If you’ve been reading this blog for a while, then you likely know of my love for Tina’s Best Body Boot Camp.
Tina is a certified personal trainer, blogger and mom to two adorable kids. She is genuine, thoughtful and incredibly kind… but she will kick your butt!
Tina created Best Body Boot Camp several months ago and I signed up for her first round, not quite sure what to expect.
She promised eight weeks of original workouts for only $25. I knew what she was offering would typically cost a million times more than $25, so I signed up figuring I could use her workouts as inspiration if they weren’t exactly my style.
I ended up loving her workouts and have since participated in every round of boot camp! The boot camp workouts are fast-paced and challenging (but scalable to all fitness levels!) and since they change every two weeks, I am constantly excited to see what’s coming next which keeps me engaged in the program.
The boot camp works like this:
Every two weeks, Tina emails participants new workouts with detailed instructions and links to online videos to watch in case you’re unsure about certain exercises or want to be sure your form is correct. She also offers alternative exercises for participants to do if they want to scale the workouts back or push themselves a little bit more. Many of her workouts can be done at home as long as you have some basic exercise equipment like free weights and an exercise ball.
Tina also offers cash prizes to participants throughout the boot camp and entries are based on how many workouts you complete and points you earn from two additional goals you set for yourself (such as drinking more water, eating more vegetables, etc.).
A Best Body Boot Camp Facebook group was also created by Tina for participants to use to ask questions, motivate each other and share challenges or motivational tips.
Registration for round three of the Best Body Boot Camp is open right now through October 15. Round three will officially begin on October 22 and last through December 16.
Ready for the good news?
THREE PBF readers will win a FREE entry into round three of Best Body Boot Camp.
To enter this giveaway, simply comment on the post below, telling me what you look for in a new workout plan. I’ll announce the three winners on Monday morning.
Good luck!
I have been considering Tina’s bootcamp for the past couple weeks. I keep doing the same strength workouts, and would love to have something to give me the extra push to try something new!
I look for something that will challenge me and keep my interest. I tend to get bored easily and I hate falling into a rut because once unmotivated, it’s hard to find motivation again. I also like something that will make me feel the burn and inspire me! I’ve heard tons about Tina’s boot camp and would love to give it a go!!
I really need more plyometrics in my workout! I enjoy doing a lot of exercises that work than one muscle group at a time too. Workouts that keep you thinking, and focusing on coordination 🙂
I look for workouts that are new and offer different challenges:)
I am always on the lookout for a new fitness routine that will fight off boredom and push me to the next level. Tina’s bootcamp sounds like just the thing!
I am a registered nurse, working 5, 12hr shifts weekly. Its hard to keep a gym/workout routine when working so much but I try to get up at 0420am daily before work and workout. I am looking for something that incorporates cardio&plyometrics or weights for a full workout within 60mins.
I’m always looking for challenging and different ways to workout. I love the idea of Tina’s bootcamp because of how frequently the workouts change, which keeps you from getting complacent. I would LOVE this for right after my baby is born (due Dec. 5th) to whip me back into shape 🙂
I love a combination of HIIT style cardio and weight training!
Hi Julie! I really enjoy new workouts and fresh ideas. I always want to keep learning and growing. I would love to experience Tina’s Bootcamp series because I really enjoy reading your posts about them. Working out should be fun and that’s what you seem like you have when you do them. Working out should be fun and challenging. I’d like to be able to help other women and friends too with what I get from Tina’s Bootcamp series. Also, I have a lot of respect and admiration for Tina after reading her story and where she’s come, incredible and inspiring. THANKS!!
Aloha Julie,
I currently run about 20 miles per week alternating from running bare foot on the beautiful beaches in Hawaii and doing interval running on the road. I am looking for a new workout that will mix up my usual routine and help me get more sculpted. I am excited to try a boot camp, I have never done one before and love trying new challenging workouts!
I need a new plan. My workout partner is out for 9 months and I’m struggling on my own. Help!!!
I enjoy workout variety. I love to jog 3-5 times a week and do strength training 4 days a week. I’d love to see some workouts that have a mix of upper/lower body training.
I look for something that will challenge, encourage, and inspire me!
I am so curious about the boot camp you have talked about!!! I want something to spice up my monotonous workouts!! I need some pizzaz to challenge myself and get more fit and healthy!!
I look for something new and challenging. I dont want the same thing I’m doing now or the same level I’m working at currently. Fingers crossed on this one!
I love workouts that challenge me but that I can look forward to. As a working mom of an 8 month old I need something that I can do at home and enjoy taking time out of my busy day to do for myself!
I look for a challenge and a good sweat – I know a new work-out really kicked my butt when I finish looking like I jumped in a lake!
After reading how pleased you were with your last round of Tina’s bootcamp, I am SO excited that you’re giving away some entries!
I am very routine-oriented, but also get bored easily. When I work out, I look for something that is there for me every day, but can keep me coming back for more by doing something a little bit different. Bonus for muscle confusion, too! 🙂
I’ve considered hiring a personal trainer for some time now, and Tina’s workouts sound like the kind of offering you might get from a trainer at a fraction of the cost! What a great giveaway!
I get VERY bored, VERY quickly, so I am really excited to have a structured and changing routine!! AND it is planned for me…what a bonus!!!!
My main goal: Tone up! My legs are out of control 🙁 I know the changing workouts will keep me challenged and motivated. 4am workouts are going to be early, but so worth it!! NEVER QUIT! Another one of my goals is to kick my butt so hard that I can fit into one of my old dresses for the Marine Corp Ball…which is Nov 17th…so I need to get going!!! Lets go Best Body Bootcamp!!!!!
