Best Body Boot Camp Giveaway

October 11, 2012 by Julie 1,228 Comments

If you’ve been reading this blog for a while, then you likely know of my love for Tina’s Best Body Boot Camp.

Tina is a certified personal trainer, blogger and mom to two adorable kids. She is genuine, thoughtful and incredibly kind… but she will kick your butt!

Tina created Best Body Boot Camp several months ago and I signed up for her first round, not quite sure what to expect.

best body boot camp

She promised eight weeks of original workouts for only $25. I knew what she was offering would typically cost a million times more than $25, so I signed up figuring I could use her workouts as inspiration if they weren’t exactly my style.

I ended up loving her workouts and have since participated in every round of boot camp! The boot camp workouts are fast-paced and challenging (but scalable to all fitness levels!) and since they change every two weeks, I am constantly excited to see what’s coming next which keeps me engaged in the program.

The boot camp works like this:

Every two weeks, Tina emails participants new workouts with detailed instructions and links to online videos to watch in case you’re unsure about certain exercises or want to be sure your form is correct. She also offers alternative exercises for participants to do if they want to scale the workouts back or push themselves a little bit more. Many of her workouts can be done at home as long as you have some basic exercise equipment like free weights and an exercise ball.

Tina also offers cash prizes to participants throughout the boot camp and entries are based on how many workouts you complete and points you earn from two additional goals you set for yourself (such as drinking more water, eating more vegetables, etc.).

A Best Body Boot Camp Facebook group was also created by Tina for participants to use to ask questions, motivate each other and share challenges or motivational tips.

Registration for round three of the Best Body Boot Camp is open right now through October 15. Round three will officially begin on October 22 and last through December 16.

Ready for the good news?

THREE PBF readers will win a FREE entry into round three of Best Body Boot Camp.

To enter this giveaway, simply comment on the post below, telling me what you look for in a new workout plan. I’ll announce the three winners on Monday morning.

Good luck!

Be sure to follow PBFingers on Instagram and Facebook!

I'd love to connect with you! I am always so grateful when you let me know you tried one of my recipes or workouts and tag me in your photos or updates. Thank you so much!!!

I have been considering Tina’s bootcamp for the past couple weeks. I keep doing the same strength workouts, and would love to have something to give me the extra push to try something new!

I look for something that will challenge me and keep my interest. I tend to get bored easily and I hate falling into a rut because once unmotivated, it’s hard to find motivation again. I also like something that will make me feel the burn and inspire me! I’ve heard tons about Tina’s boot camp and would love to give it a go!!

I really need more plyometrics in my workout! I enjoy doing a lot of exercises that work than one muscle group at a time too. Workouts that keep you thinking, and focusing on coordination 🙂

I am a registered nurse, working 5, 12hr shifts weekly. Its hard to keep a gym/workout routine when working so much but I try to get up at 0420am daily before work and workout. I am looking for something that incorporates cardio&plyometrics or weights for a full workout within 60mins.

I’m always looking for challenging and different ways to workout. I love the idea of Tina’s bootcamp because of how frequently the workouts change, which keeps you from getting complacent. I would LOVE this for right after my baby is born (due Dec. 5th) to whip me back into shape 🙂

Hi Julie! I really enjoy new workouts and fresh ideas. I always want to keep learning and growing. I would love to experience Tina’s Bootcamp series because I really enjoy reading your posts about them. Working out should be fun and that’s what you seem like you have when you do them. Working out should be fun and challenging. I’d like to be able to help other women and friends too with what I get from Tina’s Bootcamp series. Also, I have a lot of respect and admiration for Tina after reading her story and where she’s come, incredible and inspiring. THANKS!!

      Aloha Julie,

I currently run about 20 miles per week alternating from running bare foot on the beautiful beaches in Hawaii and doing interval running on the road. I am looking for a new workout that will mix up my usual routine and help me get more sculpted. I am excited to try a boot camp, I have never done one before and love trying new challenging workouts!

After reading how pleased you were with your last round of Tina’s bootcamp, I am SO excited that you’re giving away some entries!

I am very routine-oriented, but also get bored easily. When I work out, I look for something that is there for me every day, but can keep me coming back for more by doing something a little bit different. Bonus for muscle confusion, too! 🙂

I get VERY bored, VERY quickly, so I am really excited to have a structured and changing routine!! AND it is planned for me…what a bonus!!!!
My main goal: Tone up! My legs are out of control 🙁 I know the changing workouts will keep me challenged and motivated. 4am workouts are going to be early, but so worth it!! NEVER QUIT! Another one of my goals is to kick my butt so hard that I can fit into one of my old dresses for the Marine Corp Ball…which is Nov 17th…so I need to get going!!! Lets go Best Body Bootcamp!!!!!

See you at Boot Camp Juile!!!

I look for something that is dynamic and challenging so that it keeps me interested and motivated but not overly ambitious to where I feel overwhelmed and give up. I like fitness programs that can be modified to be done at home in case making it to the gym just isnt possible that day. Oh, and any program that incorporates group motivation such as Facebook or Twitter groups is always a plus! Thanks Julie!

What I’m lookin’ for in a workout– gettin’ worked out. If I make up my own workouts, I tend to lean on the “easy” side and just shimmy my way through it. I’d like a challenge 🙂

There are, of course, tons of options in the gym, but I feel a little lost with the wide variety of options! I would love to have a routine that can get me out of this 5 mile a day running rut and tone my body all over. I want a challenge! (:
