Best Body Boot Camp Giveaway

October 11, 2012 by Julie 1,228 Comments

If you’ve been reading this blog for a while, then you likely know of my love for Tina’s Best Body Boot Camp.

Tina is a certified personal trainer, blogger and mom to two adorable kids. She is genuine, thoughtful and incredibly kind… but she will kick your butt!

Tina created Best Body Boot Camp several months ago and I signed up for her first round, not quite sure what to expect.

best body boot camp

She promised eight weeks of original workouts for only $25. I knew what she was offering would typically cost a million times more than $25, so I signed up figuring I could use her workouts as inspiration if they weren’t exactly my style.

I ended up loving her workouts and have since participated in every round of boot camp! The boot camp workouts are fast-paced and challenging (but scalable to all fitness levels!) and since they change every two weeks, I am constantly excited to see what’s coming next which keeps me engaged in the program.

The boot camp works like this:

Every two weeks, Tina emails participants new workouts with detailed instructions and links to online videos to watch in case you’re unsure about certain exercises or want to be sure your form is correct. She also offers alternative exercises for participants to do if they want to scale the workouts back or push themselves a little bit more. Many of her workouts can be done at home as long as you have some basic exercise equipment like free weights and an exercise ball.

Tina also offers cash prizes to participants throughout the boot camp and entries are based on how many workouts you complete and points you earn from two additional goals you set for yourself (such as drinking more water, eating more vegetables, etc.).

A Best Body Boot Camp Facebook group was also created by Tina for participants to use to ask questions, motivate each other and share challenges or motivational tips.

Registration for round three of the Best Body Boot Camp is open right now through October 15. Round three will officially begin on October 22 and last through December 16.

Ready for the good news?

THREE PBF readers will win a FREE entry into round three of Best Body Boot Camp.

To enter this giveaway, simply comment on the post below, telling me what you look for in a new workout plan. I’ll announce the three winners on Monday morning.

Good luck!

Be sure to follow PBFingers on Instagram and Facebook!

I'd love to connect with you! I am always so grateful when you let me know you tried one of my recipes or workouts and tag me in your photos or updates. Thank you so much!!!

I look for something fun (hate doing the same thing day in day out), challenging, and simple (can’t stand workouts that require 800 props and 2 people to pull you from every direction). Crossing my fingers!!

I’m always looking for something new to switch up my workout! I get SO bored of my routines after so long, and I need something new to confuse my muscles and spark that interest again!

I look for something fun and challenging, that will leave me good and sweaty by the end of it. I’ve fallen in love with circuit workouts in the past few months because they do just that and are super fun!

After months of working out & dieting for all the WRONG reasons, I found myself struggling with an eating disorder. Now, almost ten months later, I am finally on the road to being truly healthy. After months of damage, I am looking for a great workout that will challenge me but also remind me that ‘healthy’ isn’t based on a certain number , size or weight — I think Tina’s boot camp will help me find the balance I am looking for — to remind myself that working out can be enjoyed and improve how I think about myself & that it is NOT a punishment or way to put myself down.

I need something that is fun… yet still hurts enough to know it’s working. Otherwise I’ll never keep at it! Anything that keeps me engaged (and sweaty) is a winner workout in my book!

I had a personal trainer for 12 weeks and it was great! She kept me accountant and was always mixing things up so I never got bored. Unfortunately I couldn’t afford to see her anymore and I have since fallen of the exercise bandwagon so to speak. I need something that will keep me motivated and on track and make me WANT to exercise! I love variety and I love a good sweat session

Like everyone else, I look for something that will stay interesting, challenge me, yet can be modified according to my unique needs. I love circuit routines that I can do at home, especially ones that blend cardio in the circuit with strength training because I hate the monotony of cardio!

I immediately signed up for her boot camp as soon as I saw your post last week. I have been stuck in a rut doing the same things and need some different ideas. I workout early in the morning at home before my kids wake up and joining a gym isn’t an option. I’m looking forward to the challenge!!!

I have run cross country in the same city for the same school district for the past 6 years. That means a ton of the same courses and incredibly monotonous workouts.
Since the cross country season is ending the same week that the Best Body Bootcamp is beginning, I NEED VARIETY! My body craves it! I’m also visiting family I haven’t seen for a few years over Thanksgiving, and I would love to truly have my best body. 🙂

I like a workout that incorporates cardio and strength training and I love to mix it up. I usually only do a workout a few times before I need something new, so tina’s bootcamp sounds great! Most importantly, I like a workout that makes me feel strong, accomplished, and sweaty 🙂

I look for something that is challenging and exciting! I get bored with my workouts a lot if I’m always doing the same thing, so the more variety the better. Plus I also like shorter workouts – say 20 to 30 minutes – vs long ones. I like to hit it hard fast 🙂
