Best Body Boot Camp Giveaway

October 11, 2012 by Julie 1,228 Comments

If you’ve been reading this blog for a while, then you likely know of my love for Tina’s Best Body Boot Camp.

Tina is a certified personal trainer, blogger and mom to two adorable kids. She is genuine, thoughtful and incredibly kind… but she will kick your butt!

Tina created Best Body Boot Camp several months ago and I signed up for her first round, not quite sure what to expect.

best body boot camp

She promised eight weeks of original workouts for only $25. I knew what she was offering would typically cost a million times more than $25, so I signed up figuring I could use her workouts as inspiration if they weren’t exactly my style.

I ended up loving her workouts and have since participated in every round of boot camp! The boot camp workouts are fast-paced and challenging (but scalable to all fitness levels!) and since they change every two weeks, I am constantly excited to see what’s coming next which keeps me engaged in the program.

The boot camp works like this:

Every two weeks, Tina emails participants new workouts with detailed instructions and links to online videos to watch in case you’re unsure about certain exercises or want to be sure your form is correct. She also offers alternative exercises for participants to do if they want to scale the workouts back or push themselves a little bit more. Many of her workouts can be done at home as long as you have some basic exercise equipment like free weights and an exercise ball.

Tina also offers cash prizes to participants throughout the boot camp and entries are based on how many workouts you complete and points you earn from two additional goals you set for yourself (such as drinking more water, eating more vegetables, etc.).

A Best Body Boot Camp Facebook group was also created by Tina for participants to use to ask questions, motivate each other and share challenges or motivational tips.

Registration for round three of the Best Body Boot Camp is open right now through October 15. Round three will officially begin on October 22 and last through December 16.

Ready for the good news?

THREE PBF readers will win a FREE entry into round three of Best Body Boot Camp.

To enter this giveaway, simply comment on the post below, telling me what you look for in a new workout plan. I’ll announce the three winners on Monday morning.

Good luck!

Be sure to follow PBFingers on Instagram and Facebook!

I'd love to connect with you! I am always so grateful when you let me know you tried one of my recipes or workouts and tag me in your photos or updates. Thank you so much!!!

In a new exercise routine, I look for a plan that I can easily follow (i.e. exercises I know how to do or explanations of those exercises), as well as something that’s going to keep me interested!

I’ve been dying to try Tina’s bootcamp! In a new workout plan I look for variety – something that’s different EVERY day and keeps me (and my body) guessing. I want to feel challenged but satisfied at the end of each workout, and I never want to feel bored!

I look for something that is going to keep me on my toes. The same ole routine gets a little old after awhile, so I’m always looking for new inspirations. My new found love it circuit training, I’ve always been into olympic lifting but now that I do not play sports anymore I like to enjoy my workouts a little more.

I always look for something that keeps me on my toes and changes every once in a while. I get bored with workouts quickly so I like to switch it up. I also like workouts that challenge me with moves that I don’t necessarily like to do or that are hard. Knowing that I’ve pushed through a hard workout of moves like that makes me feel even more accomplished when I’m done. Plus, workouts that can be done in a college apartment are a HUGE plus!

In a new exercise routine I look for a combination of strength and cardio, as well as something that’s relatively fast paced as I like to be in and out of the gym in under an hour!

I look for workouts that are high intensity and don’t take a lot of time or equipment. I started Crossfit in June and love the workouts and no longer want to take an hour long aerobics class 🙂

I am looking for something different in my work out. I typically run 6 day a week and attempt to weight train a few times a week and feel like my workout has gone stagnant. I want to PUSH MYSELF, INNOVATE my workout and make fitness fun again!

I look for a workout that will keep me motivated in AND out of the gym. I think a great workout plan should help you make great choices in the kitchen. Also, I think it’s important for the workouts to switch up often so that the client doesn’t get bored.

I have just recently gotten back into working out. It is tough for me. When I work out I look for something that is going to keep me engaged and craving to work out. I am a full time student, I work a part time job and also am working on an internship, so I for sure need something to draw me in and keep me hooked. I am open to trying anything new (well almost anything :). This program may be just what I’m looking for (working out at home sounds wonderful)! So hopefully I win! Thanks for giving us the chance!

I need a workout that’s going to challenge me and keep me from getting bored. My biggest issue is I get bored!! I competed in track for 12 years and now I’m antsy to do any type of workout that keeps me moving and away from the repetitiveness of the track! Plyo workouts are my absolute go-to workout, I’d love the chance to try this and incorporate it into my routine!

I am a 24 year old teacher living in Raleigh, NC. After leaving college and joining the work force I completely lost my sense of health and fitness. This past year I registered for a half iron man (which takes place next week, yikes!) and it has gotten me in tremendous shape. I’m extremely worried about what will happen post race. I started reading your blog and have been anxiously awaiting posts daily for the past few weeks. I’m trying to create a plan that keeps me healthy and happy after training and my support systems begin to fade! I’d love to try the bootcamp process! 🙂
