If you love yoga and you love Kashi, I think you are going to be incredibly pumped about today’s giveaway!
This summer, Kashi is partnering with Wanderlust Yoga Festivals to celebrate mindful living and empower people to live a healthy lifestyle. When I was approached by Kashi and Wanderlust and learned about this partnership and their mission, I knew I wanted to be involved in some capacity.
For those of you who may be unfamiliar with Wanderlust, it is the fast-growing yoga lifestyle brand behind the five summer festivals that take place across the United States and Canada.
This year, festivals are popping up in Stratton (June 19-22), Aspen-Snowmass (July 3-6), Squaw Valley (July 17-20), Whistler (July 31-August 4) and Tremblant (August 21-24).
Wanderlust Festivals offers yoga, music, outdoor hikes, adventure runs, kayaking, paddleboarding, biking, lectures and more. I will be attending two days of the festival at the Stratton Mountain Ski Resort in Bondville, Vermont at the end of June and I would love to have you join me! (Be sure to check out the giveaway at the bottom of this post!)
Wanderlust Festivals promise to be an adventure for your body, mind and soul. The festivals bring together the world’s leading yoga teachers, top musical acts, renowned speakers, exquisite chefs and exciting performers. Attendees have the option of attending one day or several days for a multi-day mountaintop retreat experience. When researching the festival I am going to attend in Vermont, I found myself feeling more and more excited about the festival when I realized I will have the chance to not only immerse myself in music and yoga but also participate in adventure hikes, mountain runs and informative lectures about a variety of topics including nutrition, motivation and more.
Here’s a tiny glimpse at what’s happening from 8 a.m. to 9 a.m. on Friday during the Stratton Mountain Festival:
There’s no shortage of things to do, huh!?
I’ve also been told that there will be no shortage in delicious food to eat!
In 2014, Wanderlust’s sustainable dining experience will be more prominent than ever and will feature Farm-to-Table dinners, high-end mountaintop dining created with fresh, locally grown foods and Wanderlust wine. A number of brands will also be on hand to provide attendees with samples, including Kashi. I am excited to partner with Kashi and Wanderlust and can’t wait to attend the festival and bring you guys along for the ride!
And that brings us to today’s fun (and delicious!) giveaway.
One PBF reader will win two tickets to the Stratton Mountain Wanderlust Festival in Bondeville, Vermont and will also receive a Kashi prize pack full of goodies I selected myself based on my personal favorites!
You can expect to receive lots of delicious samples including the following:
- Kashi Chocolate Chip Chia Crunchy Granola and Seed Bars
These crunchy bars are my new favorite! I love them on their own or crumbled on top of a cup of creamy Greek yogurt.
- Kashi GOLEAN Crisp Cinnamon Crumble Cereal
The Non-GMO Project verified cereal contains 11 grams of protein and no artificial additives, preservatives or ingredients. Most cereal leaves me starving an hour later, but this one has staying power! Bonus points for maintaining crispiness when soaked in a bowl of milk!
- Kashi GOLEAN Crunch Cereal
I’ve been buying this fiber-packed cereal for years and still adore it! I frequently use it as a granola substitute and sprinkle it on top of Greek yogurt or cottage cheese as a great afternoon snack!

have always thought about attending wanderlust! fun!
I love yoga because it gives me faith that there is always something good to look forward to.
I don’t know if it’s the meditation or just seeing what my body can do(this running body used to not be able to bend!) but it I can’t help but feel a little more hopeful after my practice.
I love that yoga forces me to quiet down. With every other workout, I have music going, TV on in the background, etc. With yoga, it’s just me and my body hanging out together.
I love that it is one of those things I will never regret doing. I can count on a mild workout AND self reflection with my power yoga, but also get an amazing stretch, which my very inflexible body needs. 😉
I love yoga because it has helped me become flexible! For someone whose whole family missed out on the flexibility genes, that’s a big deal 🙂
I love that yoga is calming, but at the same time is very challenging. I like that there is so much stretching involved, and I really feel stress leaving my body as I practice!
The best part of yoga is how great I feel afterwards and in the days following. It helps me to handle stress better and stay calm in some tough situations.
I love that yoga offers me a completely different type of exercise from my typical running routine! It feels great to work my core and stretch my whole body.
Yoga reminds me of the joy and peace in life, especially during my most stressful days!
I looooooove yoga. I started an Ashtanga practice about 3 years ago. My time on the mat is a daily escape to refocus everything. Wanderlust seems incredible, and I would love to attend any of them. Vermont would be a bonus!
