If you’ve been reading this blog for a while, then you likely know of my love for Tina’s Best Body Boot Camp.
Tina is a certified personal trainer, blogger and mom to two adorable kids. She is genuine, thoughtful and incredibly kind… but she will kick your butt!
Tina created Best Body Boot Camp several months ago and I signed up for her first round, not quite sure what to expect.
She promised eight weeks of original workouts for only $25. I knew what she was offering would typically cost a million times more than $25, so I signed up figuring I could use her workouts as inspiration if they weren’t exactly my style.
I ended up loving her workouts and have since participated in every round of boot camp! The boot camp workouts are fast-paced and challenging (but scalable to all fitness levels!) and since they change every two weeks, I am constantly excited to see what’s coming next which keeps me engaged in the program.
The boot camp works like this:
Every two weeks, Tina emails participants new workouts with detailed instructions and links to online videos to watch in case you’re unsure about certain exercises or want to be sure your form is correct. She also offers alternative exercises for participants to do if they want to scale the workouts back or push themselves a little bit more. Many of her workouts can be done at home as long as you have some basic exercise equipment like free weights and an exercise ball.
Tina also offers cash prizes to participants throughout the boot camp and entries are based on how many workouts you complete and points you earn from two additional goals you set for yourself (such as drinking more water, eating more vegetables, etc.).
A Best Body Boot Camp Facebook group was also created by Tina for participants to use to ask questions, motivate each other and share challenges or motivational tips.
Registration for round three of the Best Body Boot Camp is open right now through October 15. Round three will officially begin on October 22 and last through December 16.
Ready for the good news?

Good luck!
In a new exercise routine, I look for a plan that I can easily follow (i.e. exercises I know how to do or explanations of those exercises), as well as something that’s going to keep me interested!
I’ve been dying to try Tina’s bootcamp! In a new workout plan I look for variety – something that’s different EVERY day and keeps me (and my body) guessing. I want to feel challenged but satisfied at the end of each workout, and I never want to feel bored!
I look for something that is going to keep me on my toes. The same ole routine gets a little old after awhile, so I’m always looking for new inspirations. My new found love it circuit training, I’ve always been into olympic lifting but now that I do not play sports anymore I like to enjoy my workouts a little more.
I always look for something that keeps me on my toes and changes every once in a while. I get bored with workouts quickly so I like to switch it up. I also like workouts that challenge me with moves that I don’t necessarily like to do or that are hard. Knowing that I’ve pushed through a hard workout of moves like that makes me feel even more accomplished when I’m done. Plus, workouts that can be done in a college apartment are a HUGE plus!
In a new exercise routine I look for a combination of strength and cardio, as well as something that’s relatively fast paced as I like to be in and out of the gym in under an hour!
I look for workouts that are high intensity and don’t take a lot of time or equipment. I started Crossfit in June and love the workouts and no longer want to take an hour long aerobics class 🙂
I am looking for something different in my work out. I typically run 6 day a week and attempt to weight train a few times a week and feel like my workout has gone stagnant. I want to PUSH MYSELF, INNOVATE my workout and make fitness fun again!
I look for something EASY with a little variation! I’m always open to new-to-me exercises and like to keep things fun!
i would look forward to a new routine. i need motivational right now especially because life is so busy these days. This bootcamp would be great to get me back on track!
I would love to give this bootcamp a shot! I love workouts that are fast, efficient and make you sweat!
I always like a workout to be challenging but fun so I don’t get bored!
A new routine always keeps me interested in staying fit. Having a new challenge is always a great motivator!
I get bored very easily with workouts, so I am constantly looking for new and exciting fitness routines to spice it up and to keep getting myself to the gym!
I look for a workout that will keep me motivated in AND out of the gym. I think a great workout plan should help you make great choices in the kitchen. Also, I think it’s important for the workouts to switch up often so that the client doesn’t get bored.
In a new workout plan I look for something that will challenge me and engage my entire body and also provide results that I am looking for. I love plans that incorporate heart-pumping cardio that challenges my entire body and keeps me motivated.
I look for short & effective workouts! I realllly hope I win 🙂
I’d love to add some more variety to my workout routine and keep myself motivated this fall!
I look for something that will keep me entertained and motivated. I like a good challenge!
As a mom, I look for workouts that are quick, require little or no equipment, and can be done at home. I want all of that, plus I still want them to be challenging and effective. That’s not too much to ask, right?
I look for something challenging!!
I look for anything that will make me sweat and challenge me! I get easily bored with my workouts, so rather than running longer, I’ll try to do faster workouts. I’ve been wanting to do some type of bootcamp though, so this seems awesome!
