Final Day of Work Before Wedding Weekend

October 27, 2010 by Julie 34 Comments

I am already so glad I decided to take tomorrow and Friday off of work. Though I initially planned to only take Friday off, having a free day tomorrow is alleviating some stress because I know I will be able to finalize some things and begin taking stuff over to our wedding venue.

Now I just have to get through today!

Breakfast

Breakfast today was inspired by the smell of bacon I inhaled on my morning walk with Sadie and Ryan.

Egg, Bacon, Cheese

I made myself a breakfast bagelwich that included two egg whites, two slices of Morningstar Farms veggie bacon and a wedge of Laughing Cow light original Swiss cheese.

Breakfast Bagelwich

My bacon craving was satisfied! 😀

Workout

Today’s workout included a BodyPump class, followed by 10 minutes of cardio split between the elliptical and the stair master.

During BodyPump this morning, the instructor announced that I was getting married on Saturday which totally made me blush, but also made me want to work a little harder, knowing my wedding is so, so close!

I really felt the burn on the shoulder’s track. That track in the newest release is definitely my all-time favorite shoulder track out of all the BodyPump releases I’ve experienced. It’s tough but fun at the same time.

And now it’s time for the Wednesday usual… work! 😀

Be sure to follow PBFingers on Instagram and Facebook!

I'd love to connect with you! I am always so grateful when you let me know you tried one of my recipes or workouts and tag me in your photos or updates. Thank you so much!!!

“Bacon? Bacon? What’s it say? I CAN’T READ!”

Remember that you can only live one day at a time! I got a massage from a friend on the morning of my wedding right after I woke up and it was the best thing I ever did! The day is going to go by SO fast to be sure to take your time and remember each breath and each emotion :).
p.s. I can’t wait to see the dress!!!

Had to book a massage as I OD’d on taking body pump this week lol.

You are SO RIGHT about the shoulder track…it’s such a killer! Those last few reps of the rotators are awful!
The lunge track, however, is one of my favorites from this release. Love the song! 🙂
