Magic Game Christmas Party

December 24, 2010 by Julie 22 Comments

My work knows how to celebrate the holidays in style! magic game 001For my company’s Christmas party, they reserved two suites on the club level at the Amway Center to watch the Orlando Magic play the San Antonio Spurs. magic game 003From the moment upper management mentioned the holiday party at our Thanksgiving potluck, everyone has been looking forward to tonight. Though I’ve been to several Magic games before, this was my first one in the new Amway Center that opened up this fall. magic game 010 After looking at the above picture, Ryan and I are seriously considering trying out for Blue Man Group. Think we have a shot? (Oh and Ryan’s shirt is a nod to Dwight Howard, for all you non-Magic fans out there. He doesn’t just go around wearing Superman shirts, thank goodness.)

Annnnyway… The new arena is really, really neat!

Check out the fiiiiire.magic game 006Speaking of fire, the Magic were totally on fire tonight! They won 123 – 101 over the Spurs. Woo!

We had a great time watching the game, chatting with my coworkers and eating lots of delicious food. magic game 007 magic game 008magic game 011See those brownies? They were fantastic. I had two and loved very gooey, bite. They were covered in caramel and fudge bits. Right up my alley!

Now we’re hoping to hop into bed soon because we’re heading to St. Pete in the morning for Christmas!

Can you believe it’s Christmas Eve tomorrow? Eeeeeee!

Those brownies could get me to attend every single basketball, hockey and baseball game. However, if its football i need no incentives!

I was wondering why you stayed in town for your work’s Christmas party. (I catch up on blog posts from newest–>oldest so I wasn’t sure yet what your work had in store.) Wow, I would have stayed for the game too!

I am glad that you didn’t go to the Magic vs. Celtics game. I am a huge fan of the Celtics and still can’t quite swallow the loss that Orlando gave us the other day…
