  • Dress: Karen Zambos (via RueLaLa)
  • Gold leaf bracelet: Grandma’s (close up seen here)
  • Gold charm bracelet: Anthropologie (Christmas gift from my sister)
  • Wedges: Charlotte Russe (close up of the navy version of these shoes may be seen here)

I also wore this dress  a slightly different way (belted with gold flip flops) in February in Sanibel which you may see here.

I love jewelry that’s passed down – it makes it so much more special. My great aunt has given me so many beautiful pieces; I love having unique jewelry that’s also meaningful.

I have some pieces like that, too – not a good feeling! My sister is awesome with jewelry, so I’ve learned a few things from her – you could go to a craft store (like Michael’s or JoAnn’s) and get a small safety chain to attach on either side of the clasp so that if the clasp does come undone, the bracelet won’t fall off. Or I’m sure a jewelry store could add one for you, as well.
