If you’re in the market for a kick-butt workout plan that is both challenging and fun, today’s giveaway is perfect for you!

Best Body Boot Camp Giveaway

If you’ve been reading this blog for a while, then know how much I adore Tina’s Best Body Boot Camp.

Tina is a certified personal trainer, blogger and mom to two adorable kids. She is genuine, thoughtful and incredibly kind… but she will kick your butt!

Tina created Best Body Boot Camp several months ago and I signed up for her first round, knowing that paying just $25 for eight weeks of original workouts was a pretty amazing deal. I wasn’t sure what to expect and figured I could pick and choose which workouts I wanted to follow if I didn’t like the plan as a whole.

Well, I basically fell in love with it and have signed up for every round Tina has offered since.

Best Body Bootcamp

Here is a quick overview of the boot camp:

  • Every two weeks, Tina emails participants new workouts with detailed instructions and links to online videos to watch in case you’re unsure about certain exercises or want to be sure your form is correct. She also offers alternative exercises for participants to do if they want to scale the workouts back or push themselves a little bit more. Many of her workouts can be done at home as long as you have some basic exercise equipment like free weights and an exercise ball.
  • Tina also offers cash prizes to participants throughout the boot camp and entries are based on how many workouts you complete and points you earn from two additional goals you set for yourself (such as drinking more water, eating more vegetables, etc.).
  • A Best Body Boot Camp Facebook group was also created by Tina for participants to use to ask questions, motivate each other and share challenges or motivational tips.

Tina describes BBBC as an “eight week fitness program adapted for all fitness levels and geared to improving your lifestyle.”

Registration for round four of Best Body Boot Camp is now open through December 31. Round four will kick off January 7 and last through March 3.

    I would love Tina’s Bootcamp! A long-time runner, I’ve gone on and off with strength workouts, but in the last couple of months have really picked them back up and am looking for anything to keep me motivated and to challenge me.

    The hardest part of the gym is trying different things – you don’t want to look a fool! I would love a plan to follow that would teach me how to do things and keep mixing it up.

    I highly encourage anyone who hasn’t tried Tina’s bootcamp to sign up for the new year! I’ve been working out for years, and since doing her bootcamp for the first time I’ve seen more results with this style of workout then any other exercise plans I’ve tried before! The exercises are constantly changing which leaves your body guessing getting the results your looking for. Love this bootcamp !

    I’ve been reading your blogs for the past couple months and following your posts about Tina’s BBB! I’m ready to hop on the band wagon, and I’d love to be apart of the next boot camp! I’m a big runner, and have been training for a marathon over the past year, and I think it’s time to change things up, and I think this is just the thing I need!

    I’d like to try Best Body Bootcamp because I’ve heard great things about it and also, I need some sort of new motivation. I’m finding it very hard these days to kick my own booty at the gym. It’d be nice to have a layout of what to do and know someone was cheering me on…keeping me motivated.

    I always need a kick in the rear in January! With my birthday and Thanksgiving in Nov, then followed by Christmas and going home, I always have a little more of me to love in Jan, despite my best effort.

      Oh, and I love it because I am a new mom trying to shed the rest of my baby weight! These workouts are perfect for doing at home when the baby is sleeping!

    My girlfriend and I have both recently recommitted to working out, and trying to live a healthier lifestyle. We are beginners and need help! Tina’s program would not only provide us with some needed guidance, but also motivation and a program to help us (hopefully) progress out of beginner phase.

    I have been wanting to sign up for this bootcamp ever since I saw you talk about it on your blog! Since I am starting my clinical rotations in January, I won’t have as much access to a gym so I really need something I can follow at home. Participating in the boot camp would be great motivation for me and keep me on task to reach my fitness goals 🙂
