I was sent these shoes a couple of weeks ago to try out during my workouts and have nothing but good things to say about them.

When it comes to strength workouts that require certain exercises like squats and lunges, I’ve been working out in my Reebok Nano 2.0s because I love the low profile platform. (The Nanos are the hot pink shoes a few of you asked me about after seeing them pop up on my Instagram feed.)

The Sublite Train 1.0s remind me of the Nanos in a very good way! They also have a lower profile that helps me feel more stable during squats, lunges and certain plyometric exercises. Before trying out the Nanos and now the Sublite Train sneakers, I didn’t realize how much shoes can impact stability and make a difference in my balance. They’re great!

While I definitely wouldn’t recommend the Sublite Train sneakers for long distance running, if you’re looking for a shoe to wear during strength, circuit, plyometric or CrossFit workouts, I think you’ll love these! I’ve worn them during BodyPump classes and circuit workouts and really appreciated the extra stability the shoes provided. 

And as a neon fanatic, you know I am obsessed with the lime green color!

    I love the yellow (neon green) and teal at the top. They are super fun and bright. I usually go running around 4am on a poorly lit street across from my house so these would be great to make me a little more visible just in case some other crazy that’s up at 4am decides to drive down the street.

    I love the neon ones! I’ve always stuck with the same boring colors (black, grey, etc), but have found myself really loving the bright new colors that are out there these days.

    I have been having the hardest time finding a pair of shoes for running and lifting. My first pair caused my toes to go numb and now my second pair gives me toe cramps! Not sure which I prefer… Love the blue ones!

    That’s a really tough decision but I would totally rock the YELLOW ones so proudly!
    THEY ARE SO CUTE! I am in serious need of a new pair of gym shoes. I’ve never owned a pair of Reebok’s but since I started reading your blog a few months ago and have seen all of the seriously adorable fitness gear I figured I’d try my chance at a win here! Fingers crossed 🙂

    Anything with blue in it would suit my sports clothes nicely. I do have a pair of Asics with hot pink neon shoestrings that I get a lot of comments on when I wear them to work.

    I love the black and mint ones. I’ve recently gotten back in the gym, so it would be great to have an extra pair of sneakers on hand! Hope you are enjoying your trip! 🙂

    I love the neon yellow and teal ones! I fell in love with the Reebok training shoes (I have real-flex’s) about a year ago and desperately need a new pair. Neon shoes make every workout better 🙂

    Oh my gosh I would abslutely love to win a pair of these shoes! I would definitely choose the yellow & teal like in the picture above. I reacently started strength training and didn’t even think about needing a good pair of shoes, that would be awesome!

    I do love the neon and teal that you have at the top, but those coral ones are gorgeous too! It would be a hard choice.
