If you’ve been reading this blog for a while, then you likely know of my love for Tina’s Best Body Boot Camp.
Tina is a certified personal trainer, blogger and mom to two adorable kids. She is genuine, thoughtful and incredibly kind… but she will kick your butt!
Tina created Best Body Boot Camp several months ago and I signed up for her first round, not quite sure what to expect.
She promised eight weeks of original workouts for only $25. I knew what she was offering would typically cost a million times more than $25, so I signed up figuring I could use her workouts as inspiration if they weren’t exactly my style.
I ended up loving her workouts and have since participated in every round of boot camp! The boot camp workouts are fast-paced and challenging (but scalable to all fitness levels!) and since they change every two weeks, I am constantly excited to see what’s coming next which keeps me engaged in the program.
The boot camp works like this:
Every two weeks, Tina emails participants new workouts with detailed instructions and links to online videos to watch in case you’re unsure about certain exercises or want to be sure your form is correct. She also offers alternative exercises for participants to do if they want to scale the workouts back or push themselves a little bit more. Many of her workouts can be done at home as long as you have some basic exercise equipment like free weights and an exercise ball.
Tina also offers cash prizes to participants throughout the boot camp and entries are based on how many workouts you complete and points you earn from two additional goals you set for yourself (such as drinking more water, eating more vegetables, etc.).
A Best Body Boot Camp Facebook group was also created by Tina for participants to use to ask questions, motivate each other and share challenges or motivational tips.
Registration for round three of the Best Body Boot Camp is open right now through October 15. Round three will officially begin on October 22 and last through December 16.
Ready for the good news?
THREE PBF readers will win a FREE entry into round three of Best Body Boot Camp.

Variety! I am in a major rut!!
I look for a workout that is challenging yet exciting. I want to know looking at it that this workout is going to kick my butt, but that I’m going to love every minute of it! (In that love/hate way of exercising!)
What a great giveaway!
Each time you mention this program I get more and more interested in giving it a go. What I look for in a new workout is something that will keep me entertained because I tend to bore easily when I’m doing the same workouts over and over again.
I look for the least amount of squats and lunges, LOL! I hate those things but they sure do work, don’t they?!
I have just got back into working out again this week. I was doing well getting outside with the nice weather this summer, but as September and cold weather hit, I have just wanted to stay inside. I need something to motivate me and get me back on track! Tina’s workout sounds perfect since I do not have a gym membership.
I typically look for something that is challenging and NEW to me! I have always worked out and played D1 soccer in college sooo I’ve seen quite a few workouts, anything that is new and exciting is my kind of routine!
I also love following along with others or having my workouts planned ahead of time. Nothing says accomplishment like being super sweaty and putting a big X over your days workout! I would LOVE to try this as I am always following along with you through your posts!
I look for fun, new and exciting stuff in a new work out program. I haven’t done too many set programs so just having a guide would be great also!
OMG! How cool would this be?!!! I”m a fan of workouts that incorporate a full body workout and really get my heart pumping.
I was interested in signing up so I hope I win! I like workouts that mix things up frequently, are flexible with my schedule and motivate me!
I look for something with a set schedule! Half Marathon training is something I always stick to, so hopefully this would work too!
I would love to have a workout routine laid out for me…I am not very creative when it comes to this and following a plan really motivates me!
What I look for is something that will keep me active week after week, and allow me to challenge myself. I recently moved to London, and am currently studying and working here. So more than anything I want my exercise routine to be a little more inspirational than the daily scurry to make my morning tube. I mean I could make do with this as my routine, but the kindly British folk that take my train haven’t warmed to getting my starbucks sprayed on them as i sprint. Love the blog by the way – although constantly jealous of the fab weather! x
I am constantly searching for new workouts. I tend to get bored easily. I love a good challenge and always enjoy new workouts to get me pumped up and excited. If I’m sore the next day after completing a new routine, I know I have succeeded.
As a non athlete, I look for something that will teach me to learn to enjoy results.
I look for something DIFFERENT. I have so many dvd workout videos that are the same moves. I get so bored doing the same things every day!
I would love a chance to do Tina’s bootcamp. I had to give up my gym membership in order to be a stay-at-home mom so I’m always looking for new workouts I can do from home!
I love a workout plan that incorporates strength and cardio– mixing it up keeps me motivated!
I want to be challenged enough to know i’m getting a good workout, doing different things so i’m excited to work out!
Simplicity and variety! I love it when it’s easy to follow and fun 🙂
I like something that has a plan/schedule (help keeps me on track ) and like a little variety as well!
i look for something that really gets me sweaty… and really pushes me to the point of having to rest! That way, I know i’m really working hard!
I’m not great at constructing workouts that incorporate strength training. For some reason it feels overwhelming to me! I also like workouts that vary a lot and are fast paced since I have serious ADD and get bored easily! This would be perfect!
