If you love yoga and you love Kashi, I think you are going to be incredibly pumped about today’s giveaway!
This summer, Kashi is partnering with Wanderlust Yoga Festivals to celebrate mindful living and empower people to live a healthy lifestyle. When I was approached by Kashi and Wanderlust and learned about this partnership and their mission, I knew I wanted to be involved in some capacity.
For those of you who may be unfamiliar with Wanderlust, it is the fast-growing yoga lifestyle brand behind the five summer festivals that take place across the United States and Canada.
This year, festivals are popping up in Stratton (June 19-22), Aspen-Snowmass (July 3-6), Squaw Valley (July 17-20), Whistler (July 31-August 4) and Tremblant (August 21-24).
Wanderlust Festivals offers yoga, music, outdoor hikes, adventure runs, kayaking, paddleboarding, biking, lectures and more. I will be attending two days of the festival at the Stratton Mountain Ski Resort in Bondville, Vermont at the end of June and I would love to have you join me! (Be sure to check out the giveaway at the bottom of this post!)
Wanderlust Festivals promise to be an adventure for your body, mind and soul. The festivals bring together the world’s leading yoga teachers, top musical acts, renowned speakers, exquisite chefs and exciting performers. Attendees have the option of attending one day or several days for a multi-day mountaintop retreat experience. When researching the festival I am going to attend in Vermont, I found myself feeling more and more excited about the festival when I realized I will have the chance to not only immerse myself in music and yoga but also participate in adventure hikes, mountain runs and informative lectures about a variety of topics including nutrition, motivation and more.
Here’s a tiny glimpse at what’s happening from 8 a.m. to 9 a.m. on Friday during the Stratton Mountain Festival:
There’s no shortage of things to do, huh!?
I’ve also been told that there will be no shortage in delicious food to eat!
In 2014, Wanderlust’s sustainable dining experience will be more prominent than ever and will feature Farm-to-Table dinners, high-end mountaintop dining created with fresh, locally grown foods and Wanderlust wine. A number of brands will also be on hand to provide attendees with samples, including Kashi. I am excited to partner with Kashi and Wanderlust and can’t wait to attend the festival and bring you guys along for the ride!
And that brings us to today’s fun (and delicious!) giveaway.
One PBF reader will win two tickets to the Stratton Mountain Wanderlust Festival in Bondeville, Vermont and will also receive a Kashi prize pack full of goodies I selected myself based on my personal favorites!
You can expect to receive lots of delicious samples including the following:
- Kashi Chocolate Chip Chia Crunchy Granola and Seed Bars
These crunchy bars are my new favorite! I love them on their own or crumbled on top of a cup of creamy Greek yogurt.
- Kashi GOLEAN Crisp Cinnamon Crumble Cereal
The Non-GMO Project verified cereal contains 11 grams of protein and no artificial additives, preservatives or ingredients. Most cereal leaves me starving an hour later, but this one has staying power! Bonus points for maintaining crispiness when soaked in a bowl of milk!
- Kashi GOLEAN Crunch Cereal
I’ve been buying this fiber-packed cereal for years and still adore it! I frequently use it as a granola substitute and sprinkle it on top of Greek yogurt or cottage cheese as a great afternoon snack!

I will randomly select a winner tomorrow.
Good luck!
I love how much yoga relaxes my mind and my muscles!
Yoga is such a stress-reliever for me. I love the feeling of calm and relief after I finish a yoga session, and I love the feeling of all my physical muscles and mental “muscles” working together to just focus, calm, and refresh everything. After stretching, holding poses, and gaining strength after a session… I always realize how yoga truly is an amazing practice!
Being able to focus on my breathing and not on other thoughts
This sounds like such an awesome event! I love the calmness and sense of peace I feel at the end of a yoga class.
I love how yoga helps me clear my mind and relax from all of the busyness of life!
I like that it gives me a mental and physicl break from life. I feel great after I practice – renewed and ready to tackle the rest of the day.
How relaxing it is 🙂
I love how yoga makes me feel. I feel like a ninja-monk that can handle anything 😉
I love that as soon as I enter a yoga class, I’m immediately more relaxed. There’s something about the silence and the no talking that makes it a personal experience even when you are surrounded by 20 other people. No matter how rushed I may have been getting out the door and driving to the gym, yoga has the ability to take all of those outside stressors away and I can focus solely on myself!
I like that the poses start to feel like comfortable old friends
I’ve actually never tried yoga but I’d love to, especially after hearing so many people say how great it is!
I love inversions!!! I love doing headstands or crow! They are challenging which keeps me always coming back!
It’s such a stress reliever for me!
I love the stretch yoga gives me, the feeling of strength and the calm that comes afterward.
