I'm Sorry I'm Not Sorry

February 5, 2010 by Julie 16 Comments

Are you guys completely sick of seeing my pasta bowl lunches? As Vince Vaughn from Wedding Crashers would say, “I’m sorry I’m not sorry.”;)

Pasta!

I’d feel bad about so many pasta lunches featured on this blog if they weren’t so gosh-darn delicious!

What is a lunch you eat over and over again?

I have a serious addiction to Carba Nada noodles and I don’t see it letting up any time soon.

Many of you have asked about these noodles and are on the fence as to whether or not you trust the taste of “lower carb” pasta.

Well, I’m not lying when I say that every single person I’ve recommended these noodles to that has tried them has only had good things to report (this includes two skeptical men, by the way).

My pasta bowl included the standard combination of steamed broccoli, marinara meat sauce and Parmesan cheese. Mmm, mmm.

Pasta + Veggies

Since I’m staying at home now with our son, I eat a lot of pb toast, tuna sandwiches or little homemade pizzas (english muff w/ sauce and toppings). When I was in the office it was always a snack plate of various things I pulled out of the fridge in the morning – cheese, crackers, fruit, cottage cheese, chips, salsa….

I am the same way with my lunch… I eat a la tortilla factory wrap every. single. day. And I look forward to it every. single. day. The only variation is what actually goes in it…

I really want to try that pasta!

I had the same thought about the limited. I always find it interesting when stores change their look.

I’m definitely going to have to try the Carba Nada pasta. Have you ever tried Dreamfields pasta? It’s supposedly very low carb as well. I have a box of it sitting in the pantry that I haven’t tried yet!
