If you’ve been reading this blog for a while, then you likely know of my love for Tina’s Best Body Boot Camp.
Tina is a certified personal trainer, blogger and mom to two adorable kids. She is genuine, thoughtful and incredibly kind… but she will kick your butt!
Tina created Best Body Boot Camp several months ago and I signed up for her first round, not quite sure what to expect.
She promised eight weeks of original workouts for only $25. I knew what she was offering would typically cost a million times more than $25, so I signed up figuring I could use her workouts as inspiration if they weren’t exactly my style.
I ended up loving her workouts and have since participated in every round of boot camp! The boot camp workouts are fast-paced and challenging (but scalable to all fitness levels!) and since they change every two weeks, I am constantly excited to see what’s coming next which keeps me engaged in the program.
The boot camp works like this:
Every two weeks, Tina emails participants new workouts with detailed instructions and links to online videos to watch in case you’re unsure about certain exercises or want to be sure your form is correct. She also offers alternative exercises for participants to do if they want to scale the workouts back or push themselves a little bit more. Many of her workouts can be done at home as long as you have some basic exercise equipment like free weights and an exercise ball.
Tina also offers cash prizes to participants throughout the boot camp and entries are based on how many workouts you complete and points you earn from two additional goals you set for yourself (such as drinking more water, eating more vegetables, etc.).
A Best Body Boot Camp Facebook group was also created by Tina for participants to use to ask questions, motivate each other and share challenges or motivational tips.
Registration for round three of the Best Body Boot Camp is open right now through October 15. Round three will officially begin on October 22 and last through December 16.
Ready for the good news?

Good luck!
I like to have a realistic but challenging program. Something easy to follow but pushes me past my comfort zone
I’ve been looking for more workouts that I can do at home! I got rid of my gym membership a few months ago and I’ve been slaking!
I look for exercises that take me out of my comfort zone. I tend to stick to easy elliptical and weight routines that are ‘easy’
I look for something that keeps me interested! And is fun!
I just had baby number 2, and i’m excited to get back to exercise. It would be great to have things all thought out for me….tired mommy brain ;).
This is fantastic! I’ve been going back and forth about signing up for this round of bootcamp.
I always look for a few new moves, but mostly new mixes that’ll keep my body challenged and guessing so I can continue to push and see results. I also like new routines that can keep me from getting bored with working out.
I’m looking for some guidance in setting a new routine. I’ve recently moved to a new city, which COMPLETELY messed up my normal workout routine. I’ve been able to continue working out consistently, but I feel a little aimless and would love a plan to follow to help me get established here!
Great giveaway! In a workout plan, I look for a combination of “cardio” moves and strength moves. Workouts that combine the two are my favorite- which is probably why I love your circuit workouts! 🙂
I am a busy hockey Mom so I need a workout that can be completed quickly and is challenging enough that I don’t get bored and give up.
I look for something that is challenging with lots of variety since I get bored quickly with monotonous, repetitive workouts. I love circuits of different types of exercises, mixing up cardio and strength training with flexibility, plyo. tabata intervals, kickboxing, zumba…..anything goes! I have heard lots of great feedback on Tina’s bootcamp, so I think I may try it out whether I win a freebie or not 🙂
I’m in a fitness rut right now- have met my recent fitness goal- and am looking for a new, fun challenge!! I’d love to join her Best Body Boot Camp!!
Tina’s class would be a great opportunity to learn how to learn weights, and also to help strengthen as my core. As a runner, this would be an amazing asset to my training!!
I’ve been wanting to do this for awhile! I’d love it because, as a grad student, it’s hard to keep the motivation for consistent workouts. I know I’d feel motivated with this!
I would LOVE to try this. I am just finishing up p90x+ and I’m definitely at a loss as to what I want to do next–this would be perfect!
I look for a workout program that keeps my body and my mind guessing so that I don’t get bored! Fast and heavy is the way to go!
New workouts need to be challenging but entertaining. And the sweatier the better!
When I go to the gym, I always feel lost. That’s why I usually jut run because that doesn’t take any know-how lol. I’d love to win to have someone tell me what and how much I should do!
How fun! I could always use more motivation to hit up the gym, so this is right up my alley!
