If you’ve been reading this blog for a while, then you likely know of my love for Tina’s Best Body Boot Camp.
Tina is a certified personal trainer, blogger and mom to two adorable kids. She is genuine, thoughtful and incredibly kind… but she will kick your butt!
Tina created Best Body Boot Camp several months ago and I signed up for her first round, not quite sure what to expect.
She promised eight weeks of original workouts for only $25. I knew what she was offering would typically cost a million times more than $25, so I signed up figuring I could use her workouts as inspiration if they weren’t exactly my style.
I ended up loving her workouts and have since participated in every round of boot camp! The boot camp workouts are fast-paced and challenging (but scalable to all fitness levels!) and since they change every two weeks, I am constantly excited to see what’s coming next which keeps me engaged in the program.
The boot camp works like this:
Every two weeks, Tina emails participants new workouts with detailed instructions and links to online videos to watch in case you’re unsure about certain exercises or want to be sure your form is correct. She also offers alternative exercises for participants to do if they want to scale the workouts back or push themselves a little bit more. Many of her workouts can be done at home as long as you have some basic exercise equipment like free weights and an exercise ball.
Tina also offers cash prizes to participants throughout the boot camp and entries are based on how many workouts you complete and points you earn from two additional goals you set for yourself (such as drinking more water, eating more vegetables, etc.).
A Best Body Boot Camp Facebook group was also created by Tina for participants to use to ask questions, motivate each other and share challenges or motivational tips.
Registration for round three of the Best Body Boot Camp is open right now through October 15. Round three will officially begin on October 22 and last through December 16.
Ready for the good news?

I look for new and exciting ways to be fit from home! I am unable to have a gym membership so new ideas for at home workouts are SO helpful! It’s great that you don’t have to belong to a gym to live a healthy lifestyle!
A workout to always keep my body guessing what is about to come next & can keep me interested! 🙂
Hi Julie! In college, I played Division I lacrosse and loved being pushed by my coaches and told what to do for 2+ hours each day…Since graduating, I’ve found that I get into a rut by doing the same exercises repeatedly. I would love to be part of Tina’s Best Body Boot Camp to re-ignite the fire in my belly for working out!!!
Awesome giveaway! I look for a challenge and something to change up my regular routine and get me out of the same workout routine!
I love circuit workouts that mix cardio and weights…I’m always looking for something to switch up my routine!!
I just finished a bootcamp program and I really enjoyed it but the time wasn’t very convenient, this would be a great way to get a similar workout in that would fit my schedule!
I look for HIIT intervals. It would be nice to have more of a structured workout rather than trying to come up with moves myself 🙂
With new work outs, I love to be challenged. I look for new and different exerices (or variations of the classics) that I haven’t tried or thought to try, to keep things interesting. Nothing is worse than getting bored with your workouts! I like to keep my muscles guessing 😛
I’m finishing up marathon training so I’m looking for a stable program that will keep me interested and Tina’s program looks like the perfect fit!
I look for a workout I can do at home and doesn’t cost a lot – so this is perfect for me!
This is a wonderful giveaway and I am always looking for a good new workout. They recently cancelled my favourite class at the gym so I am feeling some of your missing bobypump woes. The class was bootcamp so this could be such a winner! Thanks! Also, loving your purple nail polish at the moment – do you know what it’s called?
I look for fun workouts that change pretty frequently and get me excited to move.
Heck yeah! I love workouts that leave me super sore, keep me interested, move quickly, are convenient, and make me feel like I am getting my time’s worth! I’m getting married next June (eee!) and need to get dress-ready!
I look for things that will keep my attention! I’ve recently learned that I really need to mix up my workouts to keep it up. Repetition is not my friend, except for running, I like that 🙂
I look for creativity and variation. It’s important for me to keep my workouts interesting, so I never run the risk of getting bored. I would love to take advantage of her boot camp. What a great giveaway!!!
Woo Hoo!
1. Ease of instruction.
2. Challenge muscles.
3. Get sweating!
I look for a program that is challenging enough for me to feel like I’m working, but not so much I am dead at the end! Also I love efficient workouts, it would be awesome to try Tina’s program 🙂
I look for something that excites me, because if I can’t get excited about it, then I won’t do it!
