Best Body Bootcamp Giveaway

March 31, 2013 by Julie 970 Comments

Hello!

I have one final giveaway for you guys while I am away!

I have a feeling quite a few of you will be excited about this giveaway since I’ve been talking up Tina’s Best Body Bootcamp for months and months. I joined her online boot camp when she first began it last year and have enjoyed participating in ever single round since then.

Tina is a certified personal trainer, blogger and mom to two adorable kids. She is genuine, thoughtful and incredibly kind… but she will kick your butt!

When I first signed up for Tina’s first round of boot camp, I wasn’t sure what to expect.

best body boot camp

She promised eight weeks of original workouts for only $25. I knew what she was offering would typically cost a million times more than $25, so I signed up figuring I could use her workouts as inspiration if they weren’t exactly my style.

I ended up loving her workouts and have participated in all four rounds of online boot camp that Tina has offered since then! The boot camp workouts are fast-paced and challenging (but scalable to all fitness levels!) and since they change every two weeks, I am constantly excited to see what’s coming next which keeps me engaged in the program.

The boot camp works like this:

Every two weeks, Tina emails participants new workouts with detailed instructions and links to online videos to watch in case you’re unsure about certain exercises or want to be sure your form is correct. She also offers alternative exercises for participants to do if they want to scale the workouts back or push themselves a little bit more. Many of her workouts can be done at home as long as you have some basic exercise equipment like free weights and an exercise ball.

Tina also offers cash prizes to participants throughout the boot camp and entries are based on how many workouts you complete and points you earn from two additional goals you set for yourself (such as drinking more water, eating more vegetables, etc.).

A Best Body Bootcamp Facebook group was also created by Tina for participants to use to ask questions, motivate each other and share challenges or motivational tips.

Registration for the latest round of Best Body Bootcamp closes on April 7 but one PBF reader will win a free entry into the bootcamp!

To enter this giveaway, simply comment on the post below, telling me what you look for in a new workout plan. I’ll announce the winner tomorrow.

Good luck!

Be sure to follow PBFingers on Instagram and Facebook!

I'd love to connect with you! I am always so grateful when you let me know you tried one of my recipes or workouts and tag me in your photos or updates. Thank you so much!!!

In a new workout, I want to be pushed. I want to discover something about my body that I didn’t know before. A mental and physical push is always rewarding.

I look for workouts that are safe, effective, and fun! I prefer running over heading to the gym so when I am in the gym, I need workouts that keep me motivated to push myself but are still fast paced 🙂

I’ve got nine weeks until I get into a bikini, I’d love a workout then strengthens, tones and tightens! And that I won’t get bored doing. I’d love to try out Tina’s boot camp!! Hope you had a great time in London, can’t wait to see you recaps of my lovely city!

    Hi Julie!
I’ve been a gymnast since I was 2 years old and then became a diver. I have been a division 1 athlete where I’ve had workouts made for me. Now that I am done with required workouts, I feel a little lost. I know I want (need) to continue exercising, but because I’ve always been old what to do for a workout I don’t really know where to start. Doing this boot camp can help teach me workouts I can maintain for the rest of my life!

I love trying new workouts that get my heartrate up while also making me feel stronger as a result. I’m definitely like you in that I get bored easily and always want to switch things up. Any kind of workout that makes me feel better about ME is a winner in my book!

I love a workout that is composed of moves that target many areas of body. I’m all about 20-30 minutes of out breath, sweat dripping workouts where your so glad you did but also so glad it’s over.

The biggest thing I look for in a workout plan is structure. I’m in school and my strategy for fitting in workouts is to plan ahead exactly what I’m going to do. It feels less like a choice that way, written in my planner in ink. Also, I wasn’t in sports in high school so my repertoire of exercises is not that expansive- for example, the basic principles of weight training I have not. But I’m learning! 🙂
