If you’ve been reading this blog for a while, then you likely know of my love for Tina’s Best Body Boot Camp.
Tina is a certified personal trainer, blogger and mom to two adorable kids. She is genuine, thoughtful and incredibly kind… but she will kick your butt!
Tina created Best Body Boot Camp several months ago and I signed up for her first round, not quite sure what to expect.
She promised eight weeks of original workouts for only $25. I knew what she was offering would typically cost a million times more than $25, so I signed up figuring I could use her workouts as inspiration if they weren’t exactly my style.
I ended up loving her workouts and have since participated in every round of boot camp! The boot camp workouts are fast-paced and challenging (but scalable to all fitness levels!) and since they change every two weeks, I am constantly excited to see what’s coming next which keeps me engaged in the program.
The boot camp works like this:
Every two weeks, Tina emails participants new workouts with detailed instructions and links to online videos to watch in case you’re unsure about certain exercises or want to be sure your form is correct. She also offers alternative exercises for participants to do if they want to scale the workouts back or push themselves a little bit more. Many of her workouts can be done at home as long as you have some basic exercise equipment like free weights and an exercise ball.
Tina also offers cash prizes to participants throughout the boot camp and entries are based on how many workouts you complete and points you earn from two additional goals you set for yourself (such as drinking more water, eating more vegetables, etc.).
A Best Body Boot Camp Facebook group was also created by Tina for participants to use to ask questions, motivate each other and share challenges or motivational tips.
Registration for round three of the Best Body Boot Camp is open right now through October 15. Round three will officially begin on October 22 and last through December 16.
Ready for the good news?
THREE PBF readers will win a FREE entry into round three of Best Body Boot Camp.
To enter this giveaway, simply comment on the post below, telling me what you look for in a new workout plan. I’ll announce the three winners on Monday morning.
Good luck!
I look for something with new moves that is also challenging and fun!
Hi!! I love that you posted this offer today! This past September I had to downscale my budget due to my full-time commitment to Dental Hygiene School. I had to quite my gym 🙁 and I am in desperate need of a home workout revamp! I would love to be considered for the Boot Camp giveaway because as I said, I was a devout worker-outer and am feeling a little down because of my lack of at home workout-spiration. Reading your blog definitely motivates me and I would love to pair my reading with the bootcamp!! Please pick this poor dental hygiene student!!! THANKS!!!! 😀
I did Round 1 of bootcamp and have been teetering on whether to sign up on this one! I liked the circuits from her last time, and winning an entry would be great!
I look for variety and excitement in a new workout! I like it to be quick and effective!
I need a new workout routine to keep me motivated. I have been thinking about joining this challenge, but I just don’t have the money now. I would love to try it!!!!!!
I love a workout that has me excited to do it. If it’s boring or too easy, I just dread it but something new, fun and challenging has me itching to put the kids on the bus in the morning so I can go home and get started!
I look for workouts that leave me feeling accomplished!!
I look for a new challenge!!! I love switching up my workout routine!
I just look for something different from what I am already doing and something that will challenge me!
I look for something that will make me feel challenged and will make time go quickly! I like something that is not repetitive and mixes things up which usually makes time fly during my workouts.
i want something fun and challenging. I want to look forward to the workouts not dread it. I want a good instructed that is not just trying to kill me
I’m a simple kind of gal; I like a sweaty workout 🙂
I’m looking for a work out that is going to keep me on my toes! I tend to get bored easily at the gym.
I need something that will actually get me down to the fitness center and make me work!
What I look for in a new workout plan is simply that… something NEW! I really will try anything once (finances permitting) so I love switching up my workouts! I also appreciate time efficiency, a good challenge, and fun motivation!
I love new, challenging workouts! I’m always on pinterest and blogs alike looking for some way to freshen up an old routine!
I love a good challenging workout! Variety doesn’t hurt either 🙂
I always look forward to something that isn’t monotonous and repetitive, something that’s challenging but not too complicated to figure out. Keeps my body guessing!
I love a workout plan that is challenging, yet something I can look forward to! Also, variety is wonderful!
All I look for in a workout is one that leaves me smiling and feeling awesome about myself at the end!
I love a workout plan that mixes cardio and weights. I did Tina’s first round and absolutely loved it!
I look for something that is fun and will break up the monotony I often feel when working out on my own. I have a hard time coming up with creative new workouts and find myself getting into routines and ruts which make it harder for me to motivate myself to work out. So something that brings some variety to my workouts is welcomed!
I look for something that switches up my routine and gives me challenge! I like waking up to muscles that are a little sore from an awesome new workout!
I like to switch things up – I loved being able to go to bootcamp class – but at $150/month – it just wasn’t possible $$ wise and schedule wise (working full time and 2 kids!)….I would love this!
I’m running my first 1/2 marathon on Oct 21st…I’m looking for a more strength training based workout to start after that. This sounds perfect!
I like routines that are efficient (ideally the circuits that incorporate cardio and weights), but don’t require me to set up 15 different machines/areas at the gym. It takes too long and I end up waiting for machines.
Definitely a challenge! Also some strength training – I just ran my first marathon, so I need to get back into strength workouts.
I’ve always wanted to try a boot camp and now that my wedding is around the corner it’s the best time to sign up for one! I look for a workout that keeps me guessing, challenges me and makes me feel like I’ve accomplished something amazing once it’s over.
by & large i run, marathons to be specific. so i basically look for quick cross training/strength training because i don’t have all day to work out. so i’d love to try this but am on a budget right now so couldn’t afford it otherwise. 🙂 thanks!
What a cool giveaway. I am always up for a new challenge!!
I like new workouts to keep me excited and motivated to work out. Otherwise, I get bored and stop going consistently. I also really love having a plan! I’m a person who loves to meal plan and make lists of what I’m going to accomplish in my workout.
Something with structure/plan. I’m a runner and love cardio but have trouble motivating myself to do other things!
I look for something to get me excited about waking up at 5:30am every morning!
Hmm…I have never had a true workout plan, other than a training plan for triathlons. So, I would be excited to try something new!
I look for variety! did Jamie Eason’s LiveFit program and loved the workouts but some of the stuff became a little reptitive after awhile! I also like to feel challenged and love workouts that you can tailor to meet your own needs!
i would love to have a new challenge! and lose the last couple pounds of baby weight!
I recently moved to an apartment with a mini gym and would love some motivation to use it!
I look for something that will keep me having fun while exercising, push me to reach new goals and will balance out eating pumpkin parfaits from Whole Foods through the holiday season.
I like to change up my routine and I also find that following a plan works best for me! It helps me be more accountable!
I look for something that will challenge me, but is also fun.
Timeliness and efficiency! 🙂
I look for variety and originality.
Love working out, but lately I have been looking for something to shake up my routine. I can tell that my body has gotten used to my current exercise plan. I am looking for something that gets me excited to go to the gym and has me sweating and sore afterwards!
I look for something new, challenging, result oriented. A workout plan that gives me a new goal and can fit into my busy schedule.
When I start a new workout, I look for something I am not used to, something challenging to mind & body and something that will make me sweat!
Great giveaway! I’m always looking for workout plans that challenge my body in new ways! I love lots of strength training!
I look for a CHALLENGE!!! Something that gets me out of my comfort zone, makes my heart pump, gets me super sweaty and feeling like a million bucks!
I am always looking for something challenging but fun. I also like to make sure it works the muscle groups in the “proper” way and form. I read so many great things about this bootcamp!
I actually am planning on signing up for Round Three – I’ve done the first two rounds and loved them! It would be so nice to have a free entry haha
In a new workout plan, I definitely look for variety and efficiency! I love workouts that are simple enough for me to do at home or the gym and keep my attention. I also like enough of a challenge that I’m able to complete the workout, but have to push myself at the same time. Makes the feeling of accomplishment even better!
