If you love yoga and you love Kashi, I think you are going to be incredibly pumped about today’s giveaway!
This summer, Kashi is partnering with Wanderlust Yoga Festivals to celebrate mindful living and empower people to live a healthy lifestyle. When I was approached by Kashi and Wanderlust and learned about this partnership and their mission, I knew I wanted to be involved in some capacity.
For those of you who may be unfamiliar with Wanderlust, it is the fast-growing yoga lifestyle brand behind the five summer festivals that take place across the United States and Canada.
This year, festivals are popping up in Stratton (June 19-22), Aspen-Snowmass (July 3-6), Squaw Valley (July 17-20), Whistler (July 31-August 4) and Tremblant (August 21-24).
Wanderlust Festivals offers yoga, music, outdoor hikes, adventure runs, kayaking, paddleboarding, biking, lectures and more. I will be attending two days of the festival at the Stratton Mountain Ski Resort in Bondville, Vermont at the end of June and I would love to have you join me! (Be sure to check out the giveaway at the bottom of this post!)
Wanderlust Festivals promise to be an adventure for your body, mind and soul. The festivals bring together the world’s leading yoga teachers, top musical acts, renowned speakers, exquisite chefs and exciting performers. Attendees have the option of attending one day or several days for a multi-day mountaintop retreat experience. When researching the festival I am going to attend in Vermont, I found myself feeling more and more excited about the festival when I realized I will have the chance to not only immerse myself in music and yoga but also participate in adventure hikes, mountain runs and informative lectures about a variety of topics including nutrition, motivation and more.
Here’s a tiny glimpse at what’s happening from 8 a.m. to 9 a.m. on Friday during the Stratton Mountain Festival:
There’s no shortage of things to do, huh!?
I’ve also been told that there will be no shortage in delicious food to eat!
In 2014, Wanderlust’s sustainable dining experience will be more prominent than ever and will feature Farm-to-Table dinners, high-end mountaintop dining created with fresh, locally grown foods and Wanderlust wine. A number of brands will also be on hand to provide attendees with samples, including Kashi. I am excited to partner with Kashi and Wanderlust and can’t wait to attend the festival and bring you guys along for the ride!
And that brings us to today’s fun (and delicious!) giveaway.
One PBF reader will win two tickets to the Stratton Mountain Wanderlust Festival in Bondeville, Vermont and will also receive a Kashi prize pack full of goodies I selected myself based on my personal favorites!
You can expect to receive lots of delicious samples including the following:
- Kashi Chocolate Chip Chia Crunchy Granola and Seed Bars
These crunchy bars are my new favorite! I love them on their own or crumbled on top of a cup of creamy Greek yogurt.
- Kashi GOLEAN Crisp Cinnamon Crumble Cereal
The Non-GMO Project verified cereal contains 11 grams of protein and no artificial additives, preservatives or ingredients. Most cereal leaves me starving an hour later, but this one has staying power! Bonus points for maintaining crispiness when soaked in a bowl of milk!
- Kashi GOLEAN Crunch Cereal
I’ve been buying this fiber-packed cereal for years and still adore it! I frequently use it as a granola substitute and sprinkle it on top of Greek yogurt or cottage cheese as a great afternoon snack!

I will randomly select a winner tomorrow.
Good luck!
I love the way that I cannot only certain my mind and thoughts, but also body in the process. I really enjoy doing yoga after a day of strength training or running to help me get really stretched out. I also sleep super well after yoga since my mind is more zen. Namaste! 🙂
The calming and centering that yoga provides is why I love it. I think headstands in yoga are a great metaphor…in that it gives you a new perspective.
The calmness and also the stretching, which (as a runner) I need to do more of!
I love the physical work out I get in my yoga practice but also the mental work out. My yoga practice improved greatly when I finally understood the importance of focusing your mind, focusing on your breathing & really letting go of all outside distractions.
I am able to take my mind off of all my daily stresses!
I love how it relaxes me and takes my mind off of all my stresses. It also makes me feel strong.
It makes me feel stronger metnally and physically. It gives me a sense of calmness while allowing me to focus on my well-being.
I love the limits that it pushes my body to. I also love that it is low impact, which is great since we are trying to conceive!
I love yoga because it gives me peace of mind and a good stretch!
I love that I can be completely in the moment when I’m doing yoga, no matter what else is going on in my life!
What an amazing giveaway!!! My favorite thing about yoga although I have never been the “bendiest” is finding my presence. Pretty simple but hard to get there sometimes!!
