If you’ve been reading this blog for a while, then you likely know of my love for Tina’s Best Body Boot Camp.
Tina is a certified personal trainer, blogger and mom to two adorable kids. She is genuine, thoughtful and incredibly kind… but she will kick your butt!
Tina created Best Body Boot Camp several months ago and I signed up for her first round, not quite sure what to expect.
She promised eight weeks of original workouts for only $25. I knew what she was offering would typically cost a million times more than $25, so I signed up figuring I could use her workouts as inspiration if they weren’t exactly my style.
I ended up loving her workouts and have since participated in every round of boot camp! The boot camp workouts are fast-paced and challenging (but scalable to all fitness levels!) and since they change every two weeks, I am constantly excited to see what’s coming next which keeps me engaged in the program.
The boot camp works like this:
Every two weeks, Tina emails participants new workouts with detailed instructions and links to online videos to watch in case you’re unsure about certain exercises or want to be sure your form is correct. She also offers alternative exercises for participants to do if they want to scale the workouts back or push themselves a little bit more. Many of her workouts can be done at home as long as you have some basic exercise equipment like free weights and an exercise ball.
Tina also offers cash prizes to participants throughout the boot camp and entries are based on how many workouts you complete and points you earn from two additional goals you set for yourself (such as drinking more water, eating more vegetables, etc.).
A Best Body Boot Camp Facebook group was also created by Tina for participants to use to ask questions, motivate each other and share challenges or motivational tips.
Registration for round three of the Best Body Boot Camp is open right now through October 15. Round three will officially begin on October 22 and last through December 16.
Ready for the good news?
THREE PBF readers will win a FREE entry into round three of Best Body Boot Camp.

Good luck!
I look for something challenging, but at the same time, something that I know I can commit to. Something that mixes it up for me, but isn’t so over my head that I get overwhelmed.
I just moved to school for the first time, and I’ve been struggling with the lack of a workout schedule…Time and budget is limited, and it’s definitely throwing me off!
I’m so used to having a plan and knowing what to do at the gym each day; I think this would be the perfect program!
I like workouts that mix things up. I also like pre-planned weight workouts. It’s so much easier to do if you have a plan to follow.
I look forward to Bootcamps that both challenge me and keep me entertained. Having a set workout before going into the gym ALWAYS lead to a better and harder workout. I have thought about signing up for Tina’s program but just can’t quite decide!
I love boot camp workouts! Such a great way to mix up your routine and challenge yourself. Plus, Tina is great!
i am in absolute need of organized work out!
i never tried body bootcamp, most of my work outs centered around running and yoga, i am game to try something new and thank you!
I look for variety and inspiration in new workouts!
I like for a new workout plan to be quick-paced and have lots of variety. I would love to try out Tina’s bootcamp!

I love something challenging but not too time consuming – I’m all about getting the job done quickly!
Learning new strength exercises is definitely my favorite part of picking a new workout plan. I have my favorites and I do them often, so it’s always nice to find new favorites!
I love a program that is dynamic, challenging, and efficient! Something I can tweek depending on my fitness or energy level. Also, having exercises that are multi-functional to get more bang for my buck (I hate burpies but man do they work)! Anything so I can keep up with the kids on the playground!
I’m getting married next year- I need all the motivation I can get to help me look my best!
I would LOVE to try this. Your excitement over these workouts is contagious and I NEED to see what this is all about! I love circuit/bootcamp workouts but have a hard time making them up on my own.
I look for plenty of strength training, a variety and flexibility! All reasons why I love Tina’s bootcamp!
I look for something new, exciting and fast paced! I am always up for a challenge, something I feel I lack when I get in the rut of mundane workouts, Best Body Bootcamp sounds like the perfect fit 🙂
Something that keeps my body guessing! I just ran my first half marathon and now I’m bored with running and itching for somethign new! Tina’s bootcamp seems like great incentive to do just that!
I love workouts that make me sweat! I always like to feel sore the next day, just to confirm I worked hard! PBFingers workouts are right up my alley. I do a lot of at home workouts so I’m very excited about this workout program!
Coolest giveaway ever! I love workouts I can easily and cheaply do in my dorm room! (And it wouldnt hurt to have Tina and the rest of the community as my personal motivators!)
I like workouts that make me feel great at the end – like I got a good workout in but it wasn’t so difficult that I was discouraged. And of course I like seeing physical results! Great giveaway!
I look for variety & a challenging workout of both cardio & strength
I look for something total-body, fun, and exciting! I would love something that changes up my workouts and keeps me excited!
I love something challenging but still keeps me guessing! No ruts here 🙂
I look for workouts that constatnly challenge me. This workout looks GREAT!
I’m looking for something that’ll really tone me up considering variety and my lack of time to exercise!
I like anything that is out of the normal – always good to trick your body!
I like variety and challenge!
I love to switch up my workouts, and I always get a much better one when someone else tells me what to do! 🙂
I look for fun and challenging moves that I can pass on to my students at LA Fitness. They are hard core and keep me searching for new and intense moves! Seeing all of them walk out of class drenched is what I am in it for! I know Tina can help me push them (and myself) even farther!
I need something new! Stuck in a bit of a rut and need to get energized again! New workouts totally help me motivate!! I love sprints and strength training at the gym (when I can get there) but I really need to get more ideas for when I am home. Belonging to an actual challenge keeps me motivated and keeps my GOING!
I’m shreddin’ for the weddin’! 🙂
I’ve been thisclose to registering for every round so far, so this would be great for me!
I look for a workout I look forward to doing and leaves me feeling great afterward – and something I can fit into my busy schedule!

I am always looking for a new workout.
I love to run but look for something to help change it up!
I absolutely love finding new workouts and fitness routines; whether it be from a book, magazine, blog or even watching someone else at the gym, it’s always inspiring to have new moves! I also love how you can create endless routines once you have compiled multiple exercises! I can’t wait for this round of Tina’s bootcamp!
I need to get back into working out, and I’d love to give this bootcamp a try!
Would be really interested to try Tina’s Boot Camp! I am always looking for more variety–I get bored easily so would love to try something new. Thanks!
I look for something fun and effective.
I look for a new challenge…something that will keep me motivated. 🙂
I’m all about variety so it sounds like Tina’s boot camp would be great for me!
I typically go to classes but sometimes I’m not in the mood for those. I look online to find workouts. It takes me forever to find one that suits what I want to do and still build muscle. I want more direction in strength training!
I look for something fun and that has a lot of different exercises because otherwise I get bored easily. Also I look for things that don’t require a lot of different equipment because it is easy to do at home or at a gym that way.
I really look for something that is quick and gets the job done. I am a night nurse so the day after I work I need a quick workout before sleeping to head back to work for the night.
I love the feeling of being excited for your daily workout when there is something new to try!
I look for variety. Sometimes I want a super quick but sweaty workout (like the ones you post) and sometimes I like the longer burn ones that focus on certain body parts. I get bored easily and love to challenge my body.
This is awesome, thanks for doing it!
I look for variety, something easy to follow and a program that will get me results!!
I look for a high-energy workout that motivates me to push myself past my perceived limits. Also, I look for a workout that changes things up often so I dont get bored and lose motivation.
Hi Julie- I just realized you aren’t announcing until Monday. Will we have time to sign up and pay for it if we don’t win? I feel like a lot of people might wait to see if they win and then the sign up deadline has passed. Just a thought.
I look for variety! I hate getting bored so something that keeps me guessing and that is fun….I LOVE!!
