After Chase was born, Ryan and I felt so fortunate to receive some wonderful gifts, meals and cards from our closest friends and family. One of the coolest gifts we received was also one of the most useful… and it spawned my love for adorable diapers very early on in Chase’s life!
Our friends Will and Alex sent us a banana diaper cake from The Honest Company and I couldn’t get over how cute Chase’s tiny banana booty looked in the diapers. I knew enough about The Honest Company’s products to feel like I was putting something safe on my new baby’s body and the fact that the diapers were ridiculously cute was icing on the cake (errr hiney?).

Ryan and I have continued to purchase and use diapers from The Honest Company since Chase’s birth and if you’ve been reading this blog over the course of the past three months, I’m sure you’ve seen some of their creative diaper designs pop up on the blog from time to time since Chase loves hanging out in minimal clothing. I swear I use their wipes for everything from wiping off countertops, cleaning dirty dog paws and sticky hands, cleaning my car steering wheel and more.
We’ve been using the diapers for several months now and find them to be absorbent, soft and way too cute. They’re also made with naturally-derived, plant-based and sustainable materials and are hypoallergenic, free of chlorine processing and contain only naturally-derived odor blockers. (In full transparency, we have experienced three blowouts with the diapers, but it was overnight and bound to happen eventually. I don’t think three blowouts in 3+ months is a bad track record at all, so we have continued to use the diapers and love them!)
