Best Body Bootcamp Giveaway

March 31, 2013 by Julie 970 Comments

Hello!

I have one final giveaway for you guys while I am away!

I have a feeling quite a few of you will be excited about this giveaway since I’ve been talking up Tina’s Best Body Bootcamp for months and months. I joined her online boot camp when she first began it last year and have enjoyed participating in ever single round since then.

Tina is a certified personal trainer, blogger and mom to two adorable kids. She is genuine, thoughtful and incredibly kind… but she will kick your butt!

When I first signed up for Tina’s first round of boot camp, I wasn’t sure what to expect.

best body boot camp

She promised eight weeks of original workouts for only $25. I knew what she was offering would typically cost a million times more than $25, so I signed up figuring I could use her workouts as inspiration if they weren’t exactly my style.

I ended up loving her workouts and have participated in all four rounds of online boot camp that Tina has offered since then! The boot camp workouts are fast-paced and challenging (but scalable to all fitness levels!) and since they change every two weeks, I am constantly excited to see what’s coming next which keeps me engaged in the program.

The boot camp works like this:

Every two weeks, Tina emails participants new workouts with detailed instructions and links to online videos to watch in case you’re unsure about certain exercises or want to be sure your form is correct. She also offers alternative exercises for participants to do if they want to scale the workouts back or push themselves a little bit more. Many of her workouts can be done at home as long as you have some basic exercise equipment like free weights and an exercise ball.

Tina also offers cash prizes to participants throughout the boot camp and entries are based on how many workouts you complete and points you earn from two additional goals you set for yourself (such as drinking more water, eating more vegetables, etc.).

A Best Body Bootcamp Facebook group was also created by Tina for participants to use to ask questions, motivate each other and share challenges or motivational tips.

Registration for the latest round of Best Body Bootcamp closes on April 7 but one PBF reader will win a free entry into the bootcamp!

To enter this giveaway, simply comment on the post below, telling me what you look for in a new workout plan. I’ll announce the winner tomorrow.

Good luck!

Be sure to follow PBFingers on Instagram and Facebook!

I'd love to connect with you! I am always so grateful when you let me know you tried one of my recipes or workouts and tag me in your photos or updates. Thank you so much!!!

I recently moved to San Francisco from Boston, while I’m making a lot of changes I need to revamp my workouts. I love circuit workouts because they keep my interest, are fun and I love to feel the burn in a variety of muscles and body parts!

i like circuit training, intervals, strength training. occasionally i’ll do a steady state slow cardio like jogging or walking- but more for mental health than fat loss like the others 🙂

When working out, I do a lot of cardio and very little strength training because I tend to become bored very easily doing the same few exercises I am conident in, so I would love to try Tina’s Best Body Bootcamp to add some variety to my workout and inspire me to add strength traning to my daily workouts! I think its awesome that it includes educational videos on each exercise to be sure you are doing them correctly!!

When looking for a new workout plan I’m always searching for explainations along with the exercises. I like to know why I’m doing those specific moves and what they benefit.

Keep the Europe posts coming! Looks like such a great time!

I look for new ways to work the same body parts. I get bored fast and the more new, interesting ways to get my strength training done, the better! Her boot camp sounds like a great way to incorporate new exercises to my routine!

I have been a runner for several years, but just discovered circuit training and challenging my body within the last year…all thanks to your wonderful blog! Now, I have cut down on the miles of running and have incorporated strength training into my workout routine. When I am looking for a new workout, I look for something that will challenge my body and introduce new exercises! Your circuit trainings have totally changed the way I workout and I LOVE IT!

I love a challenging workout! I’m not spending an hour at the gym to NOT get my sweat on. I like fast paced – high intensity work outs 5-6 days a week. I also like to incorporate yoga or long runs on my low intensity days.