I look for variety – I like to mix it up so I don’t get bored!! Tina’s plans sound awesome 🙂
I love to try new workouts and change up my routine so I dont get stuck in a rut! I would love to win!
I am very new to working out and this seems like a great way to get new moves in so I don’t get so bored! Thanks for the chance!
I look for something that challenges me without being impossible, and keeps changing it up so I don’t get bored!
I need to have a plan when I walk into the gym – or I end up just wandering around watching other people. I find that when I have a specific plan when I walk in, I end up feeling much more satisfied when I walk out! I like that the plan changes every 2 weeks too. Also, this plan will end 2 days before my birthday, so if I do it, I will be in fantastic shape for my fun day!
After I started reading your blog a few months ago, I was intrigued to hear about Tina’s boot camp! Having a job that requires almost 3 hrs commuting a day, I love the idea of having my fitness plans emailed to me so when I am home I am inspired and have no excuses not to work out!!
I tend to get in workout ruts where I do the same things over and over again. It would be nice having someone with a fresh perspective to help me out with new workouts! Whst a great giveaway!!
I would love something like this to push me harder in my workouts! It’s hard for me to challenge myself unless I follow a plan.
I’m stuck in a gym rut and I think the boot camp would be the perfect way to shake me out of it!
I would love to try Tina’s bootcamp!! I’m always looking for new moves & combinations of exercises to keep me entertained!
I’m always looking for variety, because if I get bored I tend to become unmotivated and unwilling to work out. Maybe this boot camp will spice things up a little!
This sounds like it will be great motivation to stay fit during the holidays! I just got married, and now that I am back from the honeymoon, I am looking for something new to motivate me. The wedding was great to look forward to and I have finding it difficult to stay inspired after the big day!
I look for something that will challenge and inspire me!
I’m a runner so getting enough strength training in can be tough!! I’d love to have the external motivation of a program to get me in the strength training groove!
It’s been great to experience your enthusiasm for working out through your posts. I really appreciate it!
I love working out, and I am always looking for something that will leave me smiling. Quick at home workouts. Yoga in the park. Swimming. BodyPump (I love it too!). I think changing it up is the best, to challenge our muscles and muscle memory.
I need something that will keep my workouts challenging and interesting! I’m guilty of getting in ruts, getting bored, and falling off the wagon!
I love switching my workouts up and trying new things, so I look for plans that challenge me and give me new exercises to try!
I look for something challenging but also something that I won’t get bored with and holds my attention. When I look like I’ve jumped in a pool, you know it’s been a successful workout!
I definitely look for variety in a new workout plan. It’s hard to drag myself to the gym to do the same thing day after day.
I love trying new things, so I guess I look for variety!
This program sounds great! I look for something fun, challenging and something that I feel I can stick with and not get bored. This sounds like a great option and I am also in a big of a gym rut so I need some good motivation!
I’m looking for anything that will kick my butt, which I know this will! I’m trying to get back on track with my weight loss goals, so I would love to win this!
I’m looking for a challenging workout that provides constant motivation. I’ve been slacking lately and a new workout regime would be greatly appreciated!!!
I love workouts that challenge me and push me out of my comfort zone!
I look for something that will keep me motivated and entertained, and is flexible enough to work with my crazy schedule.
I look for a workout that keeps my body guessing to push me out of a plateau – and is easy to follow, efficient, and leaves me sweaty and feeling good! I think this might just be it…
I have heard such great things about Tina’s boot camp! I love challenging my body in new ways 🙂
I always look for variety! I participated in the last bootcamp and LOVED it! Tina is amazing and always keeps my interest and heart rate up!
To be honest the things I usually look for are diversity in the workouts (so I don’t get bored) and a collaboration of moves that keeps the time flowing!
Wow! What an awesome giveaway! I would love to try Best Body Bootcamp because I’m someone who likes to have a plan in advance at the gym to help me stay motivated. I also have been looking for some new workouts to switch things up a bit and work some new muscles.
I would love to win this! I always just do my own research on workouts to save $$ since I am a student but school has been so busy that I have a hard time getting motivated and organised for my workouts. I’ve never been able to afford a personal trainer — I’d love to try this!
I look for something that will challenge me, that I will stick with, and variety.