At this phase I am looking for something short and sweet that I can do while my four month old naps is a whole body workout 🙂
Something that makes me SWEAT and SHAKE. I know I’m working my heart and my muscles with these two tell-tale signs 🙂 I want to really know that I will be sore the next day!
I love workouts that push and challenge me!! I just finished up a strength training plan and was looking for something new to accomplish… This is meant for me!! 🙂
I just moved and left a big city for a small city which resulted in a subpar gym. I love the town I live in but need more to work out. I also need to lose abuot 10 pounds. Help!!
I look for crazy fun interesting new challenges in a new work out!
As a running and spinning classes addicted person, I would enjoy improving my strenght and developing big huge amazing muscles! Just started the CrossFit so I am really into it… for ever!
I’d love to try Tina’s boot camp program! In the workouts I do, I look for variety, compound exercises, and moves that end up challenging me.
I’ve loved reading about your experience with Tina’s boot camp! I’m looking for a workout program to motivate and challenge me!
I like workouts that take me out of my comfort zone and provide exercises I wouldn’t normally think to do myself!
I look for workouts that motivate me, are affordable, and get me excited for more- lately my zumba and gym classes just aren’t cutting it! I would LOVE a new challenge!
I’ m looking for workouts I can incorporate into my hectic life and that are not all cardio.
Thanks for the giveaway. I may just do it even if I don’t win 🙂
This looks amazing! I would love to have a plan like this!
I am looking for something to motivate me and I need to switch it up in the gym. I have done a lot of running lately and need to get some strength training in!
Oh my gosh, I would love to try this! I LOVE to be challenged in my workouts and seem to do better when participating in classes, challenges or bootcamps. So this would be perfect. I have been totally intrigued by her program since you first mentioned it.
I’ll be doing my first half marathon at the end of this month and need a new goal/exercise plan after my training for the half is done! I think this Boot Camp sounds like a fabulous way to transition 🙂
I have just recently gotten back into working out. It is tough for me. When I work out I look for something that is going to keep me engaged and craving to work out. I am a full time student, I work a part time job and also am working on an internship, so I for sure need something to draw me in and keep me hooked. I am open to trying anything new (well almost anything :). This program may be just what I’m looking for (working out at home sounds wonderful)! So hopefully I win! Thanks for giving us the chance!
I love variety in a workout!! This boot camp website, seems right up my alley:) love it!
I look for new routines that are challenging and keep me from getting bored at the gym- especially now I feel like its the same thing over and ovaaa. Ready for something new!!
I am looking for a new workout that includes building muscle!
I’m getting married December 15, so the timing of this boot camp couldn’t be any better!! I used to be a college athlete and was used to training hard my entire life. After graduation, I was forced to start coming up with workouts on my own!
I love the guidance of a program like this and finding new ways to push myself!!
I need a workout that’s going to challenge me and keep me from getting bored. My biggest issue is I get bored!! I competed in track for 12 years and now I’m antsy to do any type of workout that keeps me moving and away from the repetitiveness of the track! Plyo workouts are my absolute go-to workout, I’d love the chance to try this and incorporate it into my routine!
I am a 24 year old teacher living in Raleigh, NC. After leaving college and joining the work force I completely lost my sense of health and fitness. This past year I registered for a half iron man (which takes place next week, yikes!) and it has gotten me in tremendous shape. I’m extremely worried about what will happen post race. I started reading your blog and have been anxiously awaiting posts daily for the past few weeks. I’m trying to create a plan that keeps me healthy and happy after training and my support systems begin to fade! I’d love to try the bootcamp process! 🙂
I’m looking for something that incorporates strength training. I usually do ok at the gym when it comes to cardio but whenever it’s time to work on strength training, I tend to rush through it. I’d like something with structure that I can follow along with!
Hi Julie!
First off, I love your blog: it’s awesome!
Currently, I’m training for my first marathon (which is coming up super soon!) and would love something different to try after!
I get bored easily so I like new workouts that I can incorporate into my current schedule.
I’m looking for new ways to get stronger since the majority of my workouts are long runs. This would be perfect!
I look for workouts plans that are challenging and push my limits, as I often tend to stay within my comfort zone, workouts that keep me motivated. I’m always trying to find ways to stay accountable, so this seems like an awesome way to do it.
I look for new workouts that will challenge me out of my comfort zone as well as push me physically.
This is fantastic!! I always look for variety as well as some new exercises that I haven’t tried before!