I love to hate yoga, and I mean that in the best possible sense. I don’t like it because I feel inadequate when taking a class, because I think I might be one of the most inflexible people on the planet…buuut I love how yoga makes me feel. It is so relaxing and it stretches my body in ways that typical stretches don’t. After a yoga session I always feel calm and rejuvenated. I’ve recently bought a yoga app so I can do yoga in the comfort of my own home. My goal is to incorporate it into my workouts 3 times/week.
i love how yoga is the only workout (mostly yoga sculpt, but i love vinyasa classes too!) that no matter how my day went, i look forward to doing it. i recently moved from minneapolis to chicago and am looking to find a new yoga studio, and missing my old one! i would love to be able to go to wanderlust to get back to my yoga roots and experience all that nature has to offer:)
I love how it helps with my running — I notice that I feel better when I take the time to stretch out after a run. It not only calms my muscles but also my mind.
What a FUN giveaway!! I have always been a huge yoga fan.. As someone with an extreme
type A personality, I must admit the stress relieving aspect of yoga has got to be my favorite thing about it.
I love how I feel when I am done yoga – relaxed ,very stretched, and much more limber! What’s not to love?!
I love how yoga can give me a great workout and completely reset me mentally as well 🙂
I love that yoga stills my busy mind and body. Yoga is literally my therapy. I’ve been wanting to go to the Wanderlust festival for a couple of years now but the price always gets me as I would have to travel a ways to get there. Maybe this will be my chance!
being truly in the moment!
To flip around !
I love yoga because it strengthens my muscles and calms my mind at the same time. What could be better than that?!
I feel much more stretched and flexible after doing yoga!
What don’t I love? I love the routine of preparing my space. I love the quiet before class. I love stillness in my mind. I love finding out what my body is capable of. I love the strength it gives me. I love the endurance it teaches me. I love the peace it brings me. I love the feeling of gratitude afterward–to the teacher or the sun, to my body, to the earth. It’s way more than just exercise for me. It’s like a religious experience. …as cheesy as that may sound. Ha!
I love how loose and stretched my muscles are after yoga, as well as how relaxed I feel mentally.
I love being able to take a break from it all and finish feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.
I love the sense of peace and relaxation after I’ve completed a yoga session!
I love that it allows me relax, and to stretch out my muscles after a week of running!
Yoga gives me the ability to challenge my body and mind together. It is empowering and relaxing at the same time.
My favorite thing about yoga is how it has taught me to ‘play’. I used to think yoga was a serious and strict practice but it isn’t so. My yoga instructor uses the word ‘playtime’ and it was only after hearing that did I feel confident to try new arm balances and hand stands..since I was just playing, falling and stumbling was part of the process : )
I love how peaceful I feel after doing yoga. It’s the only time I can get my brain to take a break!
I love the feeling of calm and peace with the world that I have afterward.
Wellllll, if I practiced yoga more (which I plan on doing!!), just the stretching and working on flexibility. As someone who enjoys running, I think yoga is a big part of making it easier on the body. From the schedule above, the first yoga class that caught my eye was totally the one for runners…oh and the fact that there will be wine there haha!
I heard about these festivals last year but it was too late for me to go by the time I figured this out! This is a fantastic giveaway.
I’m epileptic and yoga really helps my mind relax in addition to working my muscles. It’s so nice to disconnect and simply focus on the moment.
I love how yoga gives me peace and strength all at once. It’s such an amazing release.
I love that yoga is both a workout for the mind and the body! It helps me to improve my flexibility, unwind, and leaves me energized. Even if I am not the best at it, just practicing yoga gives me the opportunity to constantly improve and challenge myself.
My favorite thing about yoga is the centering of my mind. If I skip out on yoga for too long my mind goes a little crazy. One good class and I’m back to center and peace! Namaste 🙂
I love yoga because it makes me slow down and stretch well. Not just 5-second holds. 🙂
Hi Julie! I read your blog everyday but I’ve never commented before. I grew up skiing at Stratton Mountain and my parents still have a house there! Stratton rocks. Where are you staying on the mountain? Wanderlust is amazing and I have loved it in the past. There is so much to do in the summer and explore on the mountain and around town, especially in Manchester which is about 25 minutes west from the mountain. Let me know if you want any local recommendations etc!
I love feeling stronger!
Yoga is so relaxing! But what I love most is it is the ONLY thing that will help with my tight hips and lower back pain.
I love how I feel the day after yoga! I have worked muscles that I didn’t even know existed, and I feel so accomplished 🙂
I love that yoga (especially hot yoga) forces me to focus on movements, breathing and stretching as a different way to workout. I also love that is good for my body AND my mind 🙂
I love how yoga helps out so much with running! My hips and legs are often tight after a long run, and one yoga class (especially hot yoga) and they feel as good as new! This looks like such a fun weekend!
Yoga is my favorite way to let everything go when I get stressed out. It centers and calms me.
I love how yoga releases the tension in my body and gives my mind a break
I love that yoga (especially hot yoga) forces me to focus on movements, breathing and stretching as a workout. I also love that it is good for my body AND my mind 🙂
I love leaving the stress of the day and focusing on the four corners of my mat! I use yoga a great way to let go of thoughts that do not serve me and instead bring focus to myself and the present moment!