I love the way yoga relaxes my mind and helps me feel at peace with the day. 🙂
Being a avid runner and biker, I love yoga because it allows me to slow down and say “thank you” to my body! 🙂
I love that it is a time to relax and unwind, away from the busy day-to-day activities of life – and its a great workout! 🙂
Great giveaway! I love the sense of calm I get following a good yoga session.
I love the calm & relaxation infeel after finishing a class. I try & go in the morning so I can carry the feeling throughout the day 🙂
I love that yoga helps me work on my flexibility
I love how yoga helps calm my anxiety and makes my body stronger!
I have such a Type-A personality, and yoga has really allowed me to calm down and focus on the moment!
I love yoga because it stretches out tight muscles after weightlifting sessions!
I love that no matter how long I’ve been practicing I can continue to challenge myself!
I love that an hour of yoga makes me slow down in a hectic world.
Stretches out tight runner hips!
I love yoga because of the way it centers and relaxes me.
I love the way I feel after yoga, that calm relaxed feeling only yoga can bring on.
I love how relaxing yoga is. I am always on the go, but yoga lets me give my brain a break and is a chance to relax.
I love that it forces me to take the time to stretch and focus on how my body is feeling, which I fail to do during busy weeks!
I love the calming aspects of yoga and how my body can do things I never thought possible.
I would absolutely love to be involved in this. I actually first started getting into yoga when I was living near Lake Tahoe a few years ago when one of the first Wanderlust festivals was there! I heard about it and thought it sounded a little hippy-dippy but ended up trying out some free classes a studio had as a way to build hype. I WAS HOOKED! Ever since I have made yoga and a good studio membership a priority for me. It has been difficult to set aside up to 3 hours a day to get to a class, attend, and clean up afterwards but yoga has brought me physical and mental clarity unlike anything else. After around two years of regular practice I love my physique (not even that I lost weight! I just am happy with my shape these days), muscles, and the way yoga has shaped my attitude by bringing out my positive qualities and helping me to let go of negative ones a bit more. I cannot even say enough good things about yoga and tell everyone I know about it! I’m for sure marking this on my calendar to attend next year and would just absolutely be so happy if I’m chosen for this giveaway.
I am going for my yoga certification in August and I couldnt be more excited! Not only do I hope to spread the word of yoga, I hope I’m able to continue to help my body be strong and youthful. Yoga gives me the ability to be confident in what I can do in an environment of reflection with a judgement free feel (if you’re lucky to find the right studio where girls aren’t texting in Lululemon in the corner).
I need to be scientifically creative for my job (Research Professor) and I find many of my “light-bulb, aha ideas” during yoga. The only bad part is feeling the need to write down my idea during yoga! 🙂
I love how yoga keeps surprising me with what my body can do. I have been practicing regularly for a few years now, and it is an amazing outlet in my life. Wanderlust is definitely on my bucket list!
I’m horrible about stretching after working out or running so doing yoga a couple times a week helps me to stay flexible and gives me the stretching that my body craves.
I love how clear-minded and stress-free I feel after a good yoga class. It can completely turn a day around!
I love the way I feel confident after a good yoga class
I love the flexibility I gain from yoga!
I have not taken tons of yoga classes but would love to take more. I love the way it makes me feel so relaxed.
I love how by timing movement w/ breath, I get further into poses than I initially think is possible! The festivals sound super fun, would love to attend one:)
I love the way I feel after- it relaxes my mind & whole body!
I don’t always love stretching and strength training but I do when I’m doing yoga!
I love the calmness that I have after class!
I love how much yoga has improved my flexibility and helps relax my stiff muscles that Crossfit can cause! I feel so much better now that I have incorporated yoga into my workout regimen!!
i’m love/hate with yoga. hate the process, love the results! i don’t do it often enough because of this though… oops!
I’m pretty new to yoga having only started it with my 2nd pregnancy, but I love how it gives me time to relax and reflect!
Feeling relaxed and you can do it anywhere!!
Has also helped me with flexibility and allowing me to continue running with very few injuries.
I love the way yoga has helped my back problems. It’s also great for stretching and core strengthening. Since I”m a runner, I enjoy taking advantage of my days off with a little yoga treat!
I love how loose and limber I feel!
I love how relaxed I feel when I’m finished!
My favorite thing about yoga is the feeling I get afterward – long, lean and powerful!
I love how yoga has transformed my perspective on how I should live my life and on my body. I love the awareness and mindfulness that comes along with yoga practice and strive to live out my practice in my daily life. This is an amazing giveaway!
I love sooooooooo many things about yoga but a few that immediately come to mind are the calming of my mind, injury prevention, and the feel of a good stretch.
