If you love yoga and you love Kashi, I think you are going to be incredibly pumped about today’s giveaway!
This summer, Kashi is partnering with Wanderlust Yoga Festivals to celebrate mindful living and empower people to live a healthy lifestyle. When I was approached by Kashi and Wanderlust and learned about this partnership and their mission, I knew I wanted to be involved in some capacity.
For those of you who may be unfamiliar with Wanderlust, it is the fast-growing yoga lifestyle brand behind the five summer festivals that take place across the United States and Canada.
This year, festivals are popping up in Stratton (June 19-22), Aspen-Snowmass (July 3-6), Squaw Valley (July 17-20), Whistler (July 31-August 4) and Tremblant (August 21-24).
Wanderlust Festivals offers yoga, music, outdoor hikes, adventure runs, kayaking, paddleboarding, biking, lectures and more. I will be attending two days of the festival at the Stratton Mountain Ski Resort in Bondville, Vermont at the end of June and I would love to have you join me! (Be sure to check out the giveaway at the bottom of this post!)
Wanderlust Festivals promise to be an adventure for your body, mind and soul. The festivals bring together the world’s leading yoga teachers, top musical acts, renowned speakers, exquisite chefs and exciting performers. Attendees have the option of attending one day or several days for a multi-day mountaintop retreat experience. When researching the festival I am going to attend in Vermont, I found myself feeling more and more excited about the festival when I realized I will have the chance to not only immerse myself in music and yoga but also participate in adventure hikes, mountain runs and informative lectures about a variety of topics including nutrition, motivation and more.
Here’s a tiny glimpse at what’s happening from 8 a.m. to 9 a.m. on Friday during the Stratton Mountain Festival:
There’s no shortage of things to do, huh!?
I’ve also been told that there will be no shortage in delicious food to eat!
In 2014, Wanderlust’s sustainable dining experience will be more prominent than ever and will feature Farm-to-Table dinners, high-end mountaintop dining created with fresh, locally grown foods and Wanderlust wine. A number of brands will also be on hand to provide attendees with samples, including Kashi. I am excited to partner with Kashi and Wanderlust and can’t wait to attend the festival and bring you guys along for the ride!
And that brings us to today’s fun (and delicious!) giveaway.
One PBF reader will win two tickets to the Stratton Mountain Wanderlust Festival in Bondeville, Vermont and will also receive a Kashi prize pack full of goodies I selected myself based on my personal favorites!
You can expect to receive lots of delicious samples including the following:
- Kashi Chocolate Chip Chia Crunchy Granola and Seed Bars
These crunchy bars are my new favorite! I love them on their own or crumbled on top of a cup of creamy Greek yogurt.
- Kashi GOLEAN Crisp Cinnamon Crumble Cereal
The Non-GMO Project verified cereal contains 11 grams of protein and no artificial additives, preservatives or ingredients. Most cereal leaves me starving an hour later, but this one has staying power! Bonus points for maintaining crispiness when soaked in a bowl of milk!
- Kashi GOLEAN Crunch Cereal
I’ve been buying this fiber-packed cereal for years and still adore it! I frequently use it as a granola substitute and sprinkle it on top of Greek yogurt or cottage cheese as a great afternoon snack!

What an amazing giveaway!
Yoga (although I am a beginner) gives me such relaxtion and calmness. Essential parts of life when you have a one year old running around. The best part thoug, is when she tried to mimic what I am doing 🙂
What I love most is the way it makes me feel. It’s just so relaxing and peaceful. I love doing a five minute yoga sesh after a hard run. Feels great!
I love yoga for the gentle and soothing back stretches it provides!
I love the hip openings and twisting – releases I can’t get doing anything else!
Love yoga and these festivals look great! Yoga centers me so much and is a major stress reliever!
I love using yoga as a stretch and relaxation from my OTHER fitness endeavors — particularly cycling, which can leave me crazy sore and stiff.
Wow that looks like my idea of heaven at a festival! What a wonderful weekend! My favourite part of yoga is that it is the time to release and let go of all the crap- just me and my mat.
I love how yoga allows me to escape my thoughts while simultaneously allows me to sort through them to clear my head.
I love how centered and calm I feel after I do yoga 🙂
I love how yoga gives me a sense of peace after I’m done with the session. I love how it teaches you to breathe mindfully and how it improves your flexibility. <3
I love how yoga helps my lower back feel better. :0)
I love how peaceful I feel after yoga. It’s definitely one of my favorite things! 🙂
Yoga gives me the ability to leave the day behind and relax. I love the way it makes me feel. My whole body feels strong after yoga and ready to take on anything!
