This blog launched as a way to combine my love for writing and my love for food and fitness. Though I’ve always loved baking (mainly because I love licking the batter of any baked good!), after graduating college and living on my own for the first time I began to really enjoy cooking. With an interest in nutrition and health, I am always searching for yummy ways to make decadent meals using fresh, healthy ingredients.

Most classic comfort foods can be revamped in a way to make them healthier – but still tasty! Here are a couple pictures of my recent creations:
