Best Body Boot Camp Giveaway

October 11, 2012 by Julie 1,228 Comments

If you’ve been reading this blog for a while, then you likely know of my love for Tina’s Best Body Boot Camp.

Tina is a certified personal trainer, blogger and mom to two adorable kids. She is genuine, thoughtful and incredibly kind… but she will kick your butt!

Tina created Best Body Boot Camp several months ago and I signed up for her first round, not quite sure what to expect.

best body boot camp

She promised eight weeks of original workouts for only $25. I knew what she was offering would typically cost a million times more than $25, so I signed up figuring I could use her workouts as inspiration if they weren’t exactly my style.

I ended up loving her workouts and have since participated in every round of boot camp! The boot camp workouts are fast-paced and challenging (but scalable to all fitness levels!) and since they change every two weeks, I am constantly excited to see what’s coming next which keeps me engaged in the program.

The boot camp works like this:

Every two weeks, Tina emails participants new workouts with detailed instructions and links to online videos to watch in case you’re unsure about certain exercises or want to be sure your form is correct. She also offers alternative exercises for participants to do if they want to scale the workouts back or push themselves a little bit more. Many of her workouts can be done at home as long as you have some basic exercise equipment like free weights and an exercise ball.

Tina also offers cash prizes to participants throughout the boot camp and entries are based on how many workouts you complete and points you earn from two additional goals you set for yourself (such as drinking more water, eating more vegetables, etc.).

A Best Body Boot Camp Facebook group was also created by Tina for participants to use to ask questions, motivate each other and share challenges or motivational tips.

Registration for round three of the Best Body Boot Camp is open right now through October 15. Round three will officially begin on October 22 and last through December 16.

Ready for the good news?

THREE PBF readers will win a FREE entry into round three of Best Body Boot Camp.

To enter this giveaway, simply comment on the post below, telling me what you look for in a new workout plan. I’ll announce the three winners on Monday morning.

Good luck!

Be sure to follow PBFingers on Instagram and Facebook!

I'd love to connect with you! I am always so grateful when you let me know you tried one of my recipes or workouts and tag me in your photos or updates. Thank you so much!!!

I’d love a program that helps me look more like you do! I work out at least an hour, six days a week and would like a workout plan that gets me to my goals. Low body fat percentage while still a fun workout.

I signed up for the Best Body Bootcamp after reading your blog! I’m so excited to get started. The bootcamp starts the day after my half marathon so I’ll be a little tired and sore but I’m SO READY to get back into strength training after running all summer. I loved reading about the variety in Tina’s workouts and the fact that I can do them at home.

I get bored so easily so I need workouts that are going to keep me interested! Plus it’s so easy to get to the gym and run through the same old workout you always do, so having a plan really helps.

I want a workout that will challenge me. I have gotten to the point where I do what has worked before, and it is getting really boring, and I have stalled out on my weight loss. I need something that will kick me back into the “zone”.

This sounds perfect!!! I fell off the workout train a few months ago when my work schedule got really crazy and took over my life. I have been feeling pretty sucky but can’t seem to get back on the train. This might be just the ticket I need to jump on board and hopefully never fall off again 🙂

In short, I look for a workout that will keep me entertained because I get bored easily! I enjoy a mix of cardio and strength training. This is perfect timing because I’ve come to the sad conclusion I need to “break up with” my gym due to their reduced hours. Since I live in a rural area with only one gym, this means I’m on my own to come up with creative workouts at home (and cardio with the dog, like you!).

Hi Julie! Thanks for the awesome posts & opportunity to win this! I typically look for workouts that will challenge me in different ways and utilize different muscles in my body. Right now, I’m looking for an awesome workout for girls that are just beginning to lift. Being in college, I am on a crunch for time but my goal is to work towards what I call “Negative freshmen 15” where I lose 15 lbs, instead of gain 15 like most college students. Thanks so much! (:

Hi! 1st- love your blog. Ah-mazing! It is like catching up with a healthy and fun friend. Awesome!

Ok- 2nd- So, I didn’t look for workouts. I tended to long for a worked out figure yet I did little to make it actually happen. That is until my husband and I moved away from our comfort zone and started a new life. He is in school all week and I work retail. That is all I do actually. haven’t really felt confident/comfortable enough to make friends. It just so happened that it was about a week after we moved that I found your blog. It has been great! A catalyst for us to start making smarter choices not only with our eating but with our relationship (ie date night, being workout buddies, and splitting soup 🙂 ) Now I feel like I need something that is just for me. So- in an extremely wordy answer- I need a workout that can challenge me to be strong for ME. Tina’s story and transformation seem so positive and uplifting! Like anyone-even me- could make strides to life my best life.

Anywho- I love the blog! Keep it up!!

Hello! Thanks to your inspiration and amazing blog I’ve spent the last ten weeks training to run a half marathon this Saturday. Sadly I started having IT band problems last week and don’t think I’m going to be able to run this weekend. I plan to add some more cross training and conditioning to my routine and sign up for another half in November.

I think Tina’s Best Body BootCamp would be a fantastic way to help me build strength and and cross-train for my run!

Thanks for blogging! I absolutely love it!

I look for both strength and cardio in a program and have read nothing but RAVING REVIEWS on Tina’s Bootcamp! I have been a reader of Tina’s blog (Pre – Cert Days too) so this would be such an awesome opportunity!
