Biscoff Overnight Oats

December 17, 2013 by Julie 107 Comments

Life went back to normal yesterday which meant Ryan and I were in Ocala doing the work thing. It also meant we were reunited with this little love machine…

sleepy vizsla

Sleepy Sadie is the best. She steals my heart!

Workout

This morning, we woke up to the buzz of our alarm clock at 5 a.m. and headed off to the gym. I did a quick 10 minute warm up before Ryan and I completed the hot holidays workout I shared back in November. It felt good to sweat, especially since it was quite chilly outside this morning!

Breakfast

Once we arrived home, my stomach my grumbling and I quickly ate the bowl of overnight oats that I prepped last night.

Before I let the oats soak overnight, I added a spoonful of Biscoff spread to the mix for a little kick of sweetness and loved the end result.

Since it was in the low 30s when we drove home from the gym today, I knew a hot mug of coffee had to be part of my breakfast to help warm my belly.

peppermint creme coffee

Peppermint crème coffee is the best. It warmed me right up!

Off to do the work thang! Enjoy your Tuesday, my friends!

I got Phoebe’s husband, Mike, also known as Crap Bag. Totally okay with that.

If you take the quiz, let me know which character the quiz says you are! I find this kind of thing oddly amusing…
