I love seeing bloggers achieve big things and today I am thrilled to feature a four-part giveaway on the blog that highlights four fabulous books written by fellow bloggers!

Below you will find an overview of four books published by bloggers in the healthy food/fitness genre and one copy of each is up for grabs! See below for more information on how to enter this giveaway at the bottom of this blog post.

If you enjoy reading Lauryn’s blog, The Skinny Confidential, you will love her book! Her conversational and oh-so-accessible writing style oozes through the pages of her beautiful book which features the same stunning photography and graphics you’d expect to see after checking out her gorgeous blog. Lauryn’s book touches on everything from food and fitness to beauty tips (like mixing your foundation with moisturizer to eliminate that cakey look) and fashion advice. It’s the kind of book I’d love to read at the beach or by the pool this summer because flipping through the pages makes you feel like you’re chatting with a girlfriend.

  • The Suja Juice Solution by Annie Lawless and Jeff Church

Did you guys know that the co-founder of Suja Juice, Annie Lawless, is a blogger? (Her blog, Blawnde, features everything from delicious green smoothie recipes to fashion posts and travel adventures.) The Suja Juice Solution is the book she co-wrote with Suja Juice co-founder Jeff Church and I have a feeling this one will interest a bunch of you out there! The Suja Juice Solution features a guide to help you beat sugar cravings and get back on track to living a healthy lifestyle. It includes a seven-day play you can follow but the plan isn’t a juice-only cleanse and simply focuses on eating and drinking fresh foods and juices. The recipes featured in the book include whole foods and creative juices and while I’m not personally following the seven-day reset plan, I’ve already made a handful of the recipes and loved them all. (I personally recommend the Sunflower Power Cookies and the Tangy ‘n’ Tropical Black Beans. So good!)

Katie is the adorable blogger behind Dashing Dish and, just like her blog, her cookbook, also titled Dashing Dish, features simple and delicious recipes. One hundred mouth-watering recipes can be found in her first cookbook, each including a beautiful photograph and easy-to-follow directions. Katie makes healthy eating simple and revamps typically indulgent comfort foods like deep dish pizza and Monte Cristo sandwiches and lightens them up in a way that makes them still somehow taste amazing! She’s a talented recipe developer and also a total sweetheart, so it’s easy to love her and her cookbook.

Jen, also known as Peanut Butter Runner, is a personal trainer, yoga instructor and group exercise instructor, and her first book, Ultimate Plank Fitness includes step-by-step photos to help everyone from beginners to seasoned athletes improve their fitness level through planks. Don’t think planks are only for those who want rock-hard abs… They are also fantastic for those looking to strengthen their core and target the shoulders, biceps, triceps, chest, glutes, quads and hamstrings. Planks are a fantastic total-body exercise and Jen’s book includes 100 variations of planks that you can incorporate into your workouts. Ultimate Plank Fitness also includes 10 workouts designed to improve strength and tone the body. Jen works so hard every single day and it’s easy to see how much time and effort she poured into this book! It’s a fantastic resource!

    Oh, so many lovely books to choose from! I think I’m going to have to do two entries! First I’m interested in The Skinny Confidential: A Babe’s Sexy, Sassy Fitness and Lifestyle Guide because I LOVE books (and blogs!) that cover all aspects of life.

    Ahh I would love Jen’s Ultimate Plank Fitness! I’ve only recently started to regularly incorporate planks into my workouts, and they’re so much more effective than I thought. I’m starting to get a little addicted!

    I also would love Dashing Dish–cooking and fitness are both hobbies of mine and as a health coach, I aim to help clients create lasting lifestyle changes through their every day habits so that their progress will be sustainable. This cookbook would be so fun and inspiring for new ideas 🙂

    My second choice would be Jen’s plank fitness book. I read her blog daily and love it! I’m on a tight budget and I don’t have a gym membership right now so this book would be a great resource! Thank you for these great giveaways Julie 🙂
