Hello!
I have one final giveaway for you guys while I am away!
I have a feeling quite a few of you will be excited about this giveaway since I’ve been talking up Tina’s Best Body Bootcamp for months and months. I joined her online boot camp when she first began it last year and have enjoyed participating in ever single round since then.
Tina is a certified personal trainer, blogger and mom to two adorable kids. She is genuine, thoughtful and incredibly kind… but she will kick your butt!
When I first signed up for Tina’s first round of boot camp, I wasn’t sure what to expect.
She promised eight weeks of original workouts for only $25. I knew what she was offering would typically cost a million times more than $25, so I signed up figuring I could use her workouts as inspiration if they weren’t exactly my style.
I ended up loving her workouts and have participated in all four rounds of online boot camp that Tina has offered since then! The boot camp workouts are fast-paced and challenging (but scalable to all fitness levels!) and since they change every two weeks, I am constantly excited to see what’s coming next which keeps me engaged in the program.
The boot camp works like this:
Every two weeks, Tina emails participants new workouts with detailed instructions and links to online videos to watch in case you’re unsure about certain exercises or want to be sure your form is correct. She also offers alternative exercises for participants to do if they want to scale the workouts back or push themselves a little bit more. Many of her workouts can be done at home as long as you have some basic exercise equipment like free weights and an exercise ball.
Tina also offers cash prizes to participants throughout the boot camp and entries are based on how many workouts you complete and points you earn from two additional goals you set for yourself (such as drinking more water, eating more vegetables, etc.).
A Best Body Bootcamp Facebook group was also created by Tina for participants to use to ask questions, motivate each other and share challenges or motivational tips.
Registration for the latest round of Best Body Bootcamp closes on April 7 but one PBF reader will win a free entry into the bootcamp!
To enter this giveaway, simply comment on the post below, telling me what you look for in a new workout plan. I’ll announce the winner tomorrow.
Good luck!
variety!
I look for something that makes me sweat. I love a good cardio and strength builder!
I like your blog! 🙂
I look for more toning! I would like to have more muscles…! 😛
I have a hard time motivating myself to strength train, because I often find myself doing the same exercises every week. This sounds like a perfect opportunity to switch up my routine!
I look for moves that I haven’t seen before and something that will push me out of my comfort zone!
In a new workout, I’m typically looking for something that is going to be convenient, and something I can do without a lot of equipment.
I want a workout routine that is always changing. One that will keep me motivated!
I look for variety in the workouts! Too much of one thing (even a good thing) can be boring and also cause a plateau. Changing things up always works for me!
I’ve been wanting to sign up for Best Body Bootcamp since it began!
I love the variety of new workouts! Mixing it up helps me stay consistent!
I recently moved and started a new job, and although I have kept up with my cardio (thanks for all the half marathons I signed up for this year), my strength training has been put on the back burner. I am def ready to start a new program and I have heard wonderful things about Tina’s Bootcamps!
I look for something that keeps me motivated! I don’t particularly enjoy working out so I need all the help I can get.
Love this! I am in a workout rut…but it’s funny as I am motivated to get to the gym just kind of at a loss once there. This would be an awesome way to get reinvigorated!
I look for short workouts that target my legs and arms!
I’m constantly looking for new, exciting workouts to change things up a bit. I’m looking for something that’s going to keep me motivated and really shape my body in a new way!
I look for something that is different from what I typically do, but very challenging. I also look for a plan that offers variety, which Tina’s seems to do.
I look for variety and motivation – with those two things, I know I’ll find success!
In my work out, I like to keep it interesting. Keeping this in mind, keeps me motivated and eager to workout as much as I do.
When looking for a new workout I look for something that will motivate and challenge me. I also look for something that changes things up because I get stuck in a rut and get sick of doing the same things over and over. I LOVE trying new workout routines.
Something that spices up my routine. I end up doing the same stuff over and over again for my strength training, and I really need to break out of those comfort zones!
I love a good sweat+burn combo! Bonus points if the workout keeps me moving so I don’t get bored!
I look for variety!
Something that interests me. I don’t like doing the same routine over and over!
I look for something that has a good combination of cardio and strength training that is fun and challenging. I like to feel left feeling worn out. 😉

I’ve never tried anything like this before!

In a new workout plan, I look for strength training! I’m a total cardio junkie and a runner but unfortunately I’m a complete disappointment in the strength section! I need to figure out a way to change that!

A good mix of strength and cardio – with moves I can use at home or the gym!
I am looking into add more strength training to my workout routine. I run a lot but have a hard time motivating myself to strength train 2 to 3x a week. Tina’s bootcamp would be a great way to motivate myself to keep up with strength training.
I look for something that will really push me to do things outside of my comfort zone so that I get a better workout than I would have gotten on my own. I also love variety so that I stay interested and excited to see the new exercises. It’s hard to get workouts in with my college schedule, so having a specific plan to follow helps me keep on track!
I look for a workout that is challenging and something that will keep me interested!
I look for a workout plan that offers variety, reasonable amount of time, and can be done at home if necessary (with just hand weights and a mat).
