If you’ve been reading this blog for a while, then you likely know of my love for Tina’s Best Body Boot Camp.
Tina is a certified personal trainer, blogger and mom to two adorable kids. She is genuine, thoughtful and incredibly kind… but she will kick your butt!
Tina created Best Body Boot Camp several months ago and I signed up for her first round, not quite sure what to expect.
She promised eight weeks of original workouts for only $25. I knew what she was offering would typically cost a million times more than $25, so I signed up figuring I could use her workouts as inspiration if they weren’t exactly my style.
I ended up loving her workouts and have since participated in every round of boot camp! The boot camp workouts are fast-paced and challenging (but scalable to all fitness levels!) and since they change every two weeks, I am constantly excited to see what’s coming next which keeps me engaged in the program.
The boot camp works like this:
Every two weeks, Tina emails participants new workouts with detailed instructions and links to online videos to watch in case you’re unsure about certain exercises or want to be sure your form is correct. She also offers alternative exercises for participants to do if they want to scale the workouts back or push themselves a little bit more. Many of her workouts can be done at home as long as you have some basic exercise equipment like free weights and an exercise ball.
Tina also offers cash prizes to participants throughout the boot camp and entries are based on how many workouts you complete and points you earn from two additional goals you set for yourself (such as drinking more water, eating more vegetables, etc.).
A Best Body Boot Camp Facebook group was also created by Tina for participants to use to ask questions, motivate each other and share challenges or motivational tips.
Registration for round three of the Best Body Boot Camp is open right now through October 15. Round three will officially begin on October 22 and last through December 16.
Ready for the good news?

I look for a workout that has me excited about working out / going to the gym!! Sometimes the whole getting motivated to go (especially when tired!) is hard for me.
I love new workouts and switching it up so my body does not get used to one thing! If I don’t switch it up I get bored! I would love to try TIna’s Best Body Bootcamp!!
How exciting! I have heard wonderful things about this boot camp and would love to participate. I look for workouts that are different and that will keep my interest level up and challenge me at the same time. I work full time nights and having a workout plans that allows me to participate within my home is a huge plus!
What I’m ultimately looking for in a workout is variety and challenge. I definitely like workouts that kick my butt 🙂
I have gotten into a rut lately and need something to get me going again. I have that feeling where workouts are getting repetitive and I need something to get me off my plataeu. I am thinking about signing up to Tina’a boot camp since you first started blogging about it. It sounds like a great deal and something a grad student can actually afford!
I have been in need of a new workout routine! I just moved back home which means a different gym and not nearly close to the classes that I had at my previous gym. I want to be challenged, constantly moving and leaving the gym excited for the next workout!
I look for something to keep my interest!
I would love this! I’ve been looking for a workout plan but am kind of stuck. Would be awesome to have something new and challenging but fun at the same time. Thanks!
I’m looking for a challenging workout that is fun and constantly changing (because I get bored!). Also quick workouts (under 45 minutes) are great now a days because I have a little one and not a lot of time to spend at the gym 🙂
I look for a workout that mixes things up and always keeps me on my toes 🙂
I look for workouts that are simple but get the job done! I love to feel like I really used my time well while working out. I would love to try this bootcamp!
I look for something to compliment my running and it looks like this would do just that!
I look for a workout that changes up because it helps me stay motivated. I’ve had a hard time keeping that motivation lately and have been bouncing around the same few pounds for a couple of months. I eat a mostly vegan diet and typically drink a good amount of water daily but I need to get off my butt and challenge myself!
I would love this! I don’t belong to a standard gym, but have some free weights and some machines in my building. I look for workouts that are flexible enough to be done without belonging to a gym!
A workout plan always includes lots of variety & moves!
I look for a good alternative to running when I can’t get out in the morning or my day has been too crazy! I would really love to try one of her boot camps!!
I look for something that is a change up from my normal moves to keep me interested and my muscles guessing!
I like something that is flexible!
I’m looking for variety in a workout. My body doesn’t respond well to doing the same workouts week after week. So changing things up a bit is what I’m looking for. I’ve heard about Tina’s boot camp and looks like something I would definitely be interested in doing. 🙂
i look for diversity and motivation. i could not renew my gym membership this year and miss group fitness
I was considering doing her bootcamp after you posted about how much you loved it. I would love some variety and new challenges for my workouts!
