Best Body Bootcamp Giveaway

March 31, 2013 by Julie 970 Comments

Hello!

I have one final giveaway for you guys while I am away!

I have a feeling quite a few of you will be excited about this giveaway since I’ve been talking up Tina’s Best Body Bootcamp for months and months. I joined her online boot camp when she first began it last year and have enjoyed participating in ever single round since then.

Tina is a certified personal trainer, blogger and mom to two adorable kids. She is genuine, thoughtful and incredibly kind… but she will kick your butt!

When I first signed up for Tina’s first round of boot camp, I wasn’t sure what to expect.

best body boot camp

She promised eight weeks of original workouts for only $25. I knew what she was offering would typically cost a million times more than $25, so I signed up figuring I could use her workouts as inspiration if they weren’t exactly my style.

I ended up loving her workouts and have participated in all four rounds of online boot camp that Tina has offered since then! The boot camp workouts are fast-paced and challenging (but scalable to all fitness levels!) and since they change every two weeks, I am constantly excited to see what’s coming next which keeps me engaged in the program.

The boot camp works like this:

Every two weeks, Tina emails participants new workouts with detailed instructions and links to online videos to watch in case you’re unsure about certain exercises or want to be sure your form is correct. She also offers alternative exercises for participants to do if they want to scale the workouts back or push themselves a little bit more. Many of her workouts can be done at home as long as you have some basic exercise equipment like free weights and an exercise ball.

Tina also offers cash prizes to participants throughout the boot camp and entries are based on how many workouts you complete and points you earn from two additional goals you set for yourself (such as drinking more water, eating more vegetables, etc.).

A Best Body Bootcamp Facebook group was also created by Tina for participants to use to ask questions, motivate each other and share challenges or motivational tips.

Registration for the latest round of Best Body Bootcamp closes on April 7 but one PBF reader will win a free entry into the bootcamp!

To enter this giveaway, simply comment on the post below, telling me what you look for in a new workout plan. I’ll announce the winner tomorrow.

Good luck!

Be sure to follow PBFingers on Instagram and Facebook!

I'd love to connect with you! I am always so grateful when you let me know you tried one of my recipes or workouts and tag me in your photos or updates. Thank you so much!!!

I look for an easy-to-follow workout plan! Since I have three small kids and work full time, I don’t have a lot of time to plan workouts….I would rather participate in a class, use a trainer or follow a plan like this program. This would be right up my alley!

    I
Over new and challenging workouts. Especially being a college student, I struggle to find variety in workouts and ones that challenge me! This workout sounds like its just what I need to get in shape while away at school. 🙂

I followed a strict training guide for a half marathon I ran in March. Having a set plan for exercise every day of the week really helped me stick to my goals and kept me focused…even after long days at the office or poor weather conditions. It seems like Best Body Bootcamp would take this a step forward and motivate me to get out of my mostly-cardio workout schedule.

I love circuit style workouts that really kick my butt! I also love a great circuit workout that can be done at the gym or at home but still provides an awesome work out.

These workouts sounds awesome! I look for a motivating voice to guide me through the workout and I enjoy high intensity for small amounts of time (ex: 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off – 5 sets of a certain exercise). I also like unique movements to keep the workout interesting, which I bet Tina is great at incorporating!

I look for something that will keep me motivated and is easy to follow and not too long. With a 5 month old baby at home, finding the time to work out is tough! I also like workouts that change from day to day so I don’t get bored!

This is great! I’ve been considering trying her boot camps for months- mostly because of how you rave about them! I love change and setting goals. I can get really behind a training plan for a while, getting super excited to “get at it” when I get to the gym, but after a few weeks, I start feeling that awful pre-workout dread… you know the one… because it starts to feel so monotonous. This sounds like the perfect cure for that!
