I’ve said it before, and I’ll say it again – I love this dress!
Hey…when my husband and I relocated to Fort Lauderdale we ony had 7 days to find a home (that’s what his company gave us for relocation.) We wanted to rent since we didn’t know the area. The BEST thing I did was get a realtor. He showed us about 15 places in 2 days and we found the perfect spot for us. We wanted on the intercoastal and he found us the perfect house with a dock and in a wonderful neighborhood-in our price range! Obviously, they usually make their commission based on the amount of the monthly rent from the owner but they also assume that when you buy a house, you will remember them.
It was the BEST thing we did….just a tip that worked for us. ; )
