Best Body Boot Camp Giveaway

October 11, 2012 by Julie 1,228 Comments

If you’ve been reading this blog for a while, then you likely know of my love for Tina’s Best Body Boot Camp.

Tina is a certified personal trainer, blogger and mom to two adorable kids. She is genuine, thoughtful and incredibly kind… but she will kick your butt!

Tina created Best Body Boot Camp several months ago and I signed up for her first round, not quite sure what to expect.

best body boot camp

She promised eight weeks of original workouts for only $25. I knew what she was offering would typically cost a million times more than $25, so I signed up figuring I could use her workouts as inspiration if they weren’t exactly my style.

I ended up loving her workouts and have since participated in every round of boot camp! The boot camp workouts are fast-paced and challenging (but scalable to all fitness levels!) and since they change every two weeks, I am constantly excited to see what’s coming next which keeps me engaged in the program.

The boot camp works like this:

Every two weeks, Tina emails participants new workouts with detailed instructions and links to online videos to watch in case you’re unsure about certain exercises or want to be sure your form is correct. She also offers alternative exercises for participants to do if they want to scale the workouts back or push themselves a little bit more. Many of her workouts can be done at home as long as you have some basic exercise equipment like free weights and an exercise ball.

Tina also offers cash prizes to participants throughout the boot camp and entries are based on how many workouts you complete and points you earn from two additional goals you set for yourself (such as drinking more water, eating more vegetables, etc.).

A Best Body Boot Camp Facebook group was also created by Tina for participants to use to ask questions, motivate each other and share challenges or motivational tips.

Registration for round three of the Best Body Boot Camp is open right now through October 15. Round three will officially begin on October 22 and last through December 16.

Ready for the good news?

THREE PBF readers will win a FREE entry into round three of Best Body Boot Camp.

To enter this giveaway, simply comment on the post below, telling me what you look for in a new workout plan. I’ll announce the three winners on Monday morning.

Good luck!

Be sure to follow PBFingers on Instagram and Facebook!

I'd love to connect with you! I am always so grateful when you let me know you tried one of my recipes or workouts and tag me in your photos or updates. Thank you so much!!!

When I look for a workout, I look for something that will keep me interested and excited. A workout should be challenging and fun because if you are dreading the workout, you really will not keep it up.

Tina’s Best Body Boot Camp would be good for me because I am work full-time and I go to graduate school full-time. This workout would be flexible and would allow me to workout whenever is convenient for me 🙂

I love your Blog, Julie, and look forward to reading it every day! Keep it up 😀

FUN FUN FUN. That’s the key to a new workout for me! It’s hard to stay interested in something that’s new, especially when it’s challening, so I love the workout to have some fun new moves mixed in. It’ll keep me motivated and make me actually WANT to do it.

In a new workout, I look for something that keeps me motivated and reminds me why exercise is so important for my body-physically and mentally! When I hit a plateau, I get discouraged and stat to think that maybe my workouts aren’t doing what they’re supposed to do! I’ve read all of your great reviews and the boot camp sounds like a great program!

The key to workouts is having FUN and changing things up. As soon as a workout becomes routine, it stops being fun…and I stop working out.

I look for workout plans that teach me new things (in terms of exercises and what my body can do), and are flexible for my busy life. I love the possibility of being able to do some of the workouts from home!

I was considering doing P90X again since I already own that, but the Best Body Boot Camp looks a lot more fun!

In a workout I look for something that challenges me and is a little outside of what my body is comfortable doing; something that definitely makes me say holy crapballs this is hard, or any other actual cuss word. That way, I’m proud of myself after I’m done and feel like I’ve really accomplished something. I also try to find things that I actually enjoy doing and that make me work up a super sweat.

I need a good solid weight program that changes more often than every 4 weeks, otherwise it’s boredom city! I’ve been considering signing up for her program, but this would be a great way to try a round and see what kind of results I can get. I love my classes at the gym, but lets face it, all different classes, mostly different instructors…that means its not a super effective all around program! Would love to try this!

What I look for in a workout, is one which is not specifically tailored to any gender- being a male I often find bits of female orientated workouts which look great but the stigma of incorporating those moves…. whereas through your reviews on Tina’s workouts, you can already tell its flexible regardless of gender!