I look for something that is challenging and keeps my interest. There is no better feeling than looking forward to a workout!
The timing for this is perfect! i just finished marathon training and now that the race is over, I’m looking for a new type of workout. I really want to get back into the gym and start lifting again but also don’t want to lose the months of cardiovascular training I have under my belt. Bootcamp would be the right fit!
I look for something challenging and the type of work out that keeps me coming back for more! I also need a set schedule w/how-to’s and guidelines, so this sounds perfect for me!
I love circuit style workouts – It keeps me motivated! Doing cardio I get so bored ( not to mention hard on the joints) and incorporating plyos and strength training is so much fun. I am definitely in a rut though, this would be aaaaamazing! =)
I need something challenging, mainly. I get stuck doing the same workouts because they’re comfortable – I want to get outside my comfort zone!
I like workouts that target every area of my body. I hate when a program mainly targets arms or mainly legs. I like a good full body workout. I also find that some workouts do not contain enough core work, so that’s always a plus!
So excited to try it! I am looking for a great workout to tone muscle!
I would love to try a new workout!
Ooh, that would be fantastic! I just finished my first half-marathon this past weekend (it was killer!) and want to set another goal for myself after resting a week or two. This would be amazing.
In a new workout plan, I look for something that’s challenging, exciting, and fun. I was an avid runner for years, and it finally caught up with me over the summer. Sore knees have led me to look for new and innovative ways to strengthen and tone my body, so I would love to have a workout plan developed by a professional. Thank you for the opportunity!
I have never followed a set exercise program. I just joined a gym and have become addicted to the spinning classes but I know it is only a part of the equation. I am in need of much guidance and encouragement to tackle the other parts!!
I look for something new and different. If I’m looking for a new work out plan, its because I’m tired of the same ole, same ole and looking for a challenge!
I look for something to challenge me!
I like workouts that constantly change and force me out of my comfort zone. It also doesn’t hurt when someone else comes up with the workout for me!
I am in desperate need of a new workout plan! As a busy student, my workout routine has been regulated to the treadmill and stairmaster. I would love to try new exercises that challenge my body so I can overcome my fitness plateau!
I look for something that doesn’t get boring! I love running but sometimes I need to mix it up. It’s hard to come up with it yourself on the fly– so this would be awesome!
I like to find workouts that keep me interested and excited to wake up for…because waking up at 5AM to exercise is tough business – especially if you are not doing something fun!
I look for something different than my usual hum dum workout!
I really love when I feel new muscles being worked and just that feeling of reassurance that I’m working out in the right way since you have a professional on your side!
I’ve been looking into Tina’s bootcamp for a while! I enjoy workouts that incorporate a good mix of cardio and strength training and mix things up fairly regularly, so from what you’ve said it sounds like this would be ideal for me–especially since I’ve been looking for a new workout!! I really hope I win!
I have 40 pounds to lose and I’ve been trying really hard on my own at the gym for the past 3 weeks. I have been losing a little (3 pounds), but I feel considering the clean eating I’ve been doing and exercising it would be more than that. I need to incorporate weights into my workout, but I don’t know how. Plus, with my personality, I definitely need a set schedule instead of myself trying to figure it all out. I just built a house and money is tight these days, so a free bootcamp would come in handy!
I used to be extremely dedicated to working out everyday before I had my first baby. I am still active with him, but very much miss my time to really get my heart rate up and the endorphins pumpin’! This sounds like a fantastic opportunity, and love that there is also a support network to connect with others working the same program.
I am a college nursing student coming from a family who emphasizes fitness. Over the summer, my mom and I did exercise classes together. I never got bored and I was always challenged! It was a great way to bond with my mom. I’ve been homesick recently and bored with my workouts. I miss those classes! This would be a great way to put some spice back into exercising and a good distracter from all the school stress!!!
My workouts have a tendency to be repetitive as I just use what I know works for me! I would love to try Tina’s boot camp for the new ideas and to keep myself motivated!
As a college student, it’s often hard to find the time and motivation to work out, so I look for workouts that challenge me and get a lot done in a relatively short amount of time; I like to feel like I’ve ACCOMPLISHED something by the end of the workout. I also want a workout that I’m excited to do – not a long, boring run on the treadmill or a million reps of bicep curls. I also love it when workout routines include both cardiovascular work and muscle strengthening – I’ve found I often turn to running and tend to forget about strength training, so I think having a set workout schedule would be great in reminding me to incorporate both aspects into my routine!
I look for variety in a new workout plan but something that is fun and will keep me engaged. I love weight lifting and cardio so I love workouts that combine the two and get my heart rate up while building lean muscle. Body pump is my favorite class ever!
i love to workout, but running gets old to me. i love a good challenge and anything to make me sweat. i just want to get more fit.
I look for workouts that are varied- I tend to get bored after doing the same routine after a few weeks!