I look for fun and challenges in a new workout!
I look for something that is a little different each session, to really jumpstart my metabolism and stray away from muscle memory. Bootcamp is really the perfect thing!
I’m looking for a way to change it up after I run my marathon on Sunday!
I need a workout that keeps me engaged and wanting to go to the gym everyday!
I look for workouts that will keep up my heart rate up and for new workouts to keep things interesting! 🙂
First of all I just want to tell you that I discovered your blog a few months ago through pinterest and since then have read it daily! I am very into fitness and eating healthy and have found much inspiration through you, especially on days when I don’t feel like working out, your blog seems to motivate me!
When starting a new fitness routine, I look for challenge, and hope to discover new exercises that I have never done! I tend to get bored easily with the same exercises to I like to switch it up! I like that this bootcamp would give me a new work out every two weeks!
Intensity, variations, and fun!
This is incredible! I would love to try this…looking for something to shake up my workout routine:).
I am getting married soon and I have to look HOTT! Also I am sooooo over dread mill work outs.
Oh my gosh I would love to win this boot camp workout!! I remember reading about how much you loved the circuits. I need to get in wedding shape by next summer and this would be an awesome start to a new routine!
I look for variety! usually when I start a new workout plan, its just because i was bored with the last one — not because i didn’t enjoy it. It’s important to me to keep things fresh (and your muscles guessing!)
I meant to register for Tina’s last bootcamp and it just slipped my mind! Great give away.
I like to look for new circuit workouts that present a totally new move that is well explained, and also incorporate familiar exercises so that I am not totally lost. I don’t want to watch a you tube video 5 times before I understand a certain exercise. If I don’t get it after once or twice, I worry about performing the move incorrectly.
I love a new workout plan that leaves me really sore the next day but excited to get the next workout in! It’s great when I am familiar with some of the routine but learning new exercises also.
I’ve love my workout enthusiasm lately and would love this to get me jumpstarted again. I sill workout every day but it’s more of a dread then excitement.
Variety, variety variety! I get so bored doing the same thing! It also helps to feel like I’m a part of a group 🙂 I think her bootcamp sounds great!
I’m a bit of a workout newbie and I could use new workouts to help up the motivation. 🙂
I love a workout plan that leaves me guessing and is face paced….I get easily bored!
This is an awesome giveaway! I look to be challenged out of my comfort zone, to learn something new, and to have fun!!
This is awesome! I am moving soon, and I am not a gym member, and I definitely need a new workout plan. I like a workout that is FUN and leaves me wanting more!
I love a workout that is difficult and always changes! I love to switch up between low weights and high reps and high weight and low reps.
I look for something I can do with all of my school work and this sounds like a great option!
I tend to get bored pretty quickly, so I love plans that switch things up. I also love to SWEAT and feel like I’m getting a killer workout in. This boot series sounds awesome!!!
I love a challenging and creative workouts! I would love to try Tina’s program!
I like a workout plan that is fun and leaves me feeling like I definitely got a lot of “bang for my buck”! 🙂
I really like circuit workouts because they really balance cardio and strength training. For circuit workouts, I like to balance strength only exercises, cardio exercises, and then mixed exercises that are strength/cardio combined. More than anything I like workouts that keep me interested and are creative!
This sounds great! I want to try it! Sounds like it will help motivate me through the Holidays. 🙂
I look for variety and a mix of cardio and strength training. I’d love to win the boot camp to get myself in gear for my upcoming wedding!
This sounds great! I really like workouts that incorporate strength but that can be done at home.
I love new workouts! I’m getting married October 2013 and am trying to get in better shape…I’m in good shape now, but I want to lose the “jiggle.” A new boot camp will definitely do the trick!
I love Tina’s blog and would love to be in the bb boot camp!
this bootie needs a boot camp 🙂
Oh I would LOVE a new workout plan. Ever since I found out I was pregnant, I’ve been super tired and it’s hard to motivate yourself to RUN but I need a plan. Something that will get me back in the gym and out of bed!
