Now it’s time to dive into this week’s roundup of favorites, Things I’m Loving Friday style!
Things I’m Loving Friday
I was gifted this posture-correcting bra and I’ll be 100 percent transparent with you: I felt fairly confident it would be one of those over-hyped products with claims that couldn’t possibly be true. A bra that helps with posture? Really? Well, this one shocked me because you can feel it work the instant you slip it on, but not in an uncomfortable “I need to get this off my body immediately” kind of way… more so in a “wow this really does help me stay more uprights and keep my shoulders back” kind of way. I am naturally a little slumpy, especially when I work and love that this is an easy way to continually reinforce good posture in a way that feels simple. I’ve mostly been wearing it during my workouts and then for several hours after my workouts until I can shower and fully believe it’s been helpful (and it’s backed by legitimate research)!
OH MY GOSH WHAT A FREAKING LIFESAVER! If you have a kid who gets bloody noses, add these to your cart immediatelyyyy. When I shared our ongoing struggle with Chase’s bloody noses on Instagram, Nampons were recommended by a handful of you guys as well as my mom (a nurse)! Chase has struggled with bloody noses for years and he even had cauterization in one of his nostrils. He hated that procedure and has begged us not to make him do it again. We’ve been on the lookout for ways to help him when the bleeding starts and also wanted to find something he can do himself to manage a nosebleed because they’ll spring up when we’re not with him sometimes. Afrin was a little tricky for him to do on his own but Nampons have been the BEST. They’re essentially small nasal plugs made of medical-grade foam that are coated with an odorless clotting agent and they WORK. They stop nosebleed (even super bloody ones) quickly and Chase was instantly on board with them. I now have Nampon packets stashed in his backpack, soccer bag, flag football bag, my car, Ryan’s car and my purse. We’re prepared!
(Custom Alpha Tote / Color: Denim + Thread Color: Pure White + Size: Large — I recommend the large because of the strap and it holds a TON!)
Over the past two years, I’ve fallen hard for BaubleBar. Their site is a go-to for me for gifting and also for fun finds I cannot resist for myself, too. Their custom gifts are so unique and they’re all 25% off — this is better than their Black Friday sale so I just had to share it here in case you’d like to order anything for holiday gifting. And the sale includes their Custom Alpha Totes which they never do!! Here are a few call-out items I’ve ordered and loved in case you’re looking for some ideas:
Striped Custom Alpha Tote: You can have this one made with large initials or a name! I have the large size and it holds enough for a weekend trip and is a great carry-on bag.
Striped Custom Name Pouch: Forever a fan of pouches for a myriad reasons! So many fun color options available in this pouch! Can be customized with initials or a name.
Semi-Precious Custom Necklace: One of my favorite layering pieces. I had mine made with the first initial of each person in our family.
Custom Kids’ Duffle: So cute and so fun! I ordered this bag for my niece to take to her dance classes.
Custom Bead Kit: For the kids who love to make custom bracelets!

The Love Hypothesis (Amazon Prime)
I read The Love Hypothesis by Ali Hazelwood years ago. I remember enjoying the book and the mix of science and academia drama peppered into an unrealistic premise I had no problem ignoring to simply enjoy the romantic ride of the novel. I was excited to check out the new movie on Amazon Prime and it served as decent entertainment when I streamed it during this week’s workouts. I honestly have a hard time really enjoying movies and find a lot of them boring or too long but this was an easy watch I split between a few workouts. I genuinely looked forward to streaming this movie enough to give it a shout out in today’s post. I also thought the main actress did a great job in her role!

Nothing to See Here by Kevin Wilson
Genre: Contemporary fiction / My rating: B
Nothing to See Here is of those “what the heck am I reading” kind of books that you keep reading, mostly enjoying it as you go and then before you know it, it’s over because it’s a super-speedy read. It’s kind of like whip-lash in book form? And the kind of whip-lash that involves children catching on fire (but, like, in a normal kind of odd but safe-for-them way?) There’s depth, unexpected humor and… fire children. I liked it in an odd I recognize this is a strange book kind of way.

Weekend Sales + Holiday Shopping
35% off Geometry with code PBFINGERS: Geometry passed their biggest discount of the year onto us early so we get dibs on the best designs first!! (Their holiday prints are beautiful!) I love their kitchen towels so, so much. They’re quick-drying, wrinkle-free, absorbent and soft! They’re also fantastic for gifting; I’ve given them to my mom and MIL, my sister, the boys’ teachers (very well-received!) and they were one of my Favorite Things I gifted to friends during our Favorite Things party last year. And Geometry Butter Blankets are luxuriously soft; I gave the BUTTER design to butter-obsessed Ryder last year and it’s his fav. The size/weight makes them the ideam travel blanket.
30% off Eby Early Black Friday Sale: Eby’s Black Friday sale is here early! I wear their seamless briefs almost every single day and love the way the little velvet strip keeps them in place. / The Lucy Bra is absolutely gorgeous and shocked me by not making my small boobs look sad. It’s the perfect combination of cute and sexy! (I’ve also heard from 10+ of you with larger chests who said it worked well for you, too! A magic bra!)
Zappos Holiday Gift Guides: For Him + Her and Kids! Great for browsing if you need some ideas! I love their curations — there’s a lot more than just shoes!

Friday Flashbacks
Lasagna with Cottage Cheese (I made this for dinner on Tuesday night for probably the 100th time. Hot dang this recipe is a good one! It’s naturally super high in protein — 39 grams in one slice — and every bit as satisfying and comforting as a more traditional lasagna recipe.)
Basil Seed Pudding (aka what I had for breakfast every single morning this week!)
