Best Body Bootcamp Giveaway

March 31, 2013 by Julie 970 Comments

Hello!

I have one final giveaway for you guys while I am away!

I have a feeling quite a few of you will be excited about this giveaway since I’ve been talking up Tina’s Best Body Bootcamp for months and months. I joined her online boot camp when she first began it last year and have enjoyed participating in ever single round since then.

Tina is a certified personal trainer, blogger and mom to two adorable kids. She is genuine, thoughtful and incredibly kind… but she will kick your butt!

When I first signed up for Tina’s first round of boot camp, I wasn’t sure what to expect.

best body boot camp

She promised eight weeks of original workouts for only $25. I knew what she was offering would typically cost a million times more than $25, so I signed up figuring I could use her workouts as inspiration if they weren’t exactly my style.

I ended up loving her workouts and have participated in all four rounds of online boot camp that Tina has offered since then! The boot camp workouts are fast-paced and challenging (but scalable to all fitness levels!) and since they change every two weeks, I am constantly excited to see what’s coming next which keeps me engaged in the program.

The boot camp works like this:

Every two weeks, Tina emails participants new workouts with detailed instructions and links to online videos to watch in case you’re unsure about certain exercises or want to be sure your form is correct. She also offers alternative exercises for participants to do if they want to scale the workouts back or push themselves a little bit more. Many of her workouts can be done at home as long as you have some basic exercise equipment like free weights and an exercise ball.

Tina also offers cash prizes to participants throughout the boot camp and entries are based on how many workouts you complete and points you earn from two additional goals you set for yourself (such as drinking more water, eating more vegetables, etc.).

A Best Body Bootcamp Facebook group was also created by Tina for participants to use to ask questions, motivate each other and share challenges or motivational tips.

Registration for the latest round of Best Body Bootcamp closes on April 7 but one PBF reader will win a free entry into the bootcamp!

To enter this giveaway, simply comment on the post below, telling me what you look for in a new workout plan. I’ll announce the winner tomorrow.

Good luck!

Be sure to follow PBFingers on Instagram and Facebook!

I'd love to connect with you! I am always so grateful when you let me know you tried one of my recipes or workouts and tag me in your photos or updates. Thank you so much!!!

I get enough cardio with my running so I love finding an exercise program that focuses on strength training and agility to supplement my running.

I’m def looking to change up my workout routine – I typically hit the gym during the week for my cardio and weight training, and I also throw in some classes to the mix as well – anything from pilates, step, zumpa, spin, yoga, etc.

I get bored easily, (and I’m lazy! haha) so I look for workouts that are fun and different to keep me interested. I also like sneak attack workouts, doesn’t just about kill you when you are doing it, but definitely feel it later! I love post workout sore muscles! 🙂

I love to look for workouts that look both challenging and fun. If I head to the gym without a plan, I find myself wandering and I never get as good of a workout! Structure is important 🙂 .. and I love to be sweaty/exhausted at the end!

What I look for in a new workout plan? Variety and new-to-me moves. I like to change-up my routine especially strength training; otherwise, I get bored and lose motivation. Also, I like to feel sore the next day 🙂

I have been training for a half marathon since January. About a month ago I got a knee injury and haven’t been able to run. I lost motivation when this happened and I have been in the search for a good workout to get me pumped again. Bootcamp looks like a great way to get me out of my comfort zone of running and try something new.
