Best Body Bootcamp Giveaway

March 31, 2013 by Julie 970 Comments

Hello!

I have one final giveaway for you guys while I am away!

I have a feeling quite a few of you will be excited about this giveaway since I’ve been talking up Tina’s Best Body Bootcamp for months and months. I joined her online boot camp when she first began it last year and have enjoyed participating in ever single round since then.

Tina is a certified personal trainer, blogger and mom to two adorable kids. She is genuine, thoughtful and incredibly kind… but she will kick your butt!

When I first signed up for Tina’s first round of boot camp, I wasn’t sure what to expect.

best body boot camp

She promised eight weeks of original workouts for only $25. I knew what she was offering would typically cost a million times more than $25, so I signed up figuring I could use her workouts as inspiration if they weren’t exactly my style.

I ended up loving her workouts and have participated in all four rounds of online boot camp that Tina has offered since then! The boot camp workouts are fast-paced and challenging (but scalable to all fitness levels!) and since they change every two weeks, I am constantly excited to see what’s coming next which keeps me engaged in the program.

The boot camp works like this:

Every two weeks, Tina emails participants new workouts with detailed instructions and links to online videos to watch in case you’re unsure about certain exercises or want to be sure your form is correct. She also offers alternative exercises for participants to do if they want to scale the workouts back or push themselves a little bit more. Many of her workouts can be done at home as long as you have some basic exercise equipment like free weights and an exercise ball.

Tina also offers cash prizes to participants throughout the boot camp and entries are based on how many workouts you complete and points you earn from two additional goals you set for yourself (such as drinking more water, eating more vegetables, etc.).

A Best Body Bootcamp Facebook group was also created by Tina for participants to use to ask questions, motivate each other and share challenges or motivational tips.

Registration for the latest round of Best Body Bootcamp closes on April 7 but one PBF reader will win a free entry into the bootcamp!

To enter this giveaway, simply comment on the post below, telling me what you look for in a new workout plan. I’ll announce the winner tomorrow.

Good luck!

Be sure to follow PBFingers on Instagram and Facebook!

I'd love to connect with you! I am always so grateful when you let me know you tried one of my recipes or workouts and tag me in your photos or updates. Thank you so much!!!

As a newlywed, I look for workouts that are effective in both cardiovascular exercise as well as muscle building/toning, affording me just the “right amount” of time in the gym. As a Registered Nurse, I am always looking for sound exercise advice and safety with proper body mechanics in exercise routines as well. I look for challenging exercise routines, ones that inspire me before, during, and after the workout itself. 🙂

I look for something I can do almost anywhere. I travel a lot for work so I’m in hotel gyms a lot. This would be so helpful for me because I get stuck in exercise ruts a lot!

I look for motivation to stay with it! Whether it’s results or just because it’s fun, it’s great if a new workout plan makes me want to stick with it rather than give up or quit.

    Greetings from Finland!

I am a passionate runner and getting some extra and variation in my workouts would be awesome. Running itself can feel a bit boring at times, so this would definitely give me more motivation!

This kind of workout program is also definitely something completely new here in Finland so I am excited to spread the word! 🙂

The most important thing I look for is a workout that will keep me intereted. If a program doesn’t switch the exercises up I find myself getting really bored and usually end up switching to something else!

I like having a new training plan that switches things up and also includes new (to me) exercises. My body always responds best when I change up my workouts every couple months and incorporate new things that I haven’t done before.

I look for workouts that are different styles than the type I usually make for myself. I find that changing small details like supersets or burn out sets keeps things fresh not just to surprise your muscles but keeps me from getting bored as well!

I look for something that keeps me interested. I always end up giving up due to finding workouts boring. I know they’re kind of meant to be (especially when you have to repeat them over and over), but new moves and variety is good.

I always look for something really challenging. It has to be something that leaves me feeling like I died and can’t even move the next morning. Yes it hurts, but it’s that kind of hurt that leaves you feeling like you’re improving and you worked hard.

Oh, I’ve been wanting to try her Bootcamp but unsure of what it entails.

Right now, I am looking for a program that focuses on strength training with the possibility of being able to do it at home. Yoga and stretching are now a core part of the beginning and ending my workouts. It would be great to learn some new stretches.
