If you love yoga and you love Kashi, I think you are going to be incredibly pumped about today’s giveaway!
This summer, Kashi is partnering with Wanderlust Yoga Festivals to celebrate mindful living and empower people to live a healthy lifestyle. When I was approached by Kashi and Wanderlust and learned about this partnership and their mission, I knew I wanted to be involved in some capacity.
For those of you who may be unfamiliar with Wanderlust, it is the fast-growing yoga lifestyle brand behind the five summer festivals that take place across the United States and Canada.
This year, festivals are popping up in Stratton (June 19-22), Aspen-Snowmass (July 3-6), Squaw Valley (July 17-20), Whistler (July 31-August 4) and Tremblant (August 21-24).
Wanderlust Festivals offers yoga, music, outdoor hikes, adventure runs, kayaking, paddleboarding, biking, lectures and more. I will be attending two days of the festival at the Stratton Mountain Ski Resort in Bondville, Vermont at the end of June and I would love to have you join me! (Be sure to check out the giveaway at the bottom of this post!)
Wanderlust Festivals promise to be an adventure for your body, mind and soul. The festivals bring together the world’s leading yoga teachers, top musical acts, renowned speakers, exquisite chefs and exciting performers. Attendees have the option of attending one day or several days for a multi-day mountaintop retreat experience. When researching the festival I am going to attend in Vermont, I found myself feeling more and more excited about the festival when I realized I will have the chance to not only immerse myself in music and yoga but also participate in adventure hikes, mountain runs and informative lectures about a variety of topics including nutrition, motivation and more.
Here’s a tiny glimpse at what’s happening from 8 a.m. to 9 a.m. on Friday during the Stratton Mountain Festival:
There’s no shortage of things to do, huh!?
I’ve also been told that there will be no shortage in delicious food to eat!
In 2014, Wanderlust’s sustainable dining experience will be more prominent than ever and will feature Farm-to-Table dinners, high-end mountaintop dining created with fresh, locally grown foods and Wanderlust wine. A number of brands will also be on hand to provide attendees with samples, including Kashi. I am excited to partner with Kashi and Wanderlust and can’t wait to attend the festival and bring you guys along for the ride!
And that brings us to today’s fun (and delicious!) giveaway.
One PBF reader will win two tickets to the Stratton Mountain Wanderlust Festival in Bondeville, Vermont and will also receive a Kashi prize pack full of goodies I selected myself based on my personal favorites!
You can expect to receive lots of delicious samples including the following:
- Kashi Chocolate Chip Chia Crunchy Granola and Seed Bars
These crunchy bars are my new favorite! I love them on their own or crumbled on top of a cup of creamy Greek yogurt.
- Kashi GOLEAN Crisp Cinnamon Crumble Cereal
The Non-GMO Project verified cereal contains 11 grams of protein and no artificial additives, preservatives or ingredients. Most cereal leaves me starving an hour later, but this one has staying power! Bonus points for maintaining crispiness when soaked in a bowl of milk!
- Kashi GOLEAN Crunch Cereal
I’ve been buying this fiber-packed cereal for years and still adore it! I frequently use it as a granola substitute and sprinkle it on top of Greek yogurt or cottage cheese as a great afternoon snack!

I will randomly select a winner tomorrow.
Good luck!
I love that I manage to enjoy doing 2 things that on their own I dislike..stretching and strength training 🙂 Not very zen I know, but honest!
I love that yoga makes me feel strong and proud of what my body can accomplish!
I love how relaxing yoga is and that my body stays feeling stretched and engaged for days after the workout. 🙂
My favorite thing about yoga is that I always finish my practice having left most of my stress on the mat.
i love how centering yoga is- helps me to let go of things that are probably a much smaller deal than i make them out to be in the course of the day. also, good to stretch out the muscles and prevent injury!
I love that feeling of be present in my mind and body. Not anxious or checked out. Just present.
That after a year or so, I can finally go to a yoga class and leave everything that is going on around me outside the studio. Of course, I have days where I bring it in with me and it starts off rough then I remind myself it is my time to let go.
I like stretching and how good you feel after yoga!
I love that yoga always makes me feel relaxed, peaceful and calm.
I love how grounding yoga is for me.
Life is stressful. I love how yoga gives me a “mini-vacation” from all of my other commitments and helps me find balance in the middle of my usual craziness. I leave class feeling so much calmer and more relaxed, which helps me focus on everything else going on.