See you at Boot Camp Juile!!!
I like to get sweaty 🙂 ha!
I participated in round 1 and loved it. I missed round 2 and wish I had participated. I would love to win an entry to round 3.
I look for something that is dynamic and challenging so that it keeps me interested and motivated but not overly ambitious to where I feel overwhelmed and give up. I like fitness programs that can be modified to be done at home in case making it to the gym just isnt possible that day. Oh, and any program that incorporates group motivation such as Facebook or Twitter groups is always a plus! Thanks Julie!
Bootcamp woot woot! Tina is such a sweet heart… and so diligent! I wrote her an email a few months back about how wonderful her blog is and she responded in a day. Love her. Love her story. Lover her blog.
What I’m lookin’ for in a workout– gettin’ worked out. If I make up my own workouts, I tend to lean on the “easy” side and just shimmy my way through it. I’d like a challenge 🙂

I’ve recently become so bored with my workouts! I’d love to find a new high energy routine that kicks my butt. I like to be pushed with heart pumping exercises!
I look for something that will push me out of my “comfort zone.” I’m more of a cardio girl, so lately I’ve been trying to focus on more strength and circuit type workouts. I’m loving your circuit workouts these days and just did the “Living Room Workout” this morning (and posted it to Instagram!) 🙂
I’m always looking for new moves to add to my existing routines! Been in a workout slump lately, this sounds like just what I need!
I look for something interesting that also makes me sweat! I like to mix it up with many different moves and do ones that target multiple areas in one shot.
Time efficiency can be key sometimes!
I look for a challenge and something that doesn’t require a TON of equipment 🙂
What I look for in a new workout plan is something that will keep me entertained, keep me sweating and that will show some results!
I look for variety and something to keep my muscle guessing and to give them that “good sore” feeling!
Lately I’m all about workouts that have a lot of variety in them. Your circuit workouts have been an inspiration to me. Long gone are the days when I stay on the treadmill for an hour (the thought of that now makes me cringe)!
I’ve been doing the Nike Training Club workouts (its an app on iPhone which i highly recommend) for a few months now and would love something new to try out! I like circuit workouts and switching things up so I am very interested in checking Tina’s Boot Camp out!
Something that can keep me focused and make me feel great physically AND mentally. Also…it has to be fun and challenging!
I need something to keep me motivated!
I’m always looking for some new things to try to get out of my workout rut… which i feel like i’m in right now… so this is coming at a perfect time!
I look for something fast-paced and “fun” (and I say that in quotes because it’s not really fun fun, but you know what I mean.)
I’ve been interested in Tina’s Best Body Bootcamp but have yet to bite the bullet!
Because I am in need of a DESPERATE Change of pace from the same ole’ same ole’
I look for invigorating challenges and a pulse-racing pace to keep me motivated and excited throughout the workout. It’s the best when you realize that 45 minutes flew by and it only felt like 10!
I was just thinking about signing up for this! I’m looking for a good plan to get me back in shape after a bad bout of bronchitis prevented me from exercising for a few weeks
I love your circuit workouts Julie and am interested in Tina’s program! I look for a workout program that will keep me moving, interested, and challenged!
I look for things that I’ve never tried before to challenge different muscles, and then a few moves that I do recognize that I know will leave me sore in the morning!
I love routines that keep me interested!!
My routine mostly consists of running so I would love some guidance on shaking things up via Tina’s Boot Camp!
I love this! I signed up for Tina’s bootcamp already, but here’s to trying to win a free entry 🙂 I am so excited about going to the gym with a plan!
I’m looking for something that will keep me in shape and motivated. I want a workout that I look forward to doing every day!
I love structure and following a plan. Love both strength training , HIIT and circuit training. I hope I can win this!
I completed round 2 of the bootcamp and loved it! I look for a plan that is constantly changing things up.
I have been doing workout DVD’s for months now preparing for my wedding. Now, I’m so ready to move on to something new and challenging. I want to get stronger and improve my agility. I have a super busy schedule but would love to make time for my best body ever!!! Thanks!
Yay boot camp! I like my workouts quick and dirty leaving me super sweaty!
I would love a new work out plan! As a college student, mixing it up can always be a challenge.
I look for something new and challenging. I like workouts that make me “feel the burn” and I’m constantly striving to push myself to feel the burn as I hit new levels.
I look for variety and a challenge. I love to push myself with new and different workouts!
I’ve been stuck on the same marathon training plan for the past 18 weeks and now that I’ve finished I’m dying to find something completely new, fun and non-running based to fuel my workouts. And this plan looks beyond perfect.
I look for a challenge – something new, fun, and pushes me out of my comfort zone!
As a “runner” and a college student, I don’t necessarily work on the right schedule to take exercise classes or very my routine! There are, of course, tons of options in the gym, but I feel a little lost with the wide variety of options! I would love to have a routine that can get me out of this 5 mile a day running rut and tone my body all over. I want a challenge! (:
ps. I’m a very faithful PBF reader and follow this blog daily, I basically want to be you when I grow up!
I really REALLY want to be part of this, i need that extra push in strength training bad.
I look for a plan that is easy to follow and clearly tells me what to do!
I love to be challenged and starting a Bootcamp to gear up into the holiday season is a great idea.
I am a busy working mom and love circuit workouts that are intense and challenging that way I dont have spend two to three hours at gym to get the burn.
This sounds amazing – Tina has gotten quite a buzz going about her Boot Camp and blog lately! I look for a training plan that keeps me engaged and excited and isn’t the same all the time.
I look for something that will keep my interest and motivated.
This sounds like a great program!
