Best Body Bootcamp Giveaway

March 31, 2013 by Julie 970 Comments

Hello!

I have one final giveaway for you guys while I am away!

I have a feeling quite a few of you will be excited about this giveaway since I’ve been talking up Tina’s Best Body Bootcamp for months and months. I joined her online boot camp when she first began it last year and have enjoyed participating in ever single round since then.

Tina is a certified personal trainer, blogger and mom to two adorable kids. She is genuine, thoughtful and incredibly kind… but she will kick your butt!

When I first signed up for Tina’s first round of boot camp, I wasn’t sure what to expect.

best body boot camp

She promised eight weeks of original workouts for only $25. I knew what she was offering would typically cost a million times more than $25, so I signed up figuring I could use her workouts as inspiration if they weren’t exactly my style.

I ended up loving her workouts and have participated in all four rounds of online boot camp that Tina has offered since then! The boot camp workouts are fast-paced and challenging (but scalable to all fitness levels!) and since they change every two weeks, I am constantly excited to see what’s coming next which keeps me engaged in the program.

The boot camp works like this:

Every two weeks, Tina emails participants new workouts with detailed instructions and links to online videos to watch in case you’re unsure about certain exercises or want to be sure your form is correct. She also offers alternative exercises for participants to do if they want to scale the workouts back or push themselves a little bit more. Many of her workouts can be done at home as long as you have some basic exercise equipment like free weights and an exercise ball.

Tina also offers cash prizes to participants throughout the boot camp and entries are based on how many workouts you complete and points you earn from two additional goals you set for yourself (such as drinking more water, eating more vegetables, etc.).

A Best Body Bootcamp Facebook group was also created by Tina for participants to use to ask questions, motivate each other and share challenges or motivational tips.

Registration for the latest round of Best Body Bootcamp closes on April 7 but one PBF reader will win a free entry into the bootcamp!

To enter this giveaway, simply comment on the post below, telling me what you look for in a new workout plan. I’ll announce the winner tomorrow.

Good luck!

Be sure to follow PBFingers on Instagram and Facebook!

I'd love to connect with you! I am always so grateful when you let me know you tried one of my recipes or workouts and tag me in your photos or updates. Thank you so much!!!

If I find workouts fun to do then I’ll keep doing them, and that’s what makes the difference, so for me it’s most important for them to be interesting and exciting, and able to be adapted depending on how my body feels that day!

I think when starting any new workout plan, it’s very important to find a plan you enjoy, and also helps you to archive your resided goals. Currently, I’m looking for a workout plan that will help me to increase my strength and endurance as I train for my first triathalon… Regaining my strength is very important because I struggled with a reoccurring foot injury for a long time. Now after two years of pain I am sooooo happy to have the ok from my doctor to run again. I started a few months ago, but I’ve noticed the huge strength decrease since per injury. I now need a plan to help me regain my old strength/ endurance!

I look for a work-out that keeps me interested and motivated. It has to have some moves that really challenge me on a physical and mental level. But at the same time not be too technically difficult to start with so I get frustrated or bored and quit it.

I look for a workout that progressively gets harder. I like workouts that start off with relatively easy moves–since I usually get discouraged if I’m unable to complete 1 complete set of consecutive moves in the first few workouts. Makes me not want to continue the workout plan. But if they show modifications–then I’m more on board
