Best Body Boot Camp Giveaway

October 11, 2012 by Julie 1,228 Comments

If you’ve been reading this blog for a while, then you likely know of my love for Tina’s Best Body Boot Camp.

Tina is a certified personal trainer, blogger and mom to two adorable kids. She is genuine, thoughtful and incredibly kind… but she will kick your butt!

Tina created Best Body Boot Camp several months ago and I signed up for her first round, not quite sure what to expect.

best body boot camp

She promised eight weeks of original workouts for only $25. I knew what she was offering would typically cost a million times more than $25, so I signed up figuring I could use her workouts as inspiration if they weren’t exactly my style.

I ended up loving her workouts and have since participated in every round of boot camp! The boot camp workouts are fast-paced and challenging (but scalable to all fitness levels!) and since they change every two weeks, I am constantly excited to see what’s coming next which keeps me engaged in the program.

The boot camp works like this:

Every two weeks, Tina emails participants new workouts with detailed instructions and links to online videos to watch in case you’re unsure about certain exercises or want to be sure your form is correct. She also offers alternative exercises for participants to do if they want to scale the workouts back or push themselves a little bit more. Many of her workouts can be done at home as long as you have some basic exercise equipment like free weights and an exercise ball.

Tina also offers cash prizes to participants throughout the boot camp and entries are based on how many workouts you complete and points you earn from two additional goals you set for yourself (such as drinking more water, eating more vegetables, etc.).

A Best Body Boot Camp Facebook group was also created by Tina for participants to use to ask questions, motivate each other and share challenges or motivational tips.

Registration for round three of the Best Body Boot Camp is open right now through October 15. Round three will officially begin on October 22 and last through December 16.

Ready for the good news?

THREE PBF readers will win a FREE entry into round three of Best Body Boot Camp.

To enter this giveaway, simply comment on the post below, telling me what you look for in a new workout plan. I’ll announce the three winners on Monday morning.

Good luck!

Be sure to follow PBFingers on Instagram and Facebook!

I'd love to connect with you! I am always so grateful when you let me know you tried one of my recipes or workouts and tag me in your photos or updates. Thank you so much!!!

I am the kind of girl that walks around the gym and I have NO idea what I am doing. I run on the treadmill and lift a few weights but for the most part I AM CLUELESS! I am looking for a workout that will teach me some great workout tips, keep me motivated and make me FEEL THE BURN! I am hoping that the Best Body Boot Camp can do all of these things for me. Thanks!

I’ve been big into exercise since I can remember. I’ve done everything from triathlons, to half marathons, but I’m really starting to loose that motivation. I need something that will keep me on my toes and help me loose a little weight. I’ve been struggling to loose that last 10lbs and I think this boot camp is just what I need! What I look for in a workout plan is a good mix between cardio and weight training. Sometimes I shy away from weight training because I’m so focused on getting enough cardio in. Thanks for the giveaway!

I’ve been on your blog daily now for almost a year and LOVE it! I’ve tried so many of your workouts and use a lot of mine as well but I need a change. I use to just run and now I’ve incorporated more strength training which I love. I see that you and many other bloggers love Tina’s workout so I would love to try out something new to see if I can see any changes on my getting stronger or just even toning up better. I’m always up for a new challenge!

I love how challenging a good circuit workout can be! It’s especially nice how a lot of circuit workouts will incorporate strength training AND cardio within a reasonable time frame. I’m a busy first year teacher, while planning a wedding, so having a fun, new workout routine would be such a huge blessing 🙂 Thank you!

I am a runner and I am currently ready to take some time to try new workouts. I need something that can keep me interested so I don’t get burnt out. I also need a workout that will make me SWEAT! Some education on what exercises to do to work different body parts and how to properly do them would be great for me also.

I look for something varied and challenging but still doable. If a plan focuses too much on strength every day I know I won’t be able to stick to it well because I need a pattern that will allow me to recover. I also prefer cardio over strength exercises, so if a plan weaves strength and cardio together (like circuit workouts usually do) I’m happier than when I lift after cardio.

Over 1000 responses – wow! Well its a long shot at winning but you have to be in it to win it! I love new routines that challenge my muscles in ways my previous routine didnt. Its the best feeling when you wake up one, two, three days after you try a new routine and your body is SCREAMING (in the best way possible!)! You know then that your really challenging yourself and stepping outside you comfort zone.

I look for variety – a fitness plan without variety is not only boring, but won’t give results. I need strength, cardio, and combinations of each. If an exercise program only has me doing elliptical work, I’m not interested. I also love when they switch up the strength training to include power lifting, or high rep, low weight.

The biggest thing I look for in a new workout plan is flexibility. I’m not the most flexible and my cardio-induced Asthma sometimes gets the best of me. I like workouts that can be modified easily to fit any style. Also, anything that keeps me from getting board is a BIG plus!
