Best Body Bootcamp Giveaway

March 31, 2013 by Julie 970 Comments

Hello!

I have one final giveaway for you guys while I am away!

I have a feeling quite a few of you will be excited about this giveaway since I’ve been talking up Tina’s Best Body Bootcamp for months and months. I joined her online boot camp when she first began it last year and have enjoyed participating in ever single round since then.

Tina is a certified personal trainer, blogger and mom to two adorable kids. She is genuine, thoughtful and incredibly kind… but she will kick your butt!

When I first signed up for Tina’s first round of boot camp, I wasn’t sure what to expect.

best body boot camp

She promised eight weeks of original workouts for only $25. I knew what she was offering would typically cost a million times more than $25, so I signed up figuring I could use her workouts as inspiration if they weren’t exactly my style.

I ended up loving her workouts and have participated in all four rounds of online boot camp that Tina has offered since then! The boot camp workouts are fast-paced and challenging (but scalable to all fitness levels!) and since they change every two weeks, I am constantly excited to see what’s coming next which keeps me engaged in the program.

The boot camp works like this:

Every two weeks, Tina emails participants new workouts with detailed instructions and links to online videos to watch in case you’re unsure about certain exercises or want to be sure your form is correct. She also offers alternative exercises for participants to do if they want to scale the workouts back or push themselves a little bit more. Many of her workouts can be done at home as long as you have some basic exercise equipment like free weights and an exercise ball.

Tina also offers cash prizes to participants throughout the boot camp and entries are based on how many workouts you complete and points you earn from two additional goals you set for yourself (such as drinking more water, eating more vegetables, etc.).

A Best Body Bootcamp Facebook group was also created by Tina for participants to use to ask questions, motivate each other and share challenges or motivational tips.

Registration for the latest round of Best Body Bootcamp closes on April 7 but one PBF reader will win a free entry into the bootcamp!

To enter this giveaway, simply comment on the post below, telling me what you look for in a new workout plan. I’ll announce the winner tomorrow.

Good luck!

Be sure to follow PBFingers on Instagram and Facebook!

I'd love to connect with you! I am always so grateful when you let me know you tried one of my recipes or workouts and tag me in your photos or updates. Thank you so much!!!

I would say variety is what I look for in new workout plans! I can’t stand doing the same thing over and over again. It just isn’t enjoyable for me! I’m more likely to push through an exercise I don’t care for if I know I won’t have to do it much longer.

    Thanks for the opportunity Julie!

I started a new business while working a part time job so I am finding I am very busy with little time to workout. Having the workouts already made for me along with the ability to do them at home if needed is awesome!!

I’m always looking for a new workout plan. I have always had my best results when I keep switching things up every 8 weeks or so. In a new routine I look for a mix of challenging exercises and one’s that don’t seem too challenging at the time but you feel the results later (especially when climbing the stairs)!

I need variety, because I get bored really easily. If my workout isn’t consistently changing and I can’t “feel” the results of what I’m doing…I get bored and move on. This bootcamp sounds like it keeps you on your toes. Which would be great!

What I look for? An expert who knows what will help my body more than I do! I tend to stick to what I’m comfortable with, but I know there are so many more options out there I should be exploring, workout-wise! Also, I’d love to incorporate more strength training back into my workouts (I’d be ashamed to tell you when the last time I did that…!).

I have been off the wagon for a couple of months after a hamstring injury and have spiraled out of control with my diet. I sit here this morning ready to get back to into it! My normal routine consisted of running and some gym work but need somethind different. I belong to a gym and checked to see about joining a crossfit course but it is expensive! My goal is to do 5 real pull ups!!! I have never done it before and almost got there last fall. Even if I don’t win, I am joining Tina’s Boot Camp. 🙂
