Healthy Holidays Giveaway Week: Day Seven

December 9, 2012 by Julie 1,390 Comments

It’s the final giveaway!!!

I’ve had so much fun hosting Healthy Holidays Giveaway Week and thank all of you for your enthusiasm. You guys rock!

Healthy Holidays Giveaway Week

If you’re in the market for a kick-butt workout plan that is both challenging and fun, today’s giveaway is perfect for you!

Best Body Boot Camp Giveaway

If you’ve been reading this blog for a while, then know how much I adore Tina’s Best Body Boot Camp.

Tina is a certified personal trainer, blogger and mom to two adorable kids. She is genuine, thoughtful and incredibly kind… but she will kick your butt!

Tina created Best Body Boot Camp several months ago and I signed up for her first round, knowing that paying just $25 for eight weeks of original workouts was a pretty amazing deal. I wasn’t sure what to expect and figured I could pick and choose which workouts I wanted to follow if I didn’t like the plan as a whole.

Well, I basically fell in love with it and have signed up for every round Tina has offered since.

Best Body Bootcamp

Here is a quick overview of the boot camp:

  • Every two weeks, Tina emails participants new workouts with detailed instructions and links to online videos to watch in case you’re unsure about certain exercises or want to be sure your form is correct. She also offers alternative exercises for participants to do if they want to scale the workouts back or push themselves a little bit more. Many of her workouts can be done at home as long as you have some basic exercise equipment like free weights and an exercise ball.
  • Tina also offers cash prizes to participants throughout the boot camp and entries are based on how many workouts you complete and points you earn from two additional goals you set for yourself (such as drinking more water, eating more vegetables, etc.).
  • A Best Body Boot Camp Facebook group was also created by Tina for participants to use to ask questions, motivate each other and share challenges or motivational tips.

Tina describes BBBC as an “eight week fitness program adapted for all fitness levels and geared to improving your lifestyle.”

Registration for round four of Best Body Boot Camp is now open through December 31. Round four will kick off January 7 and last through March 3.

THREE PBF readers will win a free entry into round four of Best Body Boot Camp.

To enter this giveaway, comment below telling me why you’d like to participate in Best Body Boot Camp.

I will randomly select three winners on Monday morning.

Good luck!

Be sure to follow PBFingers on Instagram and Facebook!

I'd love to connect with you! I am always so grateful when you let me know you tried one of my recipes or workouts and tag me in your photos or updates. Thank you so much!!!

I would love this! I just had a baby two months ago and while I’ve lost over half of the weight I’ve gained, I’ve started to plateau the last couple of weeks. This would be amazing!

I have to have this!! The first 2 months at the gym at the beginning of the year is always awful because of all the new years resolutioners there! If I have the boot camp then I can workout from home the first few months and avoid the crowds! Plus, I get bored so easily with my routine and am ready for something new!

I am trying really hard to be motivated to work out more-it would be so much easier if I had a little direction and planned workouts for me rather than just sticking to the elliptical and weight machine!

I would like to participate in the BBBC because:
    1. I need a new challenge so I will push outside of my comfort zone – too often I get stuck in a same ol’, same ol’ rut.
    2. I read Tina’s blog and that girl is a firecracker – would love to let her push me!
    3. Because you are such a fan of it, I know it must be worthwhile!

(I gave you three reasons since you are giving away three! Figured it might bring me some extra luck since I never win! LOL)

Oh Julie! I’d love to participate in Tina’s bootcamp. I was an avid exerciser, but getting married/nursing a dislocated knee got the best of me. I love your blog and would love to experience what you’re talking about with Tina’s bootcamp!

I have been going to Zumba an average of two days a week for the past few months, and though I thoroughly enjoy it and have benefited in many ways, my body just isn’t transforming as well or as fast as I’d like. I only have 5-10 pounds to lose as well as tone muscle; I suppose I need that extra push. I know I am dedicated to this transformation, and this Boot Camp sounds perfect for me! But whether or not I win, here’s to a healthy, beautiful body in 2013!
