Best Body Boot Camp Giveaway

October 11, 2012 by Julie 1,228 Comments

If you’ve been reading this blog for a while, then you likely know of my love for Tina’s Best Body Boot Camp.

Tina is a certified personal trainer, blogger and mom to two adorable kids. She is genuine, thoughtful and incredibly kind… but she will kick your butt!

Tina created Best Body Boot Camp several months ago and I signed up for her first round, not quite sure what to expect.

best body boot camp

She promised eight weeks of original workouts for only $25. I knew what she was offering would typically cost a million times more than $25, so I signed up figuring I could use her workouts as inspiration if they weren’t exactly my style.

I ended up loving her workouts and have since participated in every round of boot camp! The boot camp workouts are fast-paced and challenging (but scalable to all fitness levels!) and since they change every two weeks, I am constantly excited to see what’s coming next which keeps me engaged in the program.

The boot camp works like this:

Every two weeks, Tina emails participants new workouts with detailed instructions and links to online videos to watch in case you’re unsure about certain exercises or want to be sure your form is correct. She also offers alternative exercises for participants to do if they want to scale the workouts back or push themselves a little bit more. Many of her workouts can be done at home as long as you have some basic exercise equipment like free weights and an exercise ball.

Tina also offers cash prizes to participants throughout the boot camp and entries are based on how many workouts you complete and points you earn from two additional goals you set for yourself (such as drinking more water, eating more vegetables, etc.).

A Best Body Boot Camp Facebook group was also created by Tina for participants to use to ask questions, motivate each other and share challenges or motivational tips.

Registration for round three of the Best Body Boot Camp is open right now through October 15. Round three will officially begin on October 22 and last through December 16.

Ready for the good news?

THREE PBF readers will win a FREE entry into round three of Best Body Boot Camp.

To enter this giveaway, simply comment on the post below, telling me what you look for in a new workout plan. I’ll announce the three winners on Monday morning.

Good luck!

Be sure to follow PBFingers on Instagram and Facebook!

I'd love to connect with you! I am always so grateful when you let me know you tried one of my recipes or workouts and tag me in your photos or updates. Thank you so much!!!

I am so excited for this giveaway! I could really use something to change up my usual routine. I am also a third grade teacher, so I love the idea of fast paced workouts that can be done with minimal equipment!

I live in Massachusetts and always seem to get into a workout rut during the winter. Freezing cold weather is on the way and I think the boot camp would really help me avoid the “winter blues” this year! 🙂

Ah this would be perfect for me right now. I’m in a workout rut. Not to mention I just started a new job and I’m having trouble motivating myself to exercise because I am wiped out! This would be a great incentive for me to get back into a routine. All the prep work would already be done!

Ever since you started the Best Body Boot Camp, I’ve been so intrigued and interested in the program. I’ve always worked out with a male friend who is in extremely good shape, however we’re canceling our gym membership at the end of this month. What I’m looking for in a new workout program is something new, exciting and challenging!

I am thinking I wil sign up for the boot camp anyways due to your rave reviews and my tendency to get bored with just cardio machines and weights. I am not quite skilled enough yet to design my own circuits on the fly so I often pull up pbfingers while I am walking into the gym. I just recently found out that I have “midline annular fissures and diffuse bulges” in two of the discs in my lower back. Sooo I am looking for a new workout plan that will help me build all around core strength to support my back while I heal and keep my endurance up. Can’t wait for some exciting new workouts!!!

I teach a class called Core Strength where I am constantly mixing up my workouts to keep our muscles guessing, and to keep my participants engaged – I’m always on the look out for inspiring workouts that are able to be easy/medium/hard. Tina’s Best Body workout seems like a great way to keep that inspiration coming!

Honestly I look for some one thats going to kick my butt! I like workouts to be challenging, new to me and constantly changing. I like feeling like I’ve mastered something or learned a new skill or somehow improved myself. Core is extremely important since thats the weakest part of my body. But after all that said I still look for something that is fun and keeps me coming back for more. And most important of all is a workout that I see results with!!! 🙂

Since I got serious about working out a little over two years ago, I have been focused on one thing and one thing only: weight training, weight training, weight training. I am so bored with lifting heavy weights at the gym, but it really does give results. I’m definitely ready for a new workout plan that will incorporate my love for lifting with some more fun, “girly” aspects that will keep me engaged. Ever since I’ve been reading your blog, I’ve been so intrigued by Tina’s Best Body Bootcamp. It sounds like it just might be exactly what I’m looking for at this stage in my fitness life!
