seem like the type I like and would really challenge me!

    As a college student, it is difficult to find the time to find workouts and learn how do to new kinds of exercise. I would love the challenge Tina’s Bootcamp would offer as well as learning more about fitness and becoming more fit!!

    I love Best Body Bootcamp! I have never been so sore in my life, a good sore of course. I would love to win for another round. It is the first time I have seen a noticeable difference in my body, from committing to a trainer’s program.

    I would love to try the Best Body Boot Camp! I typically just run and do yoga, but would really like to supplement these workouts with some more strength training. I did a boot camp a few years ago in Atlanta, and I absolutely loved it! I love reading about your challenging boot camp workouts on your blog and would love to try Tina’s BBBC!!