Yoga is great for stretching out my muscles, something that I dont do enough of. I could use some more yoga in my life…
I love how relaxed, yet energized my body feels after a yoga session.
Yoga forces me to slow down and allow my body to become in tune with my mind.
I love that it forces me to “disconnect”
The stretching and the peace of mind.
I love “hurts so good” feeling of the stretching and strengthening that occurs when taking a yoga class!
I love how cleansed and refreshed I feel after a good yoga session!
I love how relaxed it makes me feel even during the most strenuous practices! I always leave feeling light and restored!
I love yoga because after I do it, I feel calmer, I feel stronger, and I feel rejuvenated. After doing yoga, I’m ready to go take on the world!
I LOVE bikram and I love how it is 90 minutes of being able to focus on nothing else besides my well-being.
My favorite part about yoga is encouraging myself to be present in my practice. I find it so hard to do this at any other time during the day, so I jump at the chance to do it in my yoga practice. I love going to my sunrise yoga class and feeling amazing for the rest of the day!
I love doing Yoga after a hard workout. Being able to stretch, relax and clear my mind is the greatest feeling in the world. I’ve tried a few different classes but feel that a more “restorative” yoga is best for me!
What an amazing giveaway!! I love how yoga relaxes me. I open my eyes at the end and my mind feels so clear.
SUN SALUTATIONS ALL DAY!
I love the way yoga makes me feel!
I love yoga, because it allows me to enter a meditative state (which I otherwise have a very hard time quieting my mind enough to do). <3
I love how yoga makes me feel – energized and happy! I also love that I just completed my teacher training LAST NIGHT (!!) so now I can share my passion with others!
The best part i like about yoga is that even when your muscles are sore from any type of workouts, you can easily customize the yoga moves and calm your muscles and have a blast from different type of poses
I love the escape I get from yoga. I’m able to focus on me and my mat and it’s the best feeling ever!
My favorite part about yoga is definitely the different focus during the exercise. It is more on connecting the mind + body + breathing, whereas I feel like when I am lifting, spinning, on the stairmaster or doing intervals, I am definitely not thinking about my mind and body connection! LOL!
I absolutely love the feeling after a great hot yoga class. My mind is so at peace and I feel so ready to take on whatever the day brings!
i love how yoga makes me feel, and that it stretches out my hams/spine as well as my hips!
I’m not really good at stretching after a workout, so I love that yoga gets me to do that. After yoga, I always feel so much more relaxed and stretched out!
I have not participated in much yoga, but I love the challenge it brings. It is fun, and it is also difficult at the same time. I also like the calm and collected feeling I get from finishing a workout.
I love the flexibility I gain from yoga (especially being a dancer). I also love how doing the right yoga session can distress the mind, body and spirit!
I love yoga because no matter how inflexble or unbalanced I am, I have NEVER left class wishing I hadn’t gone.
I love how it allows me to relax and stretch out all of my sore muscles.
I love Yoga, helps to clear my mind while giving me a great stretch.
Yoga completely vacuums out my brain of negative thoughts and energy, and resets me to move forward throughout the day.
What I love most about yoga is how it can make me forget about all my stresses and I can relax and focus. I’ve been doing hot yoga lately and I’ve noticed I’ve been calmer, happier, and more focused during my long training runs. Love Love Love yoga!! Namaste!!
I love how it makes me feel long and lean!
i love the way that yoga helps me appreciate my body without being critical. and savasana 🙂
I feel so refreshed after yoga! I’m currently working on my handstands. They aren’t pretty, but there’s progress!
I love how it balances out my running with stretching and I love my yoga community.
I love how yoga give me peace of mind, gives me time for myself, and helps with my flexibility. I am not flexible what so ever and yoga has really been helping. I have been eyeing this festival for a long time and would love the opportunity to attend!
I love so many things about yoga – but my favorite is how powerful I feel during a yoga class.
I love the stretching and relaxation!!
I love the relaxation it gives and the stretching of tight muscles.
I love yoga for improving my flexibility and giving my body a bit of a break from the daily gym routine!
I’ve only recently started my practice (about a year now) after years of competitive running and active gym-going! I now supplement my 6-days a week gym schedule with a weekly power yoga, yoga sculpt, or hot yoga class at a nearby studio and love the way classes stretch my running-fatigued limbs and allow me to become more flexible, while giving my mind a break. This giveaway is amazing!