I love yoga because it is a way to reward and appreciate my body for all it does for me.
I usually like to stick to HIIT workouts or heavy lifting or running, but I love adding in a little yoga to help maintain my strength, flexibility, + help prevent injury! It also is a great workout to on an off day for me because even though it is not a full blown “workout day” I am still getting up + moving my body. : ) I recently started doing yoga every Sunday to wind down from a stressful weekend + to prepare me for the week ahead and I cannot even tell you how much it has helped me!
I feel about Yoga the way I have heard you talk about running….I don’t always feel confident going to a yoga class and I am certainly not ‘a natural’, but I get a real sense of accomplishment when I finish because I know I have done something good for my mind and body, but also pushed myself to get outside of my comfort zone. I would love to have the opportunity to dedicate a whole weekend to learning about and practicing yoga and general health and wellness!
Great giveaway!
I love that yoga helps me relax! I took it back in college and remember feeling so de-stressed afterwards! It was so nice!
I love the feelings of strength, power, and confidence a good yoga session gives me. After yoga, I feel like I can do anything.
What a fabulous giveaway! I love how Yoga challenges myself to concentrate on my breath and how my body is feeling.
I love that yoga helps me with my flexibility! I’m not the most flexible person in the world, but yoga definitely helps. 🙂
I’m purely awful at yoga but I love a good stretch.
Yoga reminds me to SLOW DOWN! Sounds pretty simple but I find myself rushing through almost everything I do and yoga is a great excuse NOT to 🙂
Yoga makes me feel refreshed, energized, and relaxed. Given my stressful life (full time career woman and new mom), I need as much meditating and relaxation as possible! I would LOVE this trip and get away from the daily stress in my life!
Yoga helps me maintain and work on balance and flexibility.
Great give away we love all your choices in my house.
Hmmm… not a yoga person, but I do love me some Kashi.
my favorite thing about yoga is the focus on breathing at the beginning of class, and the focus on how our body feels at the end of class.
I love how yoga makes me feel after a hard workout the previous day. It helps stretch my muscles and re-fuel them for future workouts!
Also not a yoga person, but maybe I should give it another try. Kashi is awesome though 🙂
The relaxed feeling at the end of class, so great!,
I love that yoga allows me to relax and unplug!
I love how relaxed I feel after a yoga practice. Can’t get enough!
I love that it makes me feel strong and powerful in my own body, differently than any other workout can!
I love how yoga gets me out of my own thoughts…and stretches out my back at the same time! 🙂
I love that yoga gives me a workout but also makes me feel likes it’s helping my body recover from other types of workouts!
I love how yoga allows me to forget about everything else that’s going on in my life. It’s 90 minutes of just me. I can go as easy or as hard as I want, with no judgements. I love the comrade of all the yogis.
I love how strong and powerful I feel when I do yoga…like I can accomplish anything!
I love the combination of strength, flexibility, mindfulness and meditation involved in yoga. I struggle with traditional meditation, for me active meditation where my body is moving allows my mind to become more rested. Thanks Julie for doing these giveaways, pretty awesome stuff!! :o)
yoga is relaxing and refreshing after a long, stressful day! great giveaway!!
I love yoga because it pushes me to get outside of my comfort zone in so many different ways! I am inflexible (because of my love of running), but yoga forces me to stretch my tight muscles. Yoga also forces me to quiet my wondering mind and focus on breathing and being present in the moment. Sometimes I thing because I am inflexible that I am not “good” at yoga, but I enjoy doing it because it pushes me to try new things and exercises!
Yoga is freeing to both my body and my mind!
I love the way it makes me feel when I’m done. It can be so challenging, but even with my frustration at not getting every pose right, at the end, I am empty and filled and happy. It is always wonderful.
I love how it amazingly stretches my hamstrings- the difference this makes in my other exercises and in daily life in general is HUGE!
I love how refreshed yoga makes me feel. I could have a super stressful day, and with an hour of yoga, I feel totally balanced. I am also not super flexible, but I love that the more you practice yoga, the more it helps!
I love Kashi!
I love the deep stretching it provides in contrast to my weight lifting, cycling, Pilates workouts. It’s a great way to increase fitness and relax at the same time. Not to mention hot yoga–one of my favorites!
I love how centering yoga is!
I love yoga for the the way it teaches me to breathe through difficult situations – on and off my mat!
What a fantastic giveaway!
My favorite thing about yoga is how it helps me relax and de-stress from the day. I travel a lot for work and I love that i can unwind from a busy day by doing yoga in my hotel room.
I love how every time I practice yoga I gain more flexibility and strength,