My favorite thing about yoga is the calmness and peace it brings me.
I love getting in a low impact workout!
I LOVE that yoga makes me a better runner and I would love to get better at it and learn more.
I love the great total-body stretch!
I learned ashtanga yoga with some amazing women when I was living overseas. Now whenever I practice it takes me back to that time in my life. I love feeling like I am practicing next to those women, even know they are a world away.
I like the calmness of it! It is soothing for stress!
I love the way yoga challenges me in a different way not only physically, but also mentally. Staying focused and present during my practice is often the most difficult part. But the lessons I learn on my mat can be applied to so many other areas of my life. It’s great!
I love how relaxed I always feel after yoga!
I love yoga because of how I feel at peace during and after my practice. It helps me to distress and realize life is so much more than the daily worries I constantly think about!
I love feeling like my muscles are getting nice and stretched out. I need more yoga in my life! Lately I am obsessed with the kashi cinnamon cereal.
I love how relaxed and rejuvenated I feel after yoga.
It increases my flexibility
I love incorporating yoga into my weekly workout schedule as it provides great strength training and stretching during marathon training!
I love how relaxed and stretched out I feel after doing yoga.
I love how it makes me more flexible and the surprising strength workout I get. Before starting yoga I didn’t realize how hard you worked those muscles!
How it enables me to perform better at other activities, like running!
I just recently got into hot yoga….not only do I get a relaxing escape from my crazy life, I think it has made me a stronger runner!
What I love most about yoga is that it is dedicated “me time.” It is almost a gift to myself to zone out, focus on myself, and notice how I’m feeling (physically and mentally) that day. I also love that each workout is a fresh start and provides new perspective / insight. Getting a great workout in at the same time is a bonus too! 🙂
I love how ‘stretched’ and ‘long’ I feel as well as the ‘relaxed’ feeling I have for the rest of the day!
Yoga has taught me to connect movement with breath, to calm me in times of stress, to relieve me in times of pain, to strengthen me from the inside out. Yoga has taught me to give myself permission to love and respect my body, to stretch my limits and to slow down and enjoy the present moment. Yoga clears my mind and allows me to be mindful of my surroundings, my body, my thoughts and feelings, and my actions. That is what I love about yoga. 🙂
I love the calmness of yoga.
Love the feeling of a good stretch!
Yoga is calm and such a stress reliever. Comes in handy after a long hard day at the office!
I love that Yoga helps me to be a better runner! Pounding the pavement day after day can be rough on the body and I think of Yoga as a treat!
I love how after a good yoga session I feel relaxed but energized at the same time
I love that yoga helps in all other fitness aspects by helping with flexibility, strength and breathing.
I love how I feel post-yoga. There is nothing like the feeling of walking out of the studio with a fresh mind!
Hi Julie,
Adore your site!
I love that yoga is truly healing for the MIND and BODY, simultaneously!
I began doing yoga because I had sciatic nerve issues at work and it was AWFUL – I could not sit or stand still! My wonderful fiance picked up a yoga dvd I picked out and we did it together that same night … I was immensely pleased with the results after only one session, so I’ve continued with it! Yoga allows, actually forces you to pay attention to what you are doing in that very moment. You WANT to focus on breathing, poses, positioning. And by focusing on those, your other stresses that seemed so large, are lessened by the end of your session.
It’s a two-for-one experience!
I feel so relaxed when doing yoga…I should really do it more often
I like that Yoga is so relaxing.
I love how relaxing yoga feels.
I love that yoga provides a space to return to time and time again and evolves to fit exactly what you need in that moment. Sometimes a strong and powerful practice, sometimes a slow flow, sometimes a place to just breathe for five minutes. Such a blessing!
Right now, my answer would be the clothes. 🙂 I have actually never tried yoga but I need to. I feel that it would help me relieve some stress. All these comments are making me want to try it more!
There is this beautiful lightness that yoga gives me, I love that whether it is 5 minutes or 50 minutes, I can have this sweet felling whenever I choose.
I love yoga because it helps me destress. It is time that I am unplugged and thinking about myself.
I love the full body stretch I get from yoga and how great my muscles feel afterwards!
I met my besties through yoga. Friends are the best medicine.
I love yoga for stretching me out after runs!
I love that yoga isnt a super intense workout but you feel so relaxed and stretched when you get done.
