Neglected Noodle Bowl

January 5, 2011 by Julie 36 Comments

Why oh why do I constantly forget my favorite meals and put them on the back burner?

Noodle bowls, I’m sorry!

Welcome back into my life!

The Return of the Noodle Bowl

That mushy-gushy looking stuff on top of a bed of Carba Nada pasta would be roasted eggplant.

Little Darlin', Stir it Up

All stirred up with marinara sauce and Parmesan cheese!

The Money Shot

I missed you, doughy pasta!

Blogger Boot Camp Update

Good news for Orlando-area readers and bloggers! After mentioning the idea on Friday, I received a bunch of interest in attending a free blogger boot camp class at my friend Ben’s brand new fitness facility, Saperia Fitness.

Ben’s Blogger Boot Camp will take place on Saturday, February 5 at 9 a.m. at Saperia Fitness.

According to Ben, the class will be “a station-based workout combining both cardiovascular and resistance training, delivering a full body workout. Bring water, a towel and a smile.”

Smiles are mandatory. 😀

Ben said that right now he can accommodate 10 people, so I will reserve a spot for the first 9 people (I make the 10th) who email me at pbfingers@gmail.com.

If the class is a success and everyone enjoys it, Ben said we may be able to make it a once-a-month class! Woo!

Can’t wait to get sch-weaty with you guys!

EDITED TO ADD: I’ve already heard from 10 people. The class is now full but I will definitely keep you posted if a spot opens up or if we plan another class in the future.

Be sure to follow PBFingers on Instagram and Facebook!

I'd love to connect with you! I am always so grateful when you let me know you tried one of my recipes or workouts and tag me in your photos or updates. Thank you so much!!!

Super jealous! That sounds like so much fun.

Starting next week I’m joining a couple group classes at a gym in my city, I’m really excited to start weight training again, but am so happy there will be someone telling me what to do… instead of me having to come up with routines!

Also your Pasta looks delicious, I was wondering what types of cardio you do regularly? Do you mostly stick to running? Also besides cardio what types of lifting do you do for your toned arms (lookin good girl!)
