Healthy Holidays Giveaway Week

If you’re in the market for a kick-butt workout plan that is both challenging and fun, today’s giveaway is perfect for you!

Best Body Boot Camp Giveaway

If you’ve been reading this blog for a while, then know how much I adore Tina’s Best Body Boot Camp.

Tina is a certified personal trainer, blogger and mom to two adorable kids. She is genuine, thoughtful and incredibly kind… but she will kick your butt!

Tina created Best Body Boot Camp several months ago and I signed up for her first round, knowing that paying just $25 for eight weeks of original workouts was a pretty amazing deal. I wasn’t sure what to expect and figured I could pick and choose which workouts I wanted to follow if I didn’t like the plan as a whole.

Well, I basically fell in love with it and have signed up for every round Tina has offered since.

Best Body Bootcamp

Here is a quick overview of the boot camp:

  • Every two weeks, Tina emails participants new workouts with detailed instructions and links to online videos to watch in case you’re unsure about certain exercises or want to be sure your form is correct. She also offers alternative exercises for participants to do if they want to scale the workouts back or push themselves a little bit more. Many of her workouts can be done at home as long as you have some basic exercise equipment like free weights and an exercise ball.
  • Tina also offers cash prizes to participants throughout the boot camp and entries are based on how many workouts you complete and points you earn from two additional goals you set for yourself (such as drinking more water, eating more vegetables, etc.).
  • A Best Body Boot Camp Facebook group was also created by Tina for participants to use to ask questions, motivate each other and share challenges or motivational tips.

Tina describes BBBC as an “eight week fitness program adapted for all fitness levels and geared to improving your lifestyle.”

Registration for round four of Best Body Boot Camp is now open through December 31. Round four will kick off January 7 and last through March 3.

    I would love to participate in this boot camp! I’ve recently been struggling with my weight and my husband and I want to start a family soon. I want to be healthier than I am now and be in good shape before we start a family. I love the idea of doing most of it at home, it’s hard to get to gym with my work hours.

    I would LOVE to win this round if BBBC. This past round was my first attempt at it and it made me stronger. I love switching out my workouts frequently and seeing what my body can do.

    This prize would be perfect for me! I am currently on a six month trip (won’t be home until April) and I don’t have a budget for gym passes or classes in languages I don’t speak (I’m in Europe, currently in Greece). I find myself doing workouts from Pinterest, but I don’t really have any sort of focus or rhyme/reason to what workouts I do – I’m just trying to not anger the neighbours downstairs, as I don’t want to get yelled at, especially in a language I don’t speak. With proper workouts set out for me, with options, I’m sure I’ll see results faster!

    I always lift more frequently if I have a set plan. I think this would be absolutely perfect for me to get into lifting in an effective way! I am healing from a stress fracture in my tibia right now and I cannot run (which is my FAVORITE thing to do). So I have been pretty bummed just doing the elliptical and doing random weight lifting moves. THIS would be great though!!

    I would LOVE to try BBBC! I have always been a runner, but I have been wanting to mix up my workouts and through in some strength training for a while now. Problem is: I don’t know where to start! This would be a PERFECT way for me to get the motivation and tools I need to get started on this new track!

    I’d love this. I had to change gyms and they don’t have body pump and a few other classes I used to go to regularly. It would be nice to have this to follow along with and stay motivated!

    Personally, I find it hard to get motivated to start (and finish) a bootcamp that I am doing all by myself at home. However, reading all your rave reviews about Best Body Boot Camp on your blog and how intense and fun it is really makes me want to try it!

    I’d love to try something to mix it up! I run and lift regularly, but these workouts seem to push you to another level of fitness. I’d love to challenge myself with some more circuits and indoor moves this winter, too!

    I would love to try Tina’s bootcamp to shake up my workout routine. I run 5x/wk and, as a result, other aspects of my fitness routine can suffer. Tina’s bootcamp will allow me to trys something new!

    I would love to do the next round of bootcamp! I loved the last one (it was my first) and was so impressed with the different workouts. Most I had never even heard of! I loved getting stronger too, hello real pushups! =) It’s such a great way to get motivated

    I read your posts about the best body bootcamp and they seem to be intense. I was a college athlete so I need an intense workout. I also just got married so I gotta avoid the first year weight gain!

    I would LOVE to participate in the bootcamp program! As a grad student, my time for workouts has dwindled over the past year and a half, but I know that exercise is so important to keep me healthy, productive… and sane! A program telling me exactly what to do, that I could do whenever my schedule allows would be PERFECT!

    I never stay committed to a workout when I have to come up with it myself and this end up not focusing on full body workouts. This would be a perfect way to get back into it!
