Reebok Nano 3.0 Giveaway

August 28, 2013 by Julie 2,570 Comments

Last month’s Reebok shoe giveaway was so darn popular that I knew I wanted to feature another one on the blog this month. Since the new Reebok Nano 3.0s seem to be on the top of everyone’s mind at the moment, I reached out to Reebok about a giveaway centered around the new Nanos and they were kind enough to agree!

Reebok Nano 3.0

I actually purchased a pair of Reebok Nano 2.0s on my own before the new Nano 3.0 came out and the company sent me a pair to try before FitBloggin’. Reebok Nanos are my go-to workout shoe most days of the week, unless my workout involves lots of running. The shoe doesn’t have a lot of cushioning and since the midsole material is a flattened platform, it’s thinner which allows your foot to lay flatter and closer to the ground. This increases your stability, making it ideal for functional workouts like CrossFit.

Nano 3.0

Though Nanos are popular with the CrossFit crowd, I’m not an avid CrossFitter and I still love the Nanos for functional or boot camp-style workouts that I do on my own. I used to feel like I was a bit wobbly during certain exercises like lunges or speed skaters, but when I wear my Nanos, I honestly do feel a lot more stable and can tell a big difference. If you’ve only ever done squats and lunges in traditional running shoes, I think you’ll immediately love the Nanos. The difference in stability is huge!

Plus, the wider toe box makes them super comfortable for days when I am just walking around the gym training clients.

So what’s the deal with the new Nanos?

According to Reebok, the updated shoe has more flexibility and protection to the outsole with Metasplit grooves and RopePro wraps on the medial and lateral sides. Additional highlights include:

  • 360° PU Cast for lightweight, seamless, engineered support and durability
  • ETC anti-friction lining to reduce abrasion and heat build up with breathable air mesh
  • Dual Density for rearfoot stability and impact protection
  • Die Cut Ortholite sockliner
  • RCF Natural last enables full foot dispersion for greatest stability with Medial/Lateral Rope Guard and multi-directional outsole splay zone
  • 4mm heel to toe drop

Are you ready to win a pair of your own?

One PBF reader will win a pair of the new Reebok Nano 3.0s!

To enter this giveaway, please leave a comment below, letting me know why you’d like to win!

I will randomly select a winner on Tuesday.

Good luck!

I'd love to connect with you! I am always so grateful when you let me know you tried one of my recipes or workouts and tag me in your photos or updates. Thank you so much!!!

Thanks for the opportunity to win a new pair of sneakers! My pair of Under Armours have seen better days. I’ve recently started the Focus T25 program, and between all the progressions from lunges to squats…extra room in the toe box for more stability sounds heavenly!

I like to win because of the word STABILITY…I seem to have a problem with twisting my ankles frequently, which really puts a damper on consistent training. I’d love to find a shoe that really supports me 🙂

My last pair of sneakers is from high school– and I’m going to be a senior in college! While I love to be active, my old ratty sneakers are holding me back, and hurting my feet every time I go for a run! I’m on a college student budget so a free pair of kicks would be key!

When you mentioned the instability of doing lunges in typical tennis shoes, I had an A-HA moment–I honestly always thought I just had really bad balance!! Having more stable shoes would encourage me to incorporate more lunges and squats into my work outs which is really appealing to me.

I’m part of an outside bootcamp and my running shoes are being destroyed and don’t provide nearly enough lateral movement ease. there would be great with more toe protection and agility! .

I could really do with a new pair of gym shoes because my current trainers are getting worn down. This means less support for my (bad) ankles. A new pair of Reeboks would solve this!

I do a lot of functional training and cross-training. My current shoes have no lateral support left in them at all – my feet constantly slide around inside of them! The Nano 3.0’s sound like just the ticket to help my feet feel ‘happy’ again. 🙂
