Best Body Boot Camp Giveaway

October 11, 2012 by Julie 1,228 Comments

If you’ve been reading this blog for a while, then you likely know of my love for Tina’s Best Body Boot Camp.

Tina is a certified personal trainer, blogger and mom to two adorable kids. She is genuine, thoughtful and incredibly kind… but she will kick your butt!

Tina created Best Body Boot Camp several months ago and I signed up for her first round, not quite sure what to expect.

best body boot camp

She promised eight weeks of original workouts for only $25. I knew what she was offering would typically cost a million times more than $25, so I signed up figuring I could use her workouts as inspiration if they weren’t exactly my style.

I ended up loving her workouts and have since participated in every round of boot camp! The boot camp workouts are fast-paced and challenging (but scalable to all fitness levels!) and since they change every two weeks, I am constantly excited to see what’s coming next which keeps me engaged in the program.

The boot camp works like this:

Every two weeks, Tina emails participants new workouts with detailed instructions and links to online videos to watch in case you’re unsure about certain exercises or want to be sure your form is correct. She also offers alternative exercises for participants to do if they want to scale the workouts back or push themselves a little bit more. Many of her workouts can be done at home as long as you have some basic exercise equipment like free weights and an exercise ball.

Tina also offers cash prizes to participants throughout the boot camp and entries are based on how many workouts you complete and points you earn from two additional goals you set for yourself (such as drinking more water, eating more vegetables, etc.).

A Best Body Boot Camp Facebook group was also created by Tina for participants to use to ask questions, motivate each other and share challenges or motivational tips.

Registration for round three of the Best Body Boot Camp is open right now through October 15. Round three will officially begin on October 22 and last through December 16.

Ready for the good news?

THREE PBF readers will win a FREE entry into round three of Best Body Boot Camp.

To enter this giveaway, simply comment on the post below, telling me what you look for in a new workout plan. I’ll announce the three winners on Monday morning.

Good luck!

Be sure to follow PBFingers on Instagram and Facebook!

I'd love to connect with you! I am always so grateful when you let me know you tried one of my recipes or workouts and tag me in your photos or updates. Thank you so much!!!

I look for a workout that is challenging yet exciting. I want to know looking at it that this workout is going to kick my butt, but that I’m going to love every minute of it! (In that love/hate way of exercising!)

    What a great giveaway!

Each time you mention this program I get more and more interested in giving it a go. What I look for in a new workout is something that will keep me entertained because I tend to bore easily when I’m doing the same workouts over and over again.

I have just got back into working out again this week. I was doing well getting outside with the nice weather this summer, but as September and cold weather hit, I have just wanted to stay inside. I need something to motivate me and get me back on track! Tina’s workout sounds perfect since I do not have a gym membership.

I typically look for something that is challenging and NEW to me! I have always worked out and played D1 soccer in college sooo I’ve seen quite a few workouts, anything that is new and exciting is my kind of routine!

I also love following along with others or having my workouts planned ahead of time. Nothing says accomplishment like being super sweaty and putting a big X over your days workout! I would LOVE to try this as I am always following along with you through your posts!

What I look for is something that will keep me active week after week, and allow me to challenge myself. I recently moved to London, and am currently studying and working here. So more than anything I want my exercise routine to be a little more inspirational than the daily scurry to make my morning tube. I mean I could make do with this as my routine, but the kindly British folk that take my train haven’t warmed to getting my starbucks sprayed on them as i sprint. Love the blog by the way – although constantly jealous of the fab weather! x

The timing for this is perfect! i just finished marathon training and now that the race is over, I’m looking for a new type of workout. I really want to get back into the gym and start lifting again but also don’t want to lose the months of cardiovascular training I have under my belt. Bootcamp would be the right fit!

I like workouts that target every area of my body. I hate when a program mainly targets arms or mainly legs. I like a good full body workout. I also find that some workouts do not contain enough core work, so that’s always a plus!

In a new workout plan, I look for something that’s challenging, exciting, and fun. I was an avid runner for years, and it finally caught up with me over the summer. Sore knees have led me to look for new and innovative ways to strengthen and tone my body, so I would love to have a workout plan developed by a professional. Thank you for the opportunity!

I have 40 pounds to lose and I’ve been trying really hard on my own at the gym for the past 3 weeks. I have been losing a little (3 pounds), but I feel considering the clean eating I’ve been doing and exercising it would be more than that. I need to incorporate weights into my workout, but I don’t know how. Plus, with my personality, I definitely need a set schedule instead of myself trying to figure it all out. I just built a house and money is tight these days, so a free bootcamp would come in handy!

I used to be extremely dedicated to working out everyday before I had my first baby. I am still active with him, but very much miss my time to really get my heart rate up and the endorphins pumpin’! This sounds like a fantastic opportunity, and love that there is also a support network to connect with others working the same program.

I am a college nursing student coming from a family who emphasizes fitness. Over the summer, my mom and I did exercise classes together. I never got bored and I was always challenged! It was a great way to bond with my mom. I’ve been homesick recently and bored with my workouts. I miss those classes! This would be a great way to put some spice back into exercising and a good distracter from all the school stress!!!

As a college student, it’s often hard to find the time and motivation to work out, so I look for workouts that challenge me and get a lot done in a relatively short amount of time; I like to feel like I’ve ACCOMPLISHED something by the end of the workout. I also want a workout that I’m excited to do – not a long, boring run on the treadmill or a million reps of bicep curls. I also love it when workout routines include both cardiovascular work and muscle strengthening – I’ve found I often turn to running and tend to forget about strength training, so I think having a set workout schedule would be great in reminding me to incorporate both aspects into my routine!
