If you’ve been reading this blog for a while, then know how much I adore Tina’s Best Body Boot Camp.

Tina is a certified personal trainer, blogger and mom to two adorable kids. She is genuine, thoughtful and incredibly kind… but she will kick your butt!

Tina created Best Body Boot Camp several months ago and I signed up for her first round, knowing that paying just $25 for eight weeks of original workouts was a pretty amazing deal. I wasn’t sure what to expect and figured I could pick and choose which workouts I wanted to follow if I didn’t like the plan as a whole.

Well, I basically fell in love with it and have signed up for every round Tina has offered since.

Best Body Bootcamp

Here is a quick overview of the boot camp:

  • Every two weeks, Tina emails participants new workouts with detailed instructions and links to online videos to watch in case you’re unsure about certain exercises or want to be sure your form is correct. She also offers alternative exercises for participants to do if they want to scale the workouts back or push themselves a little bit more. Many of her workouts can be done at home as long as you have some basic exercise equipment like free weights and an exercise ball.
  • Tina also offers cash prizes to participants throughout the boot camp and entries are based on how many workouts you complete and points you earn from two additional goals you set for yourself (such as drinking more water, eating more vegetables, etc.).
  • A Best Body Boot Camp Facebook group was also created by Tina for participants to use to ask questions, motivate each other and share challenges or motivational tips.

Tina describes BBBC as an “eight week fitness program adapted for all fitness levels and geared to improving your lifestyle.”

Registration for round four of Best Body Boot Camp is now open through December 31. Round four will kick off January 7 and last through March 3.

    The only kind of exercise I ever really do is run…a lot. I want to be motivated to do a hardcore workout, in a gym, that totally leaves me wiped out. No other workout gets out of my house or off of the trail, but this one really sounds like it could. And I hear from a reliable source that this is the best. 😉

    What an amazing give away. Each day you’ve offered such amazing gifts but I must say, the moment I noticed Tina’s boot camp I felt like a little girl on Christmas morning. I feel as if, without even asking, Santa brought the one gift I suddenly cannot imagine living without. This give away really spoke to me. I don’t often play along in the contests and I am a loyal lurker with rarely a comment but I just felt this determination today.     WINTER – that’s why I would love to be a part of Tina’s camp! I live in MN and the months of January through the beginning of April make staying motivated to workout a serious challenge since it’s difficult to be active outdoors.     I tend to go through workout “phases…” I get really jazzed about an activity, give it my all for 6-10 weeks, and then get bored. This summer it was Bikram yoga. This fall it was running on outdoor trails. With the approaching winter season (Virginia has had a pretty mild winter thus far), I would love to have something new to keep me motivated in the gym and at home. I am currently on a six month trip (won’t be home until April) and I don’t have a budget for gym passes or classes in languages I don’t speak (I’m in Europe, currently in Greece).     I have been wanting to sign up for this bootcamp ever since I saw you talk about it on your blog! Since I am starting my clinical rotations in January, I won’t have as much access to a gym so I really need something I can follow at home.     I would love to do this boot camp for so many reasons! I was doing a boot camp before I got pregnant with my son, and since having him I haven’t been able to do another one, I mostly run and do spin a few times a week. But haven’t been doing strength training. Now that I have lost around 65 lbs it’s time to kick it up a notch to get rid of the last 15-20lbs and what better than a boot camp!!

I do some workout DVDs now, but they’re getting kind of old and I know I need to switch things up for the best results.     I love the gym but with crazy hours working in the ER and exhaustion setting in my gym workouts aren’t as motivating as they used to be. Would love boot camp to try something new and to not have to think about what I’m gonna do when I get to gym and get my motivation back!