I need something that is super motivating, somewhat challenging, shows me modified steps to get the same benefits as I work my way up to the real moves, and doesn’t get old. And if I’m watching a video, I don’t want them whining about how their workouts get criticized for not being difficult enough (Jillian michaels…)
I’ve been considering Tina’s bootcamp and think it would bea great way to challenge myself. Thanks for offering this giveaway! 🙂
I have been dying to try Tina’s bootcamp and it is all because of you and your experience! I cannot wait!!
What do I look for in a workout? Something that takes my mind off my to-do list, e-mail, etc and gets me refocused on my body and my fitness goals. Sounds like Tina’s Best Body Bootcamp is right up my alley.
I look for something different from my normal routine to keep me interested and my muscles guessing!

I am looking for something new, fun, upbeat, challenging, and something that will make me the good kind of sore the next morning! =)
There is nothing better then waking up after doing a new workout to discover sore muscles that you didn’t even know you had! I love finding new and exciting ways to challenge myself and see what I can accomplish.
i look for variety and challenging moves!
Thanks for the heads up Julie! I went ahead and signed up. My luck with these giveaways is never great and I didn’t want to forget and miss the deadline. Really looking forward to it! I need some new motivation!
I look for new moves that I can incorporate into my old routine!
I love a workout plan that is fast paced, includes circuits and is consistently changing to keep mes from getting bored. Also, I prefer workouts with basic moves, rather than something that is going to take me a while to master.
I attend bootcamp classes at home, but since coming back to school I haven’t gotten to any classes recently. I love how they are different every day!
i look for something completely new and creative so that i can mix up my workouts!
I recently started helping a friend get into the gym and need a new work-out plan for both of us to follow and this would be the perfect plan, tailored to our needs!
What an amazing giveaway!! I would love to win because it would be extra motivation to get in shape for my wedding next year! I have used some of Tina’s free work outs on her site and actually pinned them on my pinterest because they were so good. I would LOVE to win!
Thanks 🙂
I did round 2 of Tina’s bootcamp and I loved it.
I look for workouts that are fast pace and have constant change like her interval workouts do. I like workouts that mix cardio and weights today giving you a great sweat. And I love the flexibility of her workouts so you have no excuse to miss a day.
I considered joining the best body bootcamp since I’m always on the lookout for new fun workouts! I get bored easily and I love to switch things up! This bootcamp seems right up my alley 🙂
I love a workout that will keep my body/muscles challenged, incorporating different moves.
Sooo excited for this giveaway, I am looking to get online training/ bootcamp….hopefully I will win!
Something I really look for is variety! I get bored easily, and need something that changes things up frequently and really challenges me. This boot camp sounds like it would be perfect!
I need to shake things up right about now. I have a half marathon next weekend and want to concentrate on lifting weights again as I have neglected that part of fitness to run. Thanks for the chance!
I just ran the Chicago Marathon so most of my workouts over the past four months have focused on running – I would LOVE a new challenge that would help me change up my cardio routine and add back in strength training!
I’ve been considering joining in on the best body boot camp because of all of your positive comments. I look for workouts that have a variety, but aren’t too complicated. Thanks for the giveaway!
Every time you talk about Tina’s Bootcamp, I get excited and I’ve been wanting to try it out. I look for a challenging workout routine that changes frequently so that I don’t get bored with it. I like to do a variety of workout moves to work several parts of the body. And I love the idea of participants motivating each other and helping each other through the workouts and bootcamp!!
I look for variety, something fast-paced with circuit training involved.
The bootcamp sounds great! I love any type of workout with a good mix of weights and cardio.
I love learning a new exercise for my arms that I can incorporate into my lifting routine!
I look for something with variety or new workouts to change the pace from my same ole’ same ole’! 😀
I look for a few things in regards to my work out. I want something that will challenge me, push me out of my comfort zone. I want a work out I can take with me on the go, like on vacation, but mostly, I want something I will enjoy, so I will want to work out of vacation. I also like work outs that are short and straight to the point.
I love a workout plan that is very specific so I know what I am doing each day and can plan ahead/mentally prepare haha. I also like it to be really challenging. I would rather almost not be able to complete it than finish thinking I could have had a better workout
