Unusual

November 14, 2011 by Julie 50 Comments

Good morning!

Today is going to be quite an usual day for me.

I get to wear these again…

thanksgiving stuffing 003

I’m actually quite nervous about what the day has in store for me, but more on that later!

Workout

Today’s workout began with a fast-paced upper body workout.

After 20 minutes on the elliptical, I did three sets of 15 repetitions of the following exercises:

  • Superset One: Incline bicep curls, Mac raises
  • Superset Two: Tricep pull-downs, Overhead press
  • Superset Three: Push-ups, Ryan’s awesome shoulder move
  • Bicep curls (3 min. non stop, one set only)
  • Tricep extensions

My workout had to be fast because I needed to come home, shower, pack a bag, eat a fast breakfast, blog and be out the door before 8 a.m.

I’m flyin’ this morning!

Breakfast

When I opened the fridge to look for breakfast ideas, one thing jumped out at me.

Leftover homemade stuffing!

I figured I would go with the craving and fixed myself a bagelwich with a side of stuffing.

You would think that after eating Friendsgiving leftovers for breakfast, lunch and dinner yesterday I would be sick of this stuffing, but I simply can’t get enough.

And now I’m off to Sarasota for the day! Hope you all have a fantastic Monday!

I'd love to connect with you! I am always so grateful when you let me know you tried one of my recipes or workouts and tag me in your photos or updates. Thank you so much!!!

The best way to eat leftover stuffing is with a fried egg on top!!! You will have to try that tomorrow!! It’s sooo good!

    Wedding shoes?

You are not alone on cravings for stuffing. I could (would) eat that with every meal. Especially my mom’s stuffing.

Have a great day & safe travels!

Stuffing is the only Thanksgiving side I’m really looking forward to – y’all can keep the potatoes and green bean casserole, just pass me a bucket of the stuffing and I’ll be happy! Have an awesome time rocking those shoes (and all of the fun things that go with it of course!)

I am in love with the shoes! I got married 10 years ago at the tender age of 19 to my best friend, but being so young I thought things had to be done a certain way so I did not have cool pink wedding shoes! Something I would totally do today as I love that champagne pink color. So pretty and feminine!
